what's going on guys welcome back to the free Amazon FBA super cool course for
you guys for free today's video we're gonna go over something some of you guys
I know law you guys probably have heard that a lot of people have negative
things to say about jungle scam that's first off people like oh jungle Scouts
oversaturated everyone uses jungle scout you can never find products on jungle
scat guys below me everyone uses jungle scout for a reason trust me anyways what
we're gonna do right now I'm gonna jump on the computer and show you guys a
product example that I found and I'm gonna explain to you guys why you can't
use it at the end but this is a product that you guys will see that the numbers
look great and these are the type of numbers you should be looking for
especially for your first product so now further ado we're gonna jump right into
that also a lot of guys can tell now I do have my camera on the other side of
the screen I kept it this way because I realized
that a lot of times I look at the jungle Scout numbers on my videos and you guys
can't see them because you have my face in the way so in order to avoid that
problem we are going to keep my camera on this side for now at least anyways
one thing I did want to show you guys first for those of you who say you don't
want to buy jungle scouts that's expensive and whatnot the Chrome
extension like you guys know get the light one I have it on this computer
installed this is the light one and it's gonna cost you $100 and it lets you do
everything that I show you that I do which would be you know the Chrome
extension this is the Chrome extension for you guys to see and yeah you guys
you get that two one-time fee the web app however I recommend the standard
it's $69 a month but the good thing is look at this button right here guys
after one month you can just cancel your membership right so what I suggest you
guys do is go hard at product research for one month find like three or four
products you're not gonna be able to start all of them at one time so you
have products for the next at least like half a year right so cancel your
membership keep those products saved and you don't have to pay anymore so yeah I
only recommend using one month of junk out that's how I started off I found
some products cancel it now obviously I started back up again because I just
went through finding more products and I have found 12 products guys on jungle
scout 12 products that's last week twelve products that might make me ten
thousand dollars a month I can't even start them all right now because it
would cost me like fifty thousand dollars to start
one time and I don't really feel like doing that especially for fourth quarter
so but yeah I want to show you guys a little bit of how to find the correct
numbers right so the lockpick set is not something you're gonna be able to sell
though this is because the lockpick set Amazon same thing with hidden cameras
they're very iffy because you know they can be used for illegal purposes and
that type of stuff is forbidden on Amazon they don't want to risk it so you
can't sell it these people you see the listings are gonna you know change every
once in a while because these listings are gonna get kicked off and then you
know more if you want to try and start in there and get kicked off in the block
it's really a hassle and you know headache and you don't really want to
deal with it plus you're gonna get stuck with a lot of units of inventory at the
end and you don't want to have that once you get blocked you can't sell them
anymore so gonna get stuck with a lot of units of inventory waste a lot of money
probably all these people not the smartest thing what they're doing but
anyways we do we can take a look at their numbers at least and see what
they're doing so you guys can tell this fbm is fulfilment by merchants so they
can sell this cheap simply because they're not doing FBA so there's no fees
and everything for them they can sell a cheaper this guy I'm surprised $4.99
that is impressive sir that's not the same thing that's a credit card okay
anyways if we look at lockpick sets this one is that 22 this one's at twenty nine
twenty thirty six eighteen so prices are pretty solid prices are around about
what the prices I recommend looking at for a beginner product now if we look at
sales what is this one five thousand oopsies that's not we meant to do five
thousand see this isn't a product so this is ten thousand 18 thousand six
thousand ten thousand and sales do drop off and now Oh even this one ten
thousand now the reason I think sales drop off and then they start picking up
back here again could it be it could there's a lot of reasons why
this connect one people might have just done a giveaway on this product on these
products just to simply rank well maybe not these ones these actually have high
sales but these are like with one thousand one thousand two thousand sales
month they might have just done a giveaway to rank so Amazon's ease of
ranks easier when you're a new sell new
product that's getting a lot of sales so what they might have done is that a
giveaway shut up in rank now they're gonna start dying down and yeah they're
gonna if they don't make the same amount of sales which they clearly aren't
they're gonna start falling down and going to second in third page and stuff
like that so I wouldn't really recognize ease
simply because when you scroll down you can actually see a lot of people making
a lot more money and so you see the average monthly sales is 303 and that
again I think is a little low because obviously one if you were to take out
these ones you would see that the sales would be a little higher because these
ones are dragging them down with their low sales but anyways 300 let's say 300
average reviews is 26 which is phenomenal and the average selling price
is $24.95 and this is for the whole first page so if we were to just pull
out some math here three engines three times 24.95 this is a product that on
average could make you $7,500 a month could it be more yes
could it be less yes you guys can make $10,000 a month or you can make probably
two or three depending on how you would have made your product if you would have
bundled in all like that everything that I'm going to be further explaining in
other videos but this was just kind of show you guys what a good product on
jumbo Scout would look like these would be sort of the numbers that you would be
looking for and yeah then lowered views high sales good selling price don't jump
on this product though because you're not allowed to selling you're gonna get
banned and stuck with a lot of inventory trust me I've seen it happen before
but yeah this is an example of a good product so I decided I was going to add
this in the same video I want to show you guys an example of a bad product
guys camping hammocks if you got in early on these early I mean like three
or four years ago on Amazon you would have been making a lot of money and some
great sales the price is pretty high on them you see 20 I'd say they range from
like 25 to 30 bucks and yeah these would be a good price item the problem however
when I open up the Jumbo scout you guys are gonna see the issue first of all
look at those revenue numbers right phenomenal
would have been great if we could get in on this issue though is 1700 reviews
2000 reviews 1000 reviews 1000 reviews 1000 reviews you know 1000 reviews
there's a lot of people over 1000 reviews bringing the average reviews to
562 way too high guys there is a 0% chance that you guys are going to
compete in this product even if you were a differentiate your listing and you had
a much better listing people will buy the 1000 product well the 1000 review
product just because they will see 1000 and 2000 reviews and they will feel so
much more comfortable buying it from them than buying it from you even if you
have like 50 reviews 2050 very very different not worth jumping into but you
see what you would have been able to do just do some math be in the video just
for fun chew on average you're making almost $20,000 a month right this is
revenue though not profit I would say profit would probably be like half of it
maybe 40% maybe like 35 to 40% after PPC so what would that be like 9 thousand
dollars profit a month from this one item that's phenomenal you're making a
hundred thousand dollars a year some quick math for you math knowledge for
you guys but you're making that one two thousand dollars a year which is a lot a
lot of money anyways guys this was just a quick video showing you guys the good
and the bad examples of products products that you shouldn't do either of
these don't do it okay this is obviously I'm not gonna show you guys a good
product that you can do mainly guys I don't do this simply because I'm
thinking about your best interest if I were to do a product that's good
everyone watching this video right would hop on that product or at least a good
percentage of them you don't want that much competition at one time trust me
everyone trying to rank at the same time add pulse is gonna go through the roof
product pricing is gonna go down cuz you're gonna drive the price down so you
have to make sure you do your own research and do your like find your own
product that way you're not competing against way too many people just imagine
if like 1000 people see this video show good product probably would be even
more because people would shared around blah blah 1000 people watch that video
and let's say 25% of them won for them because obviously they're already in
timezone so 1/4 of them are probably looking for a product and they're ready
to start a product that'd be 250 people you're competing
against you don't want that I don't want that for you I don't see you guys all
success so that is why I'm not gonna show an example of an actual good
