Youtube daily report Feb 14 2019

[♪ INTRO]

When you study physics, they teach you a bunch of rules.

Things like how you can't create energy, you can't travel faster than light — it's

like, stop telling me what to do, man!

These rules are helpful, though, because they give you a framework for

how the universe works.

Like, no matter how complicated things get, at least it's not

a lawless wasteland out there.

Except, there is one law of physics that's fundamentally breakable, even though scientists

don't usually treat it that way: the second law of thermodynamics.

To put it simply, this law says that a system will never become more orderly on its own.

The amount of disorder will always increase or stay the same.

It's a cornerstone of physics, and it tells us how everything from car engines to galaxies

should behave.

But if you look closely at it, you can see that it's a law that was made to be broken.

And for the world of nanotechnology, that could lead to unexpected consequences.

Although you might have a pretty intuitive idea of what disorder is — like, if you've

looked at your sibling's bedroom recently — scientists have a more specific way of

thinking about it.

They measure the amount of disorder with a concept called entropy.

Entropy can be considered a measure of randomness — or how orderly a bunch of particles are

— but it can also be considered the amount of energy that's unavailable to do work.

Like, imagine running a car engine.

No matter what you do, the engine will always turn some amount of fuel into waste,

like heat.

This is unavailable energy, because it can't be used to make your car go forward.

According to the second law of thermodynamics, the longer you run your car, the more unusable

energy you'll get.

In other words, the more entropy will increase.

This observation is actually what led to the discovery of the second law in the first place

— although it was discovered in the 1800s, so it was about steam engines, not cars.

And today, we know that concept applies everywhere.

It's why engineers still can't make a perfectly efficient machine, and — on a

much larger scale — it's why the universe will eventually run out of useable energy.

It's even why the layers of milk and espresso in your cappuccino will blend together if

you leave the cup out long enough.

The two liquids might start out all neat and all artistically separated, but they'll

eventually become more random and will mix.

Essentially, the second law says that entropy will never decrease on its own.

Even if you do create order in one system, you'll always create disorder elsewhere,

like by generating heat.

But for as confident as this law sounds, it isn't bulletproof.

If you look closely at why the second law exists, you start to realize that it has a

pretty big loophole.

At the most basic level, the second law is true because molecules move around randomly,

due to their thermal energy.

And they're equally likely to move in any direction.

Ultimately, this means there are way more opportunities for particles to end up disordered

than ordered, so disorder is more likely to increase.

Think about that cappuccino again.

There are probably around a few septillion molecules — that's a one followed by 24

zeroes — in the drink.

And there are only a few ways those molecules can be arranged so that all of the milk is

on one side, and all of the espresso is on the other.

So assuming one arrangement is just as likely as any other, the odds of your cappuccino

getting more orderly are really, really tiny.

But the thing is… "really, really tiny" is not quite impossible.

It could happen.

Of course, the odds of this happening for a cup of coffee are so slim that they're

kind of ridiculous, and they don't mean much to physicists.

That's why the second law can so confidently say that the entropy of a system never decreases

on its own.

But in reality, that law is just a statement about the statistics of particle motion.

In other words, it's so likely for entropy to increase — or at least stay the same

— that we can functionally say it does it all the time.

Except, for small systems, we can't assume that.

And by "small", I don't only mean systems of, like, two atoms.

In recent decades, scientists have found that in systems with up to 100 particles, it's

not too unlikely for random chance to decrease entropy, just for a little bit.

One of the biggest experiments came in 2002, when Australian researchers published evidence

for entropy decreasing in a collection of micrometer-sized beads suspended in water.

The random thermal jiggling of water molecules was constantly pushing the beads around, and

for the most part, as expected, the beads were moved randomly.

But then the researchers looked harder.

And they found that sometimes, by pure chance, the beads were pushed in a specific direction,

causing them to noticeably speed up.

In other words, the beads were turning the disordered, random heat energy of the water

into ordered kinetic energy — energy that can do work.

And it was all for free.

This effect only persisted for a few tenths of a second, but it proves that on a small

scale, you can cheat the system, at least briefly.

This wasn't the only paper to investigate this idea, either.

There was another in 2005 that suggested these effects might be present in photosynthesis,

and a few more from 2013 and 2016 that explored how this might apply on the quantum level.

So it's something researchers are actively exploring.

While this might sound like a random technical detail, these studies are actually

really significant.

Because as nanotechnology continues to develop, we're going to be building things like engines

and transistors on these smaller and smaller scales.

Realistically, this loophole in the second law doesn't mean we'll be able to make

a bunch of tiny, 100% efficient engines or anything.

But it does mean they might sometimes pick up energy from their environment, or their

molecules might move differently than expected.

And that's definitely important for us to know.

The rules developed back in the 1800s will have to be re-thought to control things at

these tiny scales.

Otherwise, we might be in for some surprises.

Funko Disney Princess Romance Series Beauty & The Beast Unboxing Mini Vinyl 2 Pack Figure Review - Duration: 10:01.

tale as old as time hey guys me who supersorrell that your

arrows tuning in so today we've got something a little special it's

Valentine's Day so there's no better day to review this pack than then we got a

package from EMP mrs. soup sorrel bought this bright thought I'd beat it to the

review because I'm a nice guy but my soups are will be put in her own review

in her own spin on this video I want her channel check out mrs. supersorrell in

the link in the description below because she doesn't have her own channel

now poor guys well let's open this up so this is from

EMP and we decided to pick up the new Disney Beauty and the Beast

Funko romance series now in this series you can get Beauty the Beast which is

mine and mrs. soules favorite but you can also get Tiana and Naveen which we

also have an order they should be arriving real soon

arrow Ariel and Eric and also Flynn and Rapunzel

but for Valentine's Day there's no better couple than meeting the Beast now

they do come in this awesome little case which you can pull out from the back

here and it just separates into two pieces meaning you can be split in this

awesome black case with the love half which is a perfect gift I think for

Valentine's Day it's just such a nice beautiful pack look at it it's awesome I

really like this one so much and yeah it's nice designed by Funko I really

like how they've made this and so he's an official Funko products you see from

the Funko labels and things and he's from official Disney Princess line is a

two parking it is $14.99 these are in keeping with the new sort of 5 star and

characters that they've been producing I think they're kind of in scale with

those and these two look awesome and I can't wait to bust them out the

packaging there's a link in the description to emps websites where you

can pick this up they don't pay me to say this they haven't given us this or

anything we've bought this with our own money and yeah I started leave a link in

the description where you can pick these series up we are gonna get the rest of

these it doesn't look like there's any review

of this online rarely yet I've only seen like I think one video which is got like

