Many times when you have

two courses of action

and that both of them look bad

and you're trying to decide which is the least worst action.

You're going to have to make a decision.

I think that great leaders accept the fact that

sometimes you're going to be right, sometimes you're gonna be wrong.

Take as much data as you can, bringing as much experience as you can,

at the end of the day you're going to have to decide

whether or not that experience and that data is relevant to that problem set,

and then you make the decision as best you can,

and if you make a mistake then you go back and you learn from that mistake

and I think this is one of the things that is so important about experience

and why is you, in my case spend thirty seven years in the military,

I made a lot of mistakes,

so every decision I made was not always right.

I'd like to think that every time I made a bad decision

I learned a little bit from that decision.

Now, did I make bad decisions again in the exact same situation?

Every once in a while,

but most of the time I learn from those decisions

and consequently when they came up a second time or a third time or a fourth time.

Learn from your mistakes and learn from that experience.

Geoffrey Kondogbia wanted by Liverpool and Tottenham with on-loan Valencia star impressing after move from Inter Milan

LIVERPOOL and Tottenham are reportedly keen on bringing Geoffrey Kondogbia to the Premier League.

Italian outlet TMW claims the Inter Milan midfielder, currently on loan at Valencia, is a target for the English duo.

Geoffrey Kondogbia is a target for Liverpool and Spurs.

Kondogbia has made a real impression during his time with the resurgent Spanish giants, who sit third in La Liga after seven matches.

Valencia have the option of buying the 24-year-old for £22million at the end of the season.

But should a move fail to occur, Liverpool and Spurs are said to be waiting in the wings with offers of their own.

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has already struck a whopping deal to land Naby Keita from RB Leipzig next summer.

The midfielder is currently on loan at Valencia from Inter Milan.

Valencia can buy the midfielder permanently for £22m next summer.

But Emre Can is out of contract at the end of the season and is reportedly being lined up for a January move to Serie A champs Juventus.

Kondogbia has a similar style to the German and could be a suitable replacement should Can choose to quit Anfield.

Meanwhile, Mauricio Pochettino may want to land a new central midfielder following a long-term injury to Victor Wanyama.

Moussa Sissoko has also failed to impress since moving to north London, potentially making him a candidate for the chop.

Liverpool could lose Emre Can on a free transfer at the end of the season.

Spurs have lost key man Victor Wanyama to injury.

Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino will face a race against time to feature against Man United, following international commitments.

World Cup and Euro U21 qualifiers kick into gear on Thursday night, with Jordan Henderson and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain expected to start for England against Slovenia at Wembley.

The matches come thick and fast over the next week, with 25 Liverpool players—and imminent arrival Naby Keita—called up for duty.

Most Reds supporters only really care about the players returning to Melwood fit and raring to go, though, especially with United up next at Anfield.

The news that Coutinho and Firmino could struggle to be ready for the game is, therefore, something we didn't want to hear.

The Liverpool Echo's James Pearce reports that, "the Brazilian duo will only report back to Melwood from international duty next Thursday.

With the Reds taking on Jose Mourinho's United on Saturday lunchtime, this is far from ideal.

Brazil's clash with Chile will take place in the early hours of Wednesday morning UK time, with the Liverpool pair both expected to play a part, despite it being a relatively meaningless clash.

After the game, they will fly home via private jet, along with Man City quartet Ederson, Danilo, Fernandinho and Gabriel Jesus, as well as Chelsea's Willian.

Coutinho and Firmino will be the last of the internationals to arrive back home, but on the plus side, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah will have almost the entire week to prepare, following matches for Senegal and Egypt, respectively.

Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Daniel Sturridge will also be back in training on Monday, along with Emre Can and Andrew Robertson.

Meanwhile, Danny Ward, Dejan Lovren and Ben Woodburn should return on Tuesday.

Simon Mignolet, Ragnar Klavan, Joe Gomez, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Gini Wijnaldum, Marko Grujic and Dominic Solanke will be back the following day.

Not having Coutinho and Firmino available until the latter part of the week certainly isn't ideal preparation for Jurgen Klopp ahead of a massive game.

Sunday's 1-1 draw at Newcastle was another disappointing result for Liverpool, and if they are turned over by United at home, the reaction will be very negative.

It is, however, the ideal fixture for the Reds to have in terms of bouncing back and showing this is just a minor blip.

My name is Riley J. Dennis, and here are five things you should know about me and my channel.

The first is that I have three series on my channel: Feminism with Riley, Politics with

Riley, and Vlogging with Riley.

You're probably not gonna forget my name.

The Feminism series focuses on a variety of social justice issues from as intersectional

of a perspective as possible.

We talk about gender, sexuality, race, and so many other topics.

The Politics series focuses mostly on American politics and laws.

Sometimes it's topical and explaining what just happened, and sometimes it's about

broader, more longterm issues.

And the Vlogging series is everything else.

It's my thoughts on random topics, it's videos about sex toys, it's collabs with

my friends, and a lot of other stuff.

The second thing you should know is that I'm a nonbinary trans woman, and a lesbian.

That means that I'm a woman, and a nonbinary person, and yes, that is possible, because

my gender is like a very feminine-leaning gender neutral -- so it's kinda both.

I also like women, which means that if you're dude, please don't slide into my DMs and ask me out.

I don't wanna go out with you.

I really only like women.

And yes, trans women can be gay, and can be lesbians.

I promise.

I'm right here, and I'm real.

Also, my pronouns are she/her or they/them.

The third thing you should know is that I have an amazing, beautiful, brilliant girlfriend

who you might see on my channel from time to time.

Her name is Fiona and she also has a YouTube channel, which I will link to in the description,

and you should go subscribe to her as well.

We are not monogamous, and we are very much in love.

As I'm recording this, we're long distance, but if you're watching this a few months

in the future, we might already be living together.

I don't know when you're watching this.

The internet is weird and videos exist for a long time.

The fourth thing you should know is that there's a corner of right-wing, anti-feminist YouTube that hates me.

You might see some of their videos pop up in the sidebar while you're watching one

of my videos because they like to hijack the YouTube algorithm to mooch off of my views

by creating "response videos" to me that are usually just creative ways of painting their transphobic insults.

I recommend not clicking on them, and instead, clicking the little "Not Interested" button next to them.

But, because of them, and because of certain subreddits and forums and right-wing propaganda

websites, you'll probably see that most of my videos have way more dislikes than likes

and are overflowing with awful disgusting comments.

Yes, I'm aware.

No, I can't do anything about it.

My recommendation is just don't read the comments on my videos.

I know that sucks, and I feel like a bad YouTuber for saying it, but it's the reality of the

situation until YouTube actually makes any real changes to prevent harassment.

The fifth thing you should know is that I don't make a lot of money from these videos,

and it definitely is not my full-time job.

But these videos are super time-consuming to make.

Madhouse Studios.

And fans are waiting for Madhouse Studios to animate One Punch Man season 2, but we

have got some bad news for One Punch Man Season 2.Madhouse won't be animating OPM Season

2, instead J.C.Staff Studios is going to animate the anime but it's not going to be as good

as Madhouse.It is being reported that S Class Hero, Bang's disciple Garou will make an

appearance in the upcoming season 2.

According to ONE's original comics, Garou will also break his limiter and unlock limitless

power like Saitama, and he will give Saitama a good fight but in the end, Saitama will
