What is Relational Blockchain? - Duration: 4:34.
So Henrik, we met today to talk about Blockchain,
so tell me what Relational Blockchain is?
Well, to be honest, it's two words 'relational' and 'blockchain'.
So, 'relational' comes from a relational database and 'blockchain' comes from blockchain.
So relational database is,
you know, you're probably most used to the name SQL database.
It's based on theory made,
a mathematical theory and and the paper done in the 70s from a guy
with the last name Codd
that made a solution for large-scale data banks.
So he presented a way to structure data,
so it can be easily retrieved based on Mathematics,
basically, you know, normal
logic.
A similar system based on Mathematics to structure data
in order to not have duplicate data, etc.
There was the thing before data base
and that was basically file system, you know.
There was a problem to search for data
inside an organization and you need to solve that.
How should we structure data in a good way?
So, he came up with this model just in the scientific paper.
Then
not much happened.
IBM tried to do a prototype and no one really cared, I think.
Then late 70s Oracle actually did an implementation of this
in an SQL database
and after that, or at the similar time
there were different implementations of this kind of,
yeah, relational model
interpreted as SQL.
A solution to search
for data and to structure data in a way that's attractive for
keeping a central data store.
Yeah, late 70s to now that's quite a long time
but I would say that the SQL database is like IBM Db2, Microsoft SQL Server,
Oracle,
Postgres
if we're talking open source:
MySQL, MariaDB.
All these have quite a dominant position
in the way to structure data inside an enterprise.
Now there is a move to do no SQL, to take it one step back, but
still it's a very good way to structure information.
So, but that's the core,
so, having the same kind of way to structure data's being used in all the enterprise's across the world.
Their scale model and combining that with blockchain.
So, blockchain is basically inspired by bitcoin,
it's a movement to make decentralized
handling of data,
getting rid of a central party being in control of data
so you can use it for a private and public function,
but still, of course, by having history that cannot be changed,
governance that is not controlled by a single party.
So, that's another movement and they haven't really met before.
So, that's why we, basically,
that's what we call a relational blockchain,
this combination.
Because if you look at the blockchain
that's kind of a primitive data structure,
it's intended to be, you know,
starting for bitcoins so, basically, linked list of transactions.
The problem is when - when you want to search for information
it's quite hard,
you need to know,
how much money did I send to that particular person
in this particular time period.
It starts to get difficult to analyze and find that.
You need to code your own loops, to search for information and stuff like that.
That's something that, you know,
relational databases have solved already.
It's basically the go-to way to
structure data in order to have it easy to retrieve
and also being used by different applications
not so if you're looking at the big cooperation.
I have a central data store and it's not only one application that is reading this data.
It's several applications working on the same data sets.
It's a good model that you shouldn't just throw away.
So, our idea is to combine the relational database model
with the blockchain model,
so that's, basically, what I call a relational blockchain.

Welcome back to another Celebrity Sweets I'm Ethan and Happy Valentines Day!
I hope that your day is full of love and light and that you hopefully have some fun plans
but if you're looking for something or don't have any plans at all and you need something
don't worry in todays video I'm going to show you three simple easy valentines day brunch ideas
because I'm hoping you already have like a dessert planned or something like that
and this is celebrity sweets so we don't make dinners
the brunch items we are going to make today are going to be some fun mini heart stack waffles
some bacon and egg hearts, and a strawberry banana smoothie
The first treat we are going to make is going to be our mini stack waffles
and the ingredients for this recipe are
waffle batter, maple syrup, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, sprinkles,
The first thing we're going to do is kind of spice up and elevate our waffle batter
and the waffle batter I'm using is the same one that we made in the Meghan Trainor 'Treat Myself' Video so go check that out
but this time I'm going to elevate it just by adding some sprinkles, and using a spatula fold it in
So our waffle batter is all mixed so now we can start to make these waffles but now to make the waffles
follow your waffle make instructions
oh we got a gusher
so we've just made our waffles in that tiny waffle iron
and over here I just have 3 that we are going to stack
and then over here I have all the stuff we are going to fill these waffles with
This can totally change for you, you can add whatever you'd like
I'm just going to create a layered affect
I'm going to start by taking some strawberries and layer them on the inside
along with some whipped cream
and then I've got some maple syrup which I'm going to drizzle over the top
and sprinkle on a few extra sprinkles
and here we have it our little waffle stack that we made, a perfect treat for any brunch or even breakfast
But now let's move on to our second treat our bacon and egg hearts
the ingredients for these bacon and eggs is..well..bacon and eggs
-MUSIC-
The first thing we want to do to make these bacon and eggs is take our bacon, a metal heart cookie cutter
and a frying pan over to the stove
on medium-high heat place your metal cookie cutter in the center
then fold in some bacon to fill that heart shape
allow the bacon to cook for two minutes or until golden brown
and remove the heart cookie cutter
flip the bacon over and cook again for another two minutes
once you've cooked your bacon then in the same pan place your metal cookie cutter back
and crack in your egg
cook until the whites are firm and the yolk is how you like it
and here we have them our bacon and egg hearts that we made
bacon and eggs pair so well together in general and this is just a fun and easy way to take something you'd already
might make and just turn it into something even more festive
but now lets move on to our last thing our strawberry banana smoothie
The ingredients for this strawberry banana smoothie are
2 cups frozen strawberries, 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, 1 whole banana
1 Tbsp of honey and some fresh strawberries to decorate