20 hits so I don't think these have been out very long okay so if we're

separating it from the box it just comes apart nicely it's a nice display window

as well like that on the box itself it has all the sort of it has the rows and

things built into the design which is nice

alright fact that it's nice and glittery gold there is a nice gold at the battle

a on the box as well because of the bells golden dress so it gives them a

nice weave golden glow that's just one of the EMP box outlay and here they are

guys they are awesome all these are still wedged in the

prison's you get rid of the little plastic key

fits you know super junior don't her eating them soul because she doesn't

know I'm doing this video yeah I've kinda beat them to it I feel really bad

for them also enjoying it so here we are how did the packaging guys for the first

time let's take a look at beasts first of all so these have no articulated

points or anything like that and they don't move anything they are static

statuettes and I like this this is obviously the moon

he takes Belle's arm and walks into the ballroom which is the scene as they have

set up on the TV right now as a backdrop for the desk count and I thought this

goes over it's over hand nicely behind his back there is a little bit of a

paint bleeding issue there is a little bit of scuffing here and his arm but

other than that that's really the only pain issue I can find at this time the

rest of the pain tap seemed very well done I like the blue bow in his hair as

well that's very in keeping with the traditional beast I was a business like

a try point like three so it holds him to stand him up properly because his

foot is like slightly forward and so the three with the tail and stuff it does

make you lean backwards a little bit which is nice and gives him more of a a

standing point although he is struggling to stand actually I don't think standing

was taken into account with these I think these were meant to be displayed

in the box really to be fair and then here is Belle now she's got her arm out

ready to take beasts arm and walk into the ballroom which is really sweet again

her gown is very nicely designed I like how they've done it and the hairs all

done as well like in the film with the nice yellow bow around the back very

nicely done what do you guys think of these think

these are nice yeah I think we've done a great job in bringing these to life so

what I'm gonna do guys I'm gonna go to the desk Amman to give you guys no close

personal look at Belle and beast and of course then and you'll be able to get

up-close personal look at these figures miss soups are like said we'll be

putting her own spin of this review online at some point and I want to get

this online for Valentine's Day as and it's a very nice box set and he's a very

nice gift idea if he's still billeted looking for gifts of Valentine's Day for

going out shopping for your partner and you know today or anything before you

see them tonight this is a really good set to pick up but guys I'm gonna go to

the desk I'll give you guys know close personal look tale as old as time song

Beauty and the Beast I like how that looks guys that looks really cute love

that like that just you know how this looks from my angle my makeshift

ballroom scene yeah and the reason why I've got this so high I take these two

down remove this now sorry I had to show you guys a little bit behind the scenes

magic because the photos look brilliant but the actual the way I love to capture

is just insane so guys let go saying this is a perfect set for Valentine's

Day they look awesome on the backdrop what do you guys think let me know in

the comments your thoughts on this one then yeah be the bees one of my favorite

movies it's missus supers are all favorite movie as well and one I'm

certain will be walking watching on Valentine's Day especially this close to

going on a Disney vacation yeah really excited to get back to Florida and even

that'd be our guest restaurant after seeing this can't wait for you guys to

see the vlogs this coming March but let's get on with reviewing these

figures because they are really cool so guys I really do think fun curve did a

great job bringing this set to life being the Beast is awesome I really like

how these look they've done a great job and yeah I think they really should make

more of these I think these are really cool says now that I know that's all you

can make them look like that like the villains are locking their arms and

things it just looked more animated and really cool and yeah I really want more

of these kind of figures and they're why stop at the Roman series why can't wake

up I got some heroes vs. villains and things like that but it'd be sick it's

very rare when you find some Disney sort of fun cuz they look really cool and I

think these definitely hit the nail on the head for me what do you guys think

is this something you'll be picking up for Valentine's let us know in the

comments below if you enjoyed this video guys smash

that subscribe button it would really support me and don't forget to check out

mrs. Supes are all in the link in the description ok and now it's operation

don't let mrs. supersorrell know that we opened it and just

like that it's like it never happened yeah so guys what are your thoughts on

these two lovely vinyls let me know in the comments down below like said we do

have Naveen and Princess Tiana still to review them to arrive I'm tempted to get

Ariel and Eric as well and then obviously person I got I may as well get

Flynn as well well am i with Rapunzel what do you guys think would you like to

see more of these reviews please let me know in the comments down below check

out my action to think of photography of these against the ballroom scene like

Sora in the video I took some realized photos there over on our Instagram

account so please check out my Instagram thing the link in the description and if

you enjoyed this video guys please give it a like a thumbs up and also if you

wouldn't mind subscribing to the channel that would really help and really

support us out Ike as I said in the video guys I'm really excited to get

back to Disney World and this video has only fueled by excitement and I hope you

guys have enjoyed it let me know your thoughts on this Disney review in the

comments down below and thank you very much for watching tune in later on for

Add1Challenge Day 30 Learning Italian in 90 Days - Duration: 3:27.

Hi guys. How are you?

Because tomorrow is the last day to share our Day 30 video, I decided to finish mine today.

So, this month I learned that speaking Italian is difficult but also alot of fun.

I was afraid of speaking because ...

(1) I don't have the vocabulary I want, and

(2) when I try to speak, everything I have learned goes out the window!

Ma grazie alla sfida A1C

I have spoken and I have not died from fear :D

Grazie, grazie molto, A1C!

So let me tell you all of some fun things that I have done in these days.

I created an account on Instagram where English is not allowed, only Italian (@italiano_imperfetto)

I downloaded (the correct Italian word is "scaricato" - oops) an internet program

and now I can watch Italian TV on my computer.

I don't understand alot, but I am trying.

I also am watching programs on Netflix with audio in Italian.

Mostly sitcoms (the correct article is "le")

Also tomorrow I am going out to dinner

at an Italian restaurant in which the owner (il proprietario is the word I was searching for)

and his son speak Italian.

So how fantastic for Valentine's Day, eh?

Yes, I can't wait.

That's all.

Thanks for having listened

and see you on Day 60!

Bye bye everyone!

APR - What Is APR? - Duration: 8:28.

APR? If you're anything like me you may have not necessarily known what APR means or what

it is or how its even calculated. So in this video I'm gonna talk to you about

four things regarding APR. But before we get started I have a quick message.

Welcome to another video! If you're new here my name is Duane with howtobuildcredittv.com.

