So right now we are passing the Lehi Roller Mills.
It's basically a flour mill.
And the reason why it's significant, I guess is because
the classic 80's movie: Footloose was filmed here.
In this location in particular was where Kevin Bacon
kind of had this angry dance scene where he was getting out all of his teenage angst.
So it was kind of a fun moment in that movie.
And interesting fact, my mother was an extra in this film.
She played a very important role, I think her name was Bar Girl #5.
So clearly a very important role in Footloose.
I love the 80's though, I grew up in the 80's. It's a fantastic time.
Great movies, really some classics, Footloose,
and all those others where people getting ready for some big school dance like the high school prom.
Just a lot of fun and that's really something that is still to this day a big, big tradition.
Of course in the US and of course in Utah as well. The prom, just love it, great atmosphere.