The first thing in making this smoothie is we are going to
our frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, honey, and our banana

and now lets blend it up
so we've blended together all of our ingredients and formed this strawberry banana smoothie
so now we can pour it into our glass
The glass...
the glass I am using is a mason jar I found at target
and at target I also found these paper straws, and I'll put links to both of these in the description below
over here I've just got some more bananas and strawberries kind of just to decorate our glass
Simply pour your strawberry banana smoothie into your mason jar
and in the straw, and top it however you'd like
and here we have them all of our last minute valentines day brunch ideas that we made today
we started off by making a waffle stack using a mini waffle maker
we then made some hearts out of bacon and eggs which pair so well together
and we finished it off by making a strawberry banana smoothie, put it into a jar with a heart straw
these are the perfect Valentines Day Brunch ideas if your on the go, if you need something really quick

try new things and now the government granted temporary permits under the system to a number of businesses including

The Ministry of Science and ICT has reviewed a number of new business models in the sandbox and on Thursday

taxes health insurance traffic fines and so on by tax or messenger app
That service will be provided by South Korea's largest
telecommunications company KT and instant messaging company Kakao corporation
The third is a mobile application that recruits people online to participate in clinical trials
Previously the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety a post putting such advertisements
online but the ban is now lifted the safety ministry also rolled out guidelines on how the
Application developer should go about recruiting participants
The ICT ministry said it will keep an eye on these products and services to ensure there is no threat to public safety or security

Today I'm in Brasilia at a restaurant to re-do a challenge with hard boiled eggs!
Who didn't watch the previous video I'll leave at the ecard above and in the description box below the old video with 60 hard boiled eggs!
And today I'm here with SBT television to do an interview and the challenged me to break my previous record and eat 70 hard boiled eggs!
I wanna see how things go since my last video is a bit old and I fell that i'm much better now, let's see how much time I need to complete it!

We have here 7 bowls with 10 hard boiled eggs each, I weighted them and it was 8.4 pounds
That's a lot of eggs! It will be tough but I'll do my best.

That's it! 9 minutes flat, I just crushed my old record since I ate 60 eggs in 20 minutes.
My speed was much better, I'm happy with that

From Money Problem to Money Possibilities - Duration: 3:40.
This was a topic that was just kind of closing in on my life.
It was the thing that I did not want to look at, I didn't want to deal with it.
It was just this big huge thing that was just kind of over my head that I felt like was
gonna be the thing that I just ignored forever.
In this program I have learned so much about myself, so much about money.
I have an interest in money now.
I know everywhere my finances are.
I have been able to look at it and really just be with everything.
What I found from the very beginning of the program I found my figure of past expenditures
which I thought was astronomical and now here we are and I can say that between paying down
debt and past expenditures and getting the figures correct I have been able to eliminate
$27,000 from that top number.
So there are still ways to go on there and the thing about this is I don't have it as
this horrible thing, it is just a thing that is there.
It is manageable.
I know that if I keep going with the tools, I'm just going to just keep going.
It used to be a point of where there was no possibility.
They worked for everyone else.
This is an area I know is just going to keep getting better and better and better.
I am so grateful for Simone's space of non judgement.
This was sometimes something very difficult to talk about and to tell and be honest with
myself about.
To be able to tell Simone, I felt it was like divulging my deepest darkest secrets.
She was the space of non judgement like being at the dinner table saying "pass the mash
potatoes".
Let me tell you being received that way just made everything so much easier.
I am really grateful for everybody.
I'm grateful all the back end support that was during this and everybody the space of
non judgement.
I still go up and down, I'm still a little erratic with things.
I know that things are going to get better and I am very grateful.