And on this channel we talked about everything you need to know

about credit, credit cards and how to make money using credit cards. So if this

sounds like something which you're interested be sure to subscribe to our

channel and click that notification bell so you don't miss a thing. Okay so if

you're anything like me chances are you've seen APR because you you know you

have a credit card and so on and so forth. But you may not necessarily know

exactly what that means. Well in short APR stands for annual percentage rate

and the annual percentage rate is calculated by using a couple of

different things. So it's easy for us to just say you know what APR is the same

thing as interests when in reality APR is a little more than just your interest.

You see APR ends up being your interest but it also ends up being any kind of

finance charges that you have. Let's say for example you have a credit card and

so you have let's say you have $2,000 credit limit and then you owe currently

$1,000. So you're using $1,000 out of your $2,000 credit limit so of course

you're gonna have interest on the card right. So your interest is going to be

there or another word for interest probably could also be like your finance charge

right. So of course they're gonna charge you let's say they charge you $20 on

interest every single month. Ok so you're going to have your whatever your rate is

currently let's say your interest rate is 15 percent. So you're gonna have 15

percent but you're also gonna have calculated in the APR the interest that

you're also paying or the $20 that you're paying right. So you're gonna

basically have the 15 percent plus the $20 and that's also going to be

calculated over months if you continue to have this $1,000 balance on that card

for months. And so in short it makes it a lot easier for us to just say you know

what APR is the same thing as interest and that may not be a bad way to look at

it. However there are three different types of APR. There's fixed APR, there's

variable APR and then of course there's tiered APR. So fixed APR is exactly what

it is. fix it's never going to move you're

fixed APR can be 14.5% and that's what it's gonna be it's never gonna fluctuate

which is really really good. A lot of people see fixed APR on something like

an electricity bill. So like they'll say well this rate is fixed so in other

words it's not gonna move. You're going to pay the exact same amount of

kilowatts on your electricity bill every single month. It's not gonna fluctuate,

however some of us that are unlucky we've pay electricity bills that has a

variable APR which is ridiculous because what that means is it can fluctuate

every single month and you can pay a lot this month and not pay a lot the next

month. And normally that happens to people that just may not know. I've been

there before and I had no idea. So you definitely want to stay away from

variable APR because that fluctuates a lot. Now when it comes to tiered APR that

basically would be like you would pay a certain amount based on a certain dollar

amount. So let's say your tier APR would probably be like let's say you owe less

than $1000 on a particular loan. You may pay 5.5% for that $1000. Let's say you

owe $1,500 you may be paying 7.5% because it's above $1,000. So that's how

tiered APRs work. So when it comes to APR the best thing to do is to have a low

APR. Or impossible if you're having an APR because you have a credit card you

definitely want to make sure that you just pay the balance off so you don't

have to worry about APR. You have to worry about finance charges, interest any

of that. You just pay it off. So the reason why it's important for you to

have a low APR if you are gonna have an APR is because this is going to save you

a lot of money over time. And in order to get a low APR you need to have a good

credit score. And this is another instance where credit is important.

Credit is king. You definitely want to make sure that you have a decent credit

score because you want to give yourself the opportunity to get the best deals

that are available in any kind of loan or credit card that you would actually

get. So you can get a low APR because you have good credit and of course

they're going to offer the best rates possible to you

as a reward for having good credit. So that's how you can get low APR.

Okay so when it comes to having high APR

clearly the opposite is true right. So if you have a bad credit score chances

are you're gonna get stuck with having a high APR. Like you're gonna go in there

and say hey I really need a car and this is probably the situation where a lot of

people find themselves where you get a really bad APR right. You go in you

really need a car let's say you don't have a car at all. This was me back in

2015 I didn't have a car my car that I have had since 2003 finally decided to

stop working in 2015 and I was like man I don't know what to do. I didn't really

want a car note because I'm smart and I was like I don't like car notes you know

I just don't like car notes. And so I was like man I really don't want a car note

but I do want a reliable car. So I found myself you know trying to get a car loan

and of course I did get a car loan and I got a car loan with Capital One. But the

thing is this is where they get you. Let's say you go in you don't have a car

and you need a car bad right. So of course don't like any will work with you

sure we'll get you approved so on and so forth but then you have a ridiculous APR.

And you're paying like 20% on a car loan which is ridiculous paying 20% on any

kind of loan including credit cards is ridiculous; But depending on the

situation you know you might like fall for it and say well I definitely need a

car so 20 percent APR okay sign me up. You know because clearly you need a car

to go to work and you can't pay your bills if you don't go to work. So that's

how you can end up in a situation where you have high APR because you have bad

credit, you know and it just happens. So just be careful of that. So real quickly

the best way to ensure that you have the lowest APR you're getting the best deal

possible is to make sure that your credit score is intact. Now I make a lot

of videos talking about your credit score and the importance of the credit

score and how to have a high credit score. And of course I'll be sure to link

you want to have credit cards so that you can have credit and build credit and

so on and so forth. So APR is very important I hope this video shines some

How BBC's Sherlock subverts the "loner genius" archetype [Videos] - Duration: 2:24.

Sherlock Holmes is an asshole. That's part of the fun. In all his many iterations, the impossibly brilliant detective lacks either the capacity or patience for social niceties and, as such, typifies the loner genius archetype

But, in a new video from ScreenPrism, we see that, over the course of BBC's Sherlock, our troubled Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) slowly learns that empathy and compassion maybe aren't the worst things to have in your arsenal

Thanks to the friendship of John Watson (Martin Freeman), the stony Holmes begins to accept that emotions aren't always a weakness

This not only makes him a slightly more enjoyable character to watch, but it makes him a better detective, as well

In the fourth series finale, Holmes is unable to outsmart his brilliant, psychotic sister Eurus—not to be confused with the precocious detective soon to be played by Millie Bobbie Brown—though he is able to connect with her on an emotional level, saving her from self-destruction

This character development undermines the "loner genius myth," which is perhaps too often lauded in our society

The future of Sherlock is still up in the air, so, alas, we may never get to see the detective's heart truly grow three sizes

NBA Hall of Famer Kevin McHale calls someone a 'd***head' during a live broadcast - Duration: 4:50.

NBA Hall of Famer Kevin McHale referred to some unidentified person as a 'd***head' during Tuesday's Boston Celtics-Philadelphia 76ers broadcast on TNT

The former Celtics legend and NBA coach was unaware his microphone was on when he and another announcer, ex-NBA player Jim Jackson, discussed someone at Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center

'I used to get into it with him steady,' said McHale.'He's a d***head… Hasn't changed a bit

' 'Hair just got grayer,' Jackson said as both he and McHale shared a laugh. At that point someone must have alerted TNT's announcers that they were on air because former New York Knicks guard Greg Anthony greeted fans by saying, 'Welcome back

' It's not clear who McHale was referring to.The camera was focused on 76ers star Jimmy Butler, which led some to suggest McHale was talking about him

After all, Butler did recently demand a trade away from the Minnesota Timberwovles, which is a franchise that McHale served as both an executive and as a coach

However, McHale was fired by the Timberwolves in 2008, and Butler's time in Minnesota didn't begin until last season

Ultimately McHale apologized, but he did not explain who he was referring to.'[Jackson] and I were talking about a guy we knew, and I used a very unflattering, not nice term and it caught the air,' he said

In an interview with the Philadelphia Inquirer, McHale specifically denied that he was referring to Butler

'No, no, no.I promise you it wasn't him.It was somebody else,' said McHale. The fact that Jackson referred to someone's graying hair suggests that this is an older person, and possibly even a contemporary of the 61-year-old McHale, who isn't exactly beloved in Philadelphia

McHale's Celtics split a pair of seven-game game series with the rival 76ers in 1981 and 1982 before Boston routed Philadelphia in five games during the 1985 playoffs

In addition to winning three of the franchise's 17 NBA titles in the 1980s, the Boston Celtics of that era were notorious trash talkers thanks to the likes of Larry Bird, Cedric Maxwell, M

L.Carr, and McHale. As he explained to the New York Post in 2013, McHale doesn't see any boundaries when it comes to talking trash

'How can you go too far? You're trying to beat the other team. What's too far?' McHale said

'I can tell you what, your definition of too far and my definition of too far would be completely different

I don't know what too far is.' McHale was also respected in Philadelphia. In 1993, while playing for the Phoenix Suns, former 76ers star Charles Barkley called McHale 'the best player I've ever played against

' 'He was unstoppable,' Barkley said, as quoted by the Chicago Tribune.'And he was the only guy I ever thought could stop me

There's a Loophole in One of the Most Important Laws of Physics - Duration: 6:14.

Don't Waste Your Money On This Type of Engine Oil - Duration: 5:21.

rev up your engine's, sian Hussein says scotty I got a question,

is there a big difference if I put in

Nissan recommended engine oil and filter or if I use oil and filters that I buy at

the store, you just want to use quality oil and quality oil filter, Nissan does

not make oil and they don't make oil filters either, other people make them and

put Nissan's name on it, that's you know just the way that it goes, if you want to

get good oil and you live in the United States all the oils are rated, and I have a

whole video on that, that just shows about the new Amazon motor oil now that

Amazon sells motor oil, I explain how it's rated watch that video, and you can

see the different ratings and then when you buy oil as long as

their rated good, it's a good oil you can use it

and there's lots of good oils out there, and the filters the same thing, I like

the high end filters but if you go to a discount auto parts store, the high end

filters there might be $12, so I buy them on

Amazon online, and I pay $4.50 a piece you can go to the auto parts store and

get those cheap three dollar oil filters but they're kind of cheap filters, I like

to higher quality ones but I get them cheaper by buying them on Amazon, if you

buy ahead hey, indeed say scotty I want to know the torque setting

spectrum I Mazda 3 2009 1.6 liter engine thanks, if you need torque specs nobody

gives them away for free, you gotta get data I

use alldata.com, now I pay like 2,500 bucks year it's a

mechanic subscription, but they have do-it-yourself ones with the same

information but you only get one car, I get all the cars in the world, but you

only get your one car, but hey it's only a 20 something dollars year, join that

because the specs are all in there and when you're doling engine work, it's very

important to have the correct torque, because you use a good torque wrench

that's been calibrated, don't just have one that's just sit around for 10 years not

using it because the calibration goes off, get one that's calibrated correctly and

you set it by the directions on how to set torque settings, and you really need

a book for that because like I say, it's so important on engines if you're

doing head gaskets, a lot of them it's a three-stage process where you do a

certain torque, then another torque, and then finish it off with a third higher

torque, so you want to get all the information that's correct and then do

it correctly, so something that's that important on an engine, subscribe to

something like alldata diy.com or get a book on it, so you do it right, edward

says Scotty and I got a Nissan Murano it's been perfect, but now it's burned up

two alternators in a couple of months, what could it be, one you gotta buy a

good alternator when you buy an alternator, a lot of them are junked and

a lot of them these days are remanufactured in Mexico and Taiwan and

who knows what kind of quality they have, so first you gotta buy a high quality

alternator, I had a customer once that was buying alternators, it was an auto parts

store here in Houston it was called Charley HiLo, and he went through four

of them and matter of fact it was in a Nissan, it was a Nissan Maxima

finally I said they're selling you junk let me buy a good one from my supplier who

has Nippon Denso ones, I put it on and it fixed the problem, so he was just getting

crappy alternators, now if you're getting good alternators and they keep burning

out, either your battery is bad or you got a problem in the charging system, so

any good mechanic like myself can load test your alternator, your battery and

check for any big current draw on your charging system in about 15 minutes, so

you might pay a mechanic to check that, first you want to make sure if you're

getting a quality alternator not, see what other people's rate for the type

that you have bought to see if it's just a crappy alternator, and I see that all the

time in Nissans, mike says I'm

considering starting my own automotive repair business, as a self-employed

mechanic like yourself, how do you handle paying income tax, Social Security,

Medicare, if you're gonna run your own business, you have to have a lot of self

Drive like I do so you just learn how to do all those

things yourself, the advantage of running your own repair business is, if you are

good at fixing things the world will flock to you, I never

spent a cent advertising my business because I just started fixing cars, then

everybody started telling people, hey this guy really knows how to fix cars,

then they tell other people and the word of mouth spread, and hey I made a great

living doing it, because I know what I'm doing, now as for the tax stuff, yeah I

got a tax account, I have to have a tax account, when I started out that was

something I was worried about, so I went to a tax accountant, the guy was

really nice because his son ran a garage so he only charged me a hundred bucks

the first year, and he showed me how to set up the books, how to pay quarterly

income tax for the federal tax that I had to pay, it's not that complicated

really, find a decent tax accountant to give you some advice on that like I did,

hey you know I'm not gonna learn all that rules, and over the years they

really save me a lot because the tax laws are always changing, hey I'm a mechanic

I don't want to study the tax laws, my

accountant studies the tax laws, so when a tax laws change they tell me, oh here

here's some more stuff you can write off.

or here are other things you can do, good tax

accountant is something you need if you start a business, if you start small they

don't charge you that much either, so if you never want to

miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember to ring that Bell!

Lisa Vanderpump Admits She 'Probably Shouldn't Have Done' Season 9 Of 'RHOBH' Amidst Feud With Co-St - Duration: 2:51.