that she gets.
So allow us to take you on a voyage into the dark depths of Kate Upton's life!
So peeps, say hello to this American model and actress who has managed to rip off the
hearts of the entire world with her curves!
We mean her lovely smile, what were you thinking?
We don't blame you for going on a different tangent because hello, she's got some bombshell
curves on her Goddess like body!
Why else was she named the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue Rookie of the Year following
her appearance in the magazine in 2011?
The magazine was probably making more money after her appearance in it because she was
the cover model for the 2012, 2013 and 2017 issues!
There can be no doubt about her exceptional beauty because well, she was also the subject
of the 100th-anniversary Vanity Fair cover!
That was too recent, wasn't it?
Let's take you back in time to a very important day in history.
Etch that date on your heart- June 10, 1992 when Kate Upton was born in St. Joseph, Michigan!
It would shock you a bit that this model was actually born in a family of players!
She is the daughter of Shelley, a former Texas state tennis champion, and Jeff Upton, a high
school athletics director.
You would naturally expect her to OWN a sport and she does not disappoint.
Shocked?
She had undying love for horses and that showed brilliantly when she showed at the American
Paint Horse Association (APHA).
She won three APHA Reserve World Championships and was named the 13 and Under Reserve All-Around
Champion!
In addition, Upton ended up third overall on the APHA youth Top Twenty.
Wow!
Every now and then when she gets a chance to ride a horse, she's up for it!
Aren't we in love with this equestrian?
Now when you think of Kate.
The supermodel, you would easily assume that she was a popular kid in school, right?
But that's not how things panned out for her after she moved to Florida at the age
of 7.
Kate was bullied at school because other girls didn't like her long legs and thick eyebrows.
We'd simply call that jealousy, like come on, who cannot like that beauty?
Anyway, things changed when her mother made her realize that these were exactly the traits
she shared with models and viola, Kate had found her calling!
Once she had figured where she wanted to be in life, she left no stone unturned to get
there!
It was 2008 when at the age of 16 Kate arrived at a casting call in Miami for Elite Model
Management and was signed the same day!
But she eventually moved to NYC and signed up with IMG Models and first modeled clothing
for Garage and Dooney & Bourke.
This was just the beginning of her accomplishments as a model, she was the 2010–11 face of
Guess.
Who achieves such a coveted title in such a short span of time!
This is just the beginning, in September 2013, Upton was named Model of the Year at the 10th
annual Style Awards at the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week.
If you are a fan of Upton, you have obviously seen the 2011 viral video where she was seen
doing the dougie hip hop dance at a Los Angeles Clippers game.
Dude, that video spread like fire and did a good job in increasing her popularity!
She looked super cute and without doubt, she unleashed her sexy moves in the video!
This wasn't the end of viral videos for her because well, the following year she performed
the Cat Daddy dance to the song of the same name by The Rej3ctz.
That performance was HOT, those insane moves and her perfect body on show made the perfect
cocktail to slay it on social media!

Nope, she was rejected by many agents because of her weight.
When she felt that her dreams of joining the likes of Gisele Bündchen and Cindy Crawford
were dashing, she decided to lose weight but couldn't.
That divine figure was not enough to be a model, can you believe that?
But she learned to love her body and we couldn't be any happier!
A "pro-skinny" website called her fat and lazy but Upton believes that in order
to live your life, you gotta eat.
She's right and we wonder when other models would learn this lesson!
It is interesting how she has managed to turn this so called disadvantage in her favor because
let's face it, we are all drooling over her inane curves!
She may not be a size zero but she's fit and she has worked really hard to get her
dream body!
Her trainer Bruno feels that Kate is a "total badass in the gym".
Her workouts are intense and she has gained her strength from them.
This comes along with strict dieting which is devoid of cheat days, yikes!
But she once shared a funny video of herself on social media where she could be seen pulling
weights while eating a donut.
Only Upton can do that, she is one crazy girl!
Her acting career began in the film, Tower Heist, as Mr. Hightower's mistress which
was released in November 2011.
Now for a while she managed to stay away from the Hollywood drama but it's a lane that
pulls you in!
In 2013 she appeared on the cover of Vanity Fair in a styling that made her look like
Marilyn Monroe.
Of course she looked gorgeous but it still offended people or rather one person and who
could that be?
Kanye West!
But the most interesting part is the reason he disliked the picture.
He believed that if anyone should be seen as a modern Marilyn Monroe, it should be Kim
Kardashian because she is controversial just like Monroe.
Really, Kanye?
Anyway, Upton is not someone to sit back and hear shit about herself.
She takes revenge and in a COLD and laid back way!
She waited a good 3 years before giving a coming back in the form of a Snapchat picture.
She posted a selfie of herself making a duck face on Snapchat and capturing the photo,
"I look like a Kardashian, nose job and all."