With all of the drama Lisa Vanderpump had filming season nine of 'RHOBH,' she now tells us that she probably shouldn't have done she show and taken a year off instead

Lisa Vanderpump has admitted she had a "difficult year" which affected her during filming of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' season nine

Now she's telling HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that it probably would have been best for her if she'd skipped out on the season altogether

"I said I should probably take the year off, but Bravo kind of thought they wanted me

We talked about that. In hindsight, I probably shouldn't have done it, but any way, there's a lot of positivity that came out of it

It highlighted all of my charities and that was really fortunate to me," the 58-year-old restaurateur tells us

Lisa lost her beloved brother Mark, 59, in April of 2018 to an overdose, which pushed back RHOBH season nine's taping schedule to give her time to grieve

She also opened her latest restaurant venture TomTom in West Hollywood with Vanderpump Rules stars Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval as partners

Top that off with her having issues with fellow RHOBH cast mates that caused her to film solo for much of the season and it was just too much for Lisa

"It was very difficult for me emotionally and where we started off in the episode, I was in a totally different space

It was very challenging and opening TomTom and doing Vanderpump Rules and everything, I wasn't in a good space and that's what reality is

It's what's going on in your life," she explains.  Lisa didn't shoot alongside her co-stars for most of the season, and cast mate Lisa Rinna, 55, openly called her out for it several times

In Nov. of 2018 LVP appeared on the CBS daytime show The Talk and revealed "This season was very difficult for me…I kind of floundered this season

It's my ninth season and I had difficult year, after doing Vanderpump Rules and opening a new business, things got very complicated, so I'm in most of the season, but it got a bit complicated

" When we asked her if she regretted doing this past season of RHOBH, Lisa revealed to us "Well with hindsight, yes, but I managed to highlight so many of the things I was working on, so to me that was very important

" At least something good came out of it for her, especially when it came to highlighting her animal charities

Reloj en plato de arcilla y porcelana fría - Duration: 58:30.

Hello the creative people I hope everyone is find very well, today's project

It is very artisanal because Lili and I in the past

we belong to an organization of artisans here in my country then

We wanted to take up these roots and elaborate something like this, this watch is focused on the

part of autochthonous of my country in figures representative you also if

they want in every country they have pictures or cultures and they have those icons

representatives can apply them to make a watch similar to this or if

are from here (Colombia) so you can do it like that if you wish I hope this

project please and that they accompany me until the end

Well friends for this project we are going to use a clay plate

approximately about 25 centimeters in diameter and this one we are going to make a

piercing right in the middle we're going to make a hole can be with a

screwdriver as well as I taught them when I made the tile or the people who have not

seen the video you can see in the here they I'm going to leave the link so they can

watch the video of how to make a tile or how to decorate a fabric then in this

What I did was pressure with a screwdriver keep doing the

hollow ready and piercing it or if you guys they prefer they can do it with a drill and

with a drill the size of this hole must be according to this the mechanism that

let's put this is a mechanism for the clock

then the gap we must have in account that our mechanism between very

well this for the hole

because already having this hole we must make another two if you want

take this measure then we are going to divide the plate taking into account the

ruler and the center hole then let's mark

let's mark the center and equal way let's take out this other center and

already having this measure approximately of the measure that we made here of the

mark up are four centimeters ready 4 centimeters and

four centimeters there we are going to do the hole

the hole I did with a separation more or less than half an inch

from the end and my first when we do these

holes we must be careful not to make a lot of pressure on the plate

because we can start it ready friends already with these holes

then we can continue to place the cord

good then to place the cord we are going to use a nylon cord that

be resistant and in this way what we introduce on this side and here we go

to knot we tie a knot that fits very strong will not be released

we do double knot

we try that inward this part we can cut a surplus that we

stay and with a lighter we will burn the tip so you do not get messed up

yes then we try to hide a little more

and he stays watching now let's introduce the other end of it

way over here

and we're going to let it be straight but without tempering this then we let

enter into its normal state and we can look when the one that I hung the bar to

take this form ready so you do not we leave the field and so we leave

very long a 'tweet' when we hang it in a slow pass

we leave it where naturally and so we do the

knot

it's a normal knot

are not we all

what we are good and that when the time does

I share we cut

because I like to play chereau tips

so that it does not disarm

since it was this part done now we can continue with the decoration in

the front part to decorate this part then what

let's do is take the lines that we did as a guide at the beginning when

we divide the plate so in the four tips then these lines are going to

extend forward to make them look here ready then we extend the line

to see where they are and then we're going to draw two concentric circles here in

this part for example I to do these circles help me with a lid

a stage of anything you have then so and so can you

help you with a pot with a car what what do you have then we put

simply and we trace with a pencil the circumference and the other one we have it in

account so that it is concentric equal so that we stay like this and now then

what we are going to do is start paint this part

first let's paint this circle the center white and the one that follows what

let's paint with light brown then we are simply going to apply

to cover it completely is a basis about which we will work

let's do this step after we paint this we let it dry

after painting this part and leaving it dry very well now what are we going to

to do is to make a design about this white part in which we are going to

use these colors I'm going to use red yellow green and

blue ready then this design that I I'm going to leave them in the

description of the video so that you if they want to do it anyway they use it or

can create their own design so I'm going to take out a part like that

and here we can take

The important thing is that we do not have too much even we are not going to stay

and curves will not be very symmetrical in this way

I do not know if you can see thanks to this design and now what

let's do is start painting each part ready then for example I'm

part of here up I'm going to paint it green is yellow

in the center he painted it in red circle I'm going to leave white here what

I'm going to paint blue and down here also green

good friends after having already painted this part what we are going to do is

delineate it then we take the color black and we're going to start delineating

all the joints here in the center of the circle over here let's delineate with

you're all ready so it does not matter that the line does not

we are perfect that a little

uneven look that colors do not they were not full either because of what

we paint on a white base then we are going to outline some lines

can be thin others can get thick

well with this finished now what let's do is decorate the edge of the

circumferences of both the edge of this part like this and what we're going to do

is to take a brush from the end of the brush and with a bone color let's start

make points all around the circle

so we are simply doing together

so that this part that a little more than coral

we are going to make points in the internal part also with this same color

already when we finish placing the points in the contour of the

circumferences then let's do some decorations I'm going to make

figures to paste in this part that does not we painted this then now we must

take special care well work in the correct part then the part of

above our clock will do this that's where the rope is ready

then already with the marks that we extended to know where are the

four points then with that we're going to guide to stick the figures the

figures support her to elaborate with the dough cold porcelain

good to elaborate then the figure As the porcelain mass we are going to

Knead it a little

we must take pieces also them I recommend we should also have covered

the mass so I do not know what the contact with the air she begins to

dry up then let's move here

and what I'm going to do is a figure of a macaw then

initially we spent a little

and then we're going to start giving shape

if it is a figure that will cover from where is the cord to look where

is the line and down we go to more or less, about 10 centimeters

maximum then let's start to knead and shape

and take out the peak and suddenly we can go slowly so that you go

taking form

initially I will make the body then I'm going to take out the wings and the

tail

we can not let it be so thick figure

we can go flattening

we will also be working with these instruments suddenly for

work the porcelain with you the You can find out in stores

of crafts here you can find them you can find

then we are giving the form

well when we have the form that we want then we are going to hit

so let's apply a little bit of white glue on the back

and this will hold us very well figure

when it dried

we are going to look for it well

we get a little bit of glue not it matters because when it dries it stays

transparent and then we place it in the position

What we want

if we can continue placing the other pieces of the haystack

it's a macaw what I'm doing here we press it a bit so that

take the shape of the plate

and here we continue for example in the part of the eye with skewer stick with

the flat part let's make pressure

the impression it gives marked where the eye will be

and we continue marking

so where is the peak edition going

cold porcelain and let's make the tall

simply with the imagination as if we were working with play dough

we are going to make the pieces after we are going to paint there is also another way

to work the micron portion or the cold porcelain that is mixing it with a

little paint can be paint at oil and in the

we mix it well so that it gives color so in this case what I'm

doing is working the independent for the final painting

yes

here the wing

and let's also make the tail ready I already hit the tail here, I made three

strips and I glued them with the glue of same way and join them a little bit with

this instrument or with one that you have tipped then let's

start carving a little to give appearance of feathers

that we are simply placing like this the instrument and we are giving it shape

so that it does not remain smooth

let's do this procedure in all the body

in the halls we can also do it in this part and on top of

soon we leave it a little bit ready for different textures and in the tail you

we are going to make a small line

and we are going to do own diagonally

A) Yes

and then at the end when we go to paint all these forms are going to

perform

like this if we continue to give texture to the whole body of the parrot

well here I finished giving texture to the whole body look how it looks

Now we must let it dry very well in this part below add two strips

small and carve them a bit like simulating the appearance of wood

we usually take and make some lines in this part I placed four

small four balls and here add a little more cold porcelain for

simulate which are the legs and stands on a branch

so now we let it dry and go to proceed to do the other figures of

the other points good friends now to decorate the part

from here below we are going to take another bit of cold porcelain let's flatten let's

try to make a rectangle although we have approximately one

centimeter thick We are looking at how we look like this now

what we are going to do is flatten the sides

with any instrument that you have in their homes not necessarily

with these that I'm going to use can be with with a spatula with a knife

we try to make a rectangle and now what we are going to do is

try to stretch it in your part of above

we must adjust a bit in the part of down

and we are correcting it to give this shape

they have swollen us a little we can Flatten it again

trying to always go to stay the centimeter of thickness

so now what are we going to do

with a good instrument let's measure it here that we do not miss this strip

coffee on the plate this strip we owe leave free that does not excel either

much of the part of here well already with this piece so then that

let's do is flatten a bit here this edge we can soon mark

an edge approximately well less than one centimeter and we're going to make pressure

plus

that this piece like this

these friends and so we can not

begin to carve play shape to give way to the accordion then

a small brand and I'm going to do another

and in this intermediate we are going to do several slots as well or several brands

who are going to do the form already of the middle part of the accordion

A) Yes

now with another we look for something that we serve to make the keys

they do not have here some keys like piano let's make those keys something like that

this does not have to be so exact that is a simulation and in this

part of here we are going to do with a punch the points

you can get there seeing from soon

over the internet looking at an image of how it's an accordion

something like that everything in the imagination

you can simply guide yourself

after we have this carved then we can proceed to paste it what

we can paste or we can let it dry although it is better to stick it for this

take the form that results from here the dish has a curved shape then

we must stick and ready we can continue giving here for example they open for me

come to mention them like the one that gives thick up here

we can follow the accordion shape above, we will not be left

different

we have the slots here

and then when it dries let's paint

now we apply glue and stick it here always guiding us on the lines

that we have previously marked or less in that in that part

continuing then with the decoration already on this side then we are going to take

again another crohn piece of porcelain or cold porcelain and let's do what

same then more or less giving it a thickness of an equal centimeter

let's flatten a little

and now let's give a way how to a kind of bag

these are some representations characteristics here in my country

This is a a bag or an evil one that they use a lot

in an area determined here in our country in

Colombia here what I'm going to do is try

take out a figure with this straight form up and curved in this part then

we should try not to leave too much big

being very large then

we are accommodating according to the size that we have this long this is going to

do here are going to make several figures those that are going to be in that part