We wonder what Kanye thought about it!
Her attitude is to die for and do you know who she slayed with it?
Baseball player Justin Verlander lost his heart to her when they started dating in early
2014.
We have to agree they look good together and why wouldn't they?
The couple met on the set of Major League Baseball video game commercials.
Verlander was playing for the Detroit Tigers from Michigan at the time.
After 2 years of dating, it finally happened!
Justin Verlander proposed to Kate just before the 2016 baseball season started but they
waited to share it with the public until the Met Gala.
Come on, she obviously wanted to show off her engagement ring at the famous event!
According to a jewelry expert, the 8-carat diamond ring on her finger was worth around
$1.5 million.
No wonder she wanted the whole world to see it!
Then on November 4, 3 days after the final game for the World Series cup took place,
Upton and Verlander got married in Italy.
Ah, what a beautiful wedding it was in a medieval church above the Montalcino valley in the
region of Tuscany.
They are such an adorable couple that when In July 2018, Upton shared the happy news
of being pregnant, we couldn't have be happier for the couple!
Same year in November, Upton gave birth to a cute little daughter and we had tears in
our eyes!
This is not the end of the story, this is another chapter and there'll be many more

Today, I'm going to share with you a note that I got from someone in the post.
So I just opened up this package and it's from Nick.
He has a company called Roasted On and he sent me this fantastic parcel which I'm going
to check out for sure.
And in his note, he said he was listening to Episode 627 of the SuperFastBusiness Podcast
and he really liked it when I said that building a business can be like walking over broken
glass.
And this is true.
This is what a mentor taught me.
There is always a challenging phase that you must get past to get to the good part.
That's what makes the good part good.
And a lot of people give up in that difficult phase.
So I encourage you, if you are having a tough time, if you're still in the early days or
you're getting some challenges, it is absolutely, completely normal.
Crawl over that over that broken glass because on the other side is the fantastic island
of wonderment.
And a lot of people won't be able to get to that island because they're stuck.
They won't cross that broken glass and you will have a rarefied atmosphere where you're
having a wonderful life and it was worth it.

Adam Scott said he recently told the PGA Tour's chief of tournaments and competitions Andy Pazder that he'd be willing to take a penalty in order to get guys to speed up, the theory being that the tour would show that it was serious about pace of play and enforcing a penalty that is rarely enforced
"Make me the victim," the 2013 Masters champion and 13-time PGA Tour winner said. "I'll take the penalty
The only way it's going to work is if you enforce it."Pace of play isn't a new problem
It has been talked about for years, though it is rarely enforced.Part of the reason why, says Scott, is because there aren't any financial ramifications to how slow players are
"There's a big media fuss, a big feeling [among fans] that we play slow, and we do, but the tour is an entertainment business and a big money maker for a lot of people," the 38-year-old Australian said
"Until sponsors and TV tell the commissioner you guys play too slow and we're not putting money up, it's a waste of time talking about because it's not going to change
"Still, it's a topic that likely isn't going away, either.This week it was announced that beginning next year the Genesis Open will receive invitational status with a three-year exemption given to the winner, increased prize money and the field cut from 144 this year to 120 next
Daylight wasn't the reason the tournament was given elevated status, but doing so and reducing the field size will certainly help an event that has often run into problems finishing rounds on time at a time of year when sunset is just after 5:30 p
m. local time.There are other factors that play a roll as well, Scott said."Out here [on tour] the severity of courses is off the charts," he said

Can leadership be taught what an interesting question let's get right into it
generally define leadership is the ability to lead others to a common goal do I think
leadership can be taught any person who has passion for any particular subject can be
taught to be a leader in that subject but a lot of times I think that a person takes
leadership when they see things that need to be done and they have a passion for the
project can be anything in business or in life there is just never going to be a leader
in that timid guy that sits in the corner unless he has true passion and sees an opportunity
to change people's lives so i truly believe that passion and leadership go hand-in-hand
you can try to teach somebody to be a leader all day long in the industry they have no
passion for and guess what they're never going to be anything but a door stop sitting over
there but if you bring in somebody who has passion for what you're doing in loves your
vision they're going to easily be able to turn that passion into leadership in one form
or another because part of being a leader is believe in the direction that you're going
and if you don't believe that you're going to have a difficult time convincing others
to believe it now one of the things that accidentally happened as I became a youtuber I became a
leader in the community just by helping other people and offering up positivity and good
messaging to folks out there i was always willing and open to help another youtuber
in any way that i possibly could and a lot of people looked at this is leadership i just
looked at it as trying to help others it's funny how things work that way cuz i never
saw myself as a leader before and chances are sitting in that desk for 20 years i wasn't
a leader and i didn't really want to be a leader and that's what it comes down to passion
so the question was can leadership be taught well i truly believe that it can be taught
but it can't be talk to just anyone it must be taught to people with passion for your
project you can beat into them the qualities of leadership all day long but until they're
excited to go out there and deliver.
Message or your message or any message whatsoever really how passionate are they going to be
now course this is just my opinion and you might think that somebody who goes into business
school can magically become a leader in anything but I truly don't believe that you can be
an effective leader without passion for your project and anyone who has passion for a project
can easily be taught to be a leader in the industry because guess what it's what they
really want it's what they're really excited about it's not hard to teach people who want