so he has planned

and we are giving this characteristic form so

I think it could be in that size

we can leave it in that size and we are going to start here

on laying

we need more, we add more

a figure that we are going to overcome in this part

then you can make these figures also smaller or they can do it

in agreement and suddenly all characteristic of their

countries you see the most typical of each of

each zone so

here I'm going to get it out like this

for people who want to do this type of

figures

so much with a knife can you help with something that has a point that serves to

cut this is like working with play dough

then as we go working we are giving it the form because when

we make cuts we can go disarming the ready form then here

in this part

I'm working here but then I do not I've stuck it yet it's not just

to see the size we can go giving the form

the mind

we want that if you want to swim what so thick they can do it a little

thinner the important thing is that it has this form

specific and already with these instruments we can go carving

I'm here an edge

he dried himself paint that look that the details are ready

here too

something like that We can not go on

checking to make us look great good after having carved it

then now let's apply the glue

in the back already to fix it let's apply we will sustain a

moment

but we can paste a little more down

we do a little bit of pressure not too much so as not to distort what we are

doing

and now we are going to paste the

the rope that has the or the strip that have the bag then they are

let's try to to apply to all the pyrite

This is the strap of the bag

It is hard work where a little patience they are very thorough that we are

working with with this material that is very flexible then we can be

it moves it can be deforming then we can be constantly

rectifying

ready so let's take care in this part

do not worry because there is glue we can remove it carefully from all

modes the transparent remains then we stick this bag that is

call carry the here in the country it is known as lane and now

I'm going to make a little hat for place it here at the top here

in the part in this part of good now to make the hat we are going to take a

cold porcelain ball let's look at what proportional to the size

of the bag then it's not going to get very big ready to this little ball

Now we are going to start giving you a special way we're going to flatten it in

its base

it's like trying that the planned flattened towards the bottom this

A) Yes after having this we are going to give a

little more of curved shape here in this part of

above taking shape with something can be with a

pen with an instrument as well as this we are going to give a small indentation

on top and we go with the fingers to make pressure to

both sides

to take a form like this

after having this form we go to the bottom part I'm going to

take another little ball to make the wings of the hat

and this then we're going to flatten it

and trying to make us stay providing

this part below is not totally circular is rather an oval shape

so we give a form to the

we have that is living more or less

do not leave us soon to pass the size ready then

more or less so is the size

let's fix some points and if the size is exceeded somewhere

of the hat look here in this part of the base, let's try to let it remain

little oval

already with this form below then let's paste the piece

we'll see a little bit of glue so fix very well

all these pieces we must apply the glue to keep them together

we are going to place like this

that messed us up we try again to give the ready form

and so we are going to give the shape this little hat

since we're going to stick here in this top part

we can place it like this or as if you were hanging

then creativity imagination continuing with the decoration then

first let's dry the hat to later paste because first what

you have to do is paint these pieces then we will leave it aside drying

and now at the top is in the part of the top of the clock then we go

to make another figure again we take that of that land and chrome

that we are going to attach directly today here we are not going to give the form not to stick it

still the shape

then what we are going to do is to plan it a little always

trying that those that more or less of the same thickness of the other pieces

we already know that well in this in that size we will stay

Now let's apply a little bit of glue

this costs figures and we're going to work directly on the plate

of this then

so circular

yes

and trying to clarify a little to the sides

let's take another and this we're going to is a smaller one than

another the flat mos let's try to get a

circumference but we're not going to let it get narrower

to one side and bigger out as if it were a kind of ears

they are really a way out then we are going to paste them in this

part of here

let's do the two sides

in providing or we get the same amount of porcelain so that we have left

more or less proportional of it size

we are also going to paste them

I was bathing the glue a little

in this way one

it's like that and here what we are going to do is a

figure or character called marimón then the base of that face is this

way though actually times in the part right

for the other side but for you to can see is essentially like this from

rest we are going to work is com making pure thin strips to give

the shape of the mouth of the eyes

and also a nose as if it were a kind of elephant nose a horn

we are going to do is do with the small strips

to make the shape of the eyes

so

obviously we are going to hit it with the glue here I am showing you

well so it's a little faster

the eyes

but as we see well let's make the mouth

all right no one is already a little bigger is a

and bigger more thicker good friends here I've already missed two

days to dry very well these pieces and with this ready we can already

start painting

good friends how could they see then Apply a few bases to pieces ready

black base to the alca rail to the accordion and a yellow base to the macaw and this

piece of cannes and we started painting directly with its original colors

Now what I'm going to do is give a little more color here to the macaw then

let's paint with a color paint bone

let's apply in this part corresponds to the face then we're going to

apply this painting in this little part and we're also going to use this

same color to paint the hat here the hat is also dry

ah let's apply everywhere

We will totally apply it in this colour

soon we need to apply several layers so that the color is more even

then we are going to apply it first base layer and then the others that are going to

go fixing more the color and apart from this we are also going to paint

the black beak the legs that are the toes of the legs and the twig the

let's paint with a chocolate color the friends then these are the

paintings that we are going to use in these other pieces

Y continuing with the parrot now let's go

to paint already red which is the full color that we will use

then we are going to need a brush flat also from bristle a bit hard and

let's use the brush technique dry then we apply paint and go

to download over a cloth

since we downloaded, let's start give past

yes against

of the carving we did in the par this so

we are simply giving brushstrokes

to try to cover the entire surface but then let's stay with those

yellow floors

and we're going to do it for the whole surface for this we are going to

complete everything and then we're going to give another shade with another color

Y after having applied the color red

already in dry brush technique or for that we unload the brush a little, not what

we paint totally then it is enhanced all the all the carving that we did

now let's paint the peak a bit with Bone-colored paint then always

let's do the same we download a little

and we are going to begin to pass and then peak is simply a

part what we are going to paint

it's like the tip up

to enhance this part a bit and nothing plus

A) Yes

and we're also going to take a little to apply on the legs

to carve

in this way we will continue a little in the stick is very good

so we check the carving but speaking as if it's a

a wooden stick

and now what we are going to do is apply a little blue on the wings

in the same way

we unload

the idea is not to download it completely but do not leave the brush so close

and we are going to begin to give brushstrokes

so in different parts randomly

so let's perform a little more the color of the macaw we are going to make these

Macaws that are colored feathers blue

because there are others of other shades we see

also the macaw is colored yellow with blue

then we are going to to highlight this is the most representative

from our country

and so it's just putting a little bit of creativity

I would leave it like that we only need to place the eye

then we can do it with a stick of skewer with the tip we put a

small dot of black

good friends you have finished the macaw look how it was

so now what we are going to do is paint the marimonda that I already started with

an ear it is very easy this character because they are

basic colors and really the ears they go blue

and how they saw the massive face of color Yellow eyes will go red

and the mouth of color that then this is what we are going to do now

ready here I finished painting the marimonda of this simpler character

and also the nose ready then this we're going to paste it once we go

to paste here applying a bit of white glue but for now we're going to

continue with this other figure that is the accordion then let's start with a

flat bristle brush

doing in the same way as we say long ago downloading the brush and what

let's go through the part that makes up the accordion

let's enhance this way

first we do this part and then let's paint with vinotinto color and

this part of here what are these two pieces

good friends to you here can already see how the accordion is playing

they have like enhanced the painting totally the carving here in the bellows part

here this is where the sound will be here now I'm going to paint white on

keyboard look how it looks then First start by applying a soft layer

towards the dry brush technique after with a thin brush he went over again

to reaffirm more the ready tone but so we must always take care that

the brush is not very loaded so that Do not cover in all slots or the

carving that we did now continued applying white paint to the keyboard

good friends here I finished painting the accordion

look then in this part is done with the color white and on this side too

look at how the forms look if they enhance well on the keyboard part

then apply the white paint and here on the edge apply a little more

to give us the feeling here of the other black keys that in this part

that to the part where the air is like this we would have the accordion now

last we will finish painting the lane and this one we're going we're going to use

in brown or chocolate and for apply it first in this part and in

is here

this and so the carrier is already painted this was easier because we had

painted the black base and what it move paint brown in these

two pieces now as we had already painted with

Hat hat predator I applied a bone color I gave several

layers so that the color remained well sign then now what are we going to

to do is to paint the line in black that goes around the hat's outline

so for that we're going to use a triple zero slim brush

and very carefully we will start to paint the fringe

well here I already have all the pieces painted I ended up hitting the hat

currently the only thing that I was missing paste the hat and paste the analysis of

the marimonde on how the characters here is the lane with the

hat and accordion and dad like ready then now what follows is in

this brown strip that we leave we are going to paste numbers

then I bought these numbers are numbers for watch

in any stationery or store crafts can get them with

some numbers that come adhesive then we will start to paste them in

the corresponding site then we start here with the 2 the 3 6 and 9

after having these then we go squared that we are proportional to

the correct distance

these are very simple as they are stickers we are going to stick them like this

we go to paste it where it belongs

then we continue to paste the numbers and then what I'm going to do is apply

a layer of varnish that used a varnish water based very gently let's

pass and varnish all the pieces or if you want to first varnish it and

then place the numbers that if we put it like this before it soon gives us

something more fixation good friends here then I already hit

all the numbers as you can see and varnish on all the good surface of

numbers put simply with a brush on the side let's varnish

directly everything and how it is now let's put the mechanism these

mechanisms they sell them in stationery or craft stores just what

let's introduce in the hole that we already we had done at the beginning

center we are going to keep in mind that let's stay right because according to the

clock position the top part that aligned

with some small pieces that we are going to introduce the easy to assemble brings a

washer and bring a nut ready then

here we go to why we will ensure it

species that we had it insured us we can help with a clamp

we tighten well so you do not go to be moving this part so seen

so at this moment I'm not going to press simply I'm going to show you how

we install them we place them like this and here come the pieces then this

hand that is the short one we are going to enter it first anyway

you can notice it according to the mechanism

to the sizes that come for enter it first then this one that

it's a smaller hole would stay in this part

but we must do with care of not look

damage the pieces

they fit in well and finally the second hand

and in the final part this would stay like that, you know that

we must place the right mechanism and after that we put

good friends, that is how we are ready project as it looks

is all the figures that we elaborate

I hope you liked this project is like this

New Beginnings - Day 30 | FitNCalm - 30 mins - Duration: 30:32.

hi guys welcome to the day 30 of our new beginnings

30 day yoga journey I'm Khushpinder and I'm utterly grateful to all of you who

have been joining us continuously who've been showing up every day for yourself

so give yourself a pat on the back of yourself for hug you deserve it

this is not goodbye this is just the beginning and today we have a meditation

practice for you which is like the peak of yoga so get into something really

comfortable and let's get on the mat so today we will do a little bit of light

yoga and meditation so meditation is not concentration meditation is actually the

concentration you don't have to you know think too much do too much just like a

child with the innocence of a child just follow the instructions given and while

sitting for meditation if you find it difficult to sit cross-legged for long

times you can use a meditation cushion this is the meditation cushion that I've

been using this one is from kosher yoga if you don't have a meditation cushion

you can also just fold up a couple of blankets depending on your comfort and

you can just place it underneath the hips so you can just place it down like

this so just support your tailbone if you have a meditation cushion well I'm

good you can just sit on a meditation cushion it's important for your spine to

stay straight as you meditate so let's get started take a deep breath in and

exhale inhale exhale inhale just draw the shoulders up and back inhale go up

exhale come down inhale go up exhale down

inhale up exhale down opposite direction inhale go up exhale down inhale up

exhale down inhale up and exhale down just shake your hands there's any

lethargy in the body just let it out just let it go opposite direction shake

shake shake shake shake a little to the left

a little to the right shake shake shake up wake up and relax just feel the

sensations and the palms one more breath in and breathe out

breathe in breathe out slowly bring the palms in front stretch the fingers now

take them to the sides and pull the fingers towards the body just pull the

fingers taking the palm outwards elbows straight and the fingers are trying to

come towards you the fingers really love you so just let the fingers come towards

you and now we will rotate the hands as if you're saying Tata Tata to everything

and negative Tata to everything that does not serve you goodbye to the fear

it's goodbye to the desires and just let there be love and joy which is your very

nature so just moving a little bit if you feel something in the arms that

means you're doing it right so just keep going keep going and once again just

pull the fingers towards the body and now we will make circles rotating from

the shoulder big circles are the opposite direction

and relax gently twist the body to the right left hand on the right knee look

back and come back to the center today we practice way joyfully it's like

a celebration looking back to the left side come back to the center just gently

bring the feet close to each other and butterfly so today is our party day. the

yoga party, just moving the knees up and down up and down

once again take the right hand back just holding your feet with the left hand

Ex Corrie star Nikki Sanderson tormented by bullies when she started on soap - News Today - Duration: 3:06.

Actress Nikki Sanderson has told how she suffered horrific physical and verbal attacks by bullies after joining Coronation Street , aged 15

Nikki, now 34, joined Corrie as Candice Stowe almost 20 years ago.  She says: "I got a lot of nastiness and negativity

It was before social media so I used to get it in the street instead. It was when I first started at Corrie

"It was all different types of things. I had my hair set on fire, I've been punched, kicked, pushed over, had drinks thrown over me, and been called every name under the sun

"  The most terrifying attack happened in her late teens when she was in a nightclub toilet

She recalled: "I was stood at the mirror and could smell something burning. I turned around and this girl was there with a lighter, setting fire to the bottom of my hair

"  Speaking for the first time about the bullying, .  She says: "I have to say that everyone at Coronation Street and all the people around me were just so wonderful and supportive, which I'm truly grateful for

"  Nikki left Corrie in 2005 after six years. She joined Hollyoaks on Channel 4 almost seven years ago, playing Maxine Minniver, and has been at the centre of some of the soap's biggest storylines

Now, in a soap first, viewers will see her suffering from Munchausen syndrome, a mental disorder that causes her to lie about her health

She said: "When I first found out I was doing this storyline I was excited.  "We decided to announce it as some of the things Maxine will be faking are pretty big

It's quite a sad storyline. The more outlandish the lies, the harder it becomes for her to get out of it

"  Nikki also revealed that she and businessman boyfriend Greg Whitehurst have been talking about marriage

"We talk about marriage, but there's no pressure, we live together and just really enjoy each other's company

"We're a happy couple and marriage is definitely on the cards. We bounce off each other

We drive each other mad but we love each other so much, it's the perfect combination

"  Nikki surprised Greg with a trip to Dublin last weekend for his 30th birthday.  She says: "He had no idea until I woke him up at 4am to say we'd be catching a flight

We had such a lovely weekend."  Her plans for Valentine's Day are more low key. She says: "Honestly, I'd be happy with just a card and a night in

"  Hollyoaks, tonight, 6.30pm, Channel 4, with the First Look E4 episode at 7pm
