Youtube daily report Feb 2 2019

Hey youtubers, I have a real treat for you today.

Some of you might remember from one of my last live streams this cartwheel about the

8 YouTube channel strategies.

Sorry, my channel is all about YouTube channel growth, right?

But the word growth, growth, growth...

I can't really pronounce it.

Any way.

This is the cartwheel that I came up with a few months ago and also asked the Tube Ritual

team to complete this list.

Thanks for all your feedback.

This is the final list of strategies that really work for small channels as well.

So I am excited to talk about this today.

By the way, quick question: What of those strategies do you apply on your channel?

For me for example, it is all about evergreen content, I do focus a lot on active subscribers

as well as linked content.

And of course since I have the Morningfame tool, the site, I also get a lot of viewers

from the site to my channel.

So these are the strategies that I focus most about...

most on.

And quick question: How about you?

Is your setup a little bit different?

Let me know in the comments.

By the way, for me it was not always the case that I focussed on those four things mostly.

In the beginning for example when I just started my channel, I had different strategies that

worked for me.

In particular, sharing on social media.

I will explain you later, there is a strategy because I didn't have outreach on social

media at that point either, no followers really, so there is a strategy that actually works

right in the beginning.

As well as I did a particular kind of collabs: featuring YouTube creators in videos which

really really worked well for me in the beginning.

So along the way of growing your channel different strategies make more sense at that point.

And that changes.

And today I wanna walk you through all of the eight strategies but with a unique new

way.

I created a playlist for you that walks you through all those strategies because it turned

out with all the archive of videos that I have on this channel already, there are videos

already there that explain those different strategies.

So I compiled the best videos that I have on each and every strategy and made a playlist

out of it.

This here, this video that you are currently watching is actually the first video of this

playlist.

If you are currently watching this video separately and not within that playlist – you can see

that if the playlist shows up on the side or below on mobile – well, then click the

link in the description that sends you onto this video but within this playlist.

As well as I also pin a comment so people who are on mobile can more easily access it.

And then let's get started.

The first things that we focus on is evergreen content.

This is by far the most dependable way to get the YouTube algorithm working for you.

To get all the benefits that the YouTube algorithm gives us for promotion of our videos, get

our foot in the door.

So that is the first strategy.

And by the way, that strategy is the most important one for my channel.

It was in the beginning and still is.

It really has a big importance.

And so let's give it away.

Daniel Batal is next up in the next video explaining you how to create evergreen content.

See you after the evergreen video with my next introduction of the next strategy.

See you then!

Los Angeles Woman Sentenced to 15 Years in Prison for Federal Sex Trafficking Offense

LOS ANGELES – A South Los Angeles woman who described herself on social media as "The

Most Hated Hoe in L.A." and who admitted using the Internet to solicit minors to engage

in commercial sex acts has been sentenced to 15 years in federal prison.

Melanie Denae Williams, 23, was sentenced Thursday by United States District Judge George

H. Wu, who also ordered her to pay restitution to her victims.

In November 2018, Williams, who used the moniker "Pretty Hoe" on social media platforms,

pleaded guilty to one count of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion – an offense

that carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years' imprisonment.

According to her plea agreement, Williams admitted to abusing a woman she recruited

via social media to work as a prostitute.

Williams ordered the victim to strip off her clothes, then Williams threw bleach on her

and used a broomstick to beat her, according to court documents.

Williams continually threatened to kill the victim if she left Williams, court papers

state.

Williams also forced the victim to get Williams's name tattooed on her face, and confiscated

the victim's belongings and identity documents, according to an affidavit filed in the case.

Williams also admitted to using the Internet to recruit two minors to engage in commercial

sex acts and then retaining the proceeds from the minors' sex acts for her own use and

benefit.

Williams also posted social media videos of her physically abusing and using firearms

to threaten young women, according to the affidavit.

The investigation was conducted by the Los Angeles Regional Human Trafficking Task Force,

which included agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and deputies with the Los

Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office provided

substantial assistance in the investigation and prosecution.

This case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Lana Morton-Owens

and Joseph Axelrad of the Violent and Organized Crime Section.

Find What's Necessary to Leave Your Comfort Zone For Good - Duration: 11:29.

(upbeat music)

- This is not where high performers live.

This is where people who ultimately

become very dissatisfied with life live.

Now it doesn't mean that you

can't be comfortable in your life.

There's nothing wrong with being comfortable

at some point in your life.

It's just as you know if you've studied my work,

that sometimes comfort over a period of time

becomes boring or dissatisfied.

And you feel like there's something missing,

and what's missing is what we call the charge.

That there is this other level of energy

and engagement and enthusiasm with life.

But what I'd like to do today

is begin with this very simple challenge.

And that is if you feel that you've been here too much,

and you know it because, you're here and only here.

Your career has flat lined, right?

You're in a plateau moment in your career,

which is okay, but a lot of people hit that right.

They really worked hard, hard, hard, hard,

and then they plateaued.

And they're wondering why have I plateaued?

This happens in athletics,

when I worked with high lever athletes.

It happens in the Fortune 50 executives I work with,

it happens with the celebrities I work with.

It's not because they're not smart, they're not driven.

Not because they're sabotaging themselves,

and it's not because they're in a bad mood,

it's not because the kids, it's not because of the team,

that at some point when we hit that plateau,

there's usually a reason why.

And that is we started guiding our days

and we started thinking about our ambitions from this place.

From our comfort zone.

And our comfort zone, this line around it

is really a line of preferences, that's it.

I don't feel like working that hard today

because you don't have to, you're already there.

Right, you climbed the mountain, you're good.

And you're like,

man can't I just enjoy the view for a while?

And I'm like, absolutely enjoy the view, love the view.

Set up camp on top of the mountains,

shout out from the rooftops, have a children, start a farm,

start making your vegetables, live up there

in comfort as long as you want.

And then one day you'll go, there must be something more.

It's just the human ambition for growth, for contribution,

for deeper levels of connection and giving

that drives so many of us.

I love to look at your career, your relationships,

your health and suggest to you that the way out

of the comfort zone is not what you might think.

Most people think that the way out of the comfort zone

is set a goal.

They think it's have an aspiration.

A lot of people think it's hope.

And a lot of people what they do,

is they start breaking the comfort zone a little bit,

dabbling, trying, taking one tepid step forward

and then kind of falling back.

Here's what I've learned about high performers though.

And this was a big breakthrough recently

when I was working with a very, very high level

world class coach for sports teams.

And we were talking about high performers

and what the difference is between the guys

who kinda go through the motions, comfort zone,

and the guys who are working on the field.

And I believe that the reason that high performers

hit excellence, isn't because of their comfort zone,

but they're in the necessary zone.

I know that's such, kind of a clunky phrase.

I wish I had a better phrase for it.

But let me walk you through what I mean.

I think it's important for all of us to find necessary.

If we are going to amplify our life to the next level.

What do I mean?

Look, if you're in your comfort zone,

you're doing things 'cause it's easy, it's a preference.

You got good at it, it's a skill, it's a knowledge,

it's a core competency, it's a capability you can do

and you feel good about yourself.

The reason high performers stay high performers so long

is because they believe it is necessary to continue growing.

It's necessary to put in the training, the practice.

It's necessary for them to give more,

to serve more, to contribute more.

It's necessary for them to grown in their character.

It's necessary for them to deepen their relationships.

It's necessary for them to feel more alive.

It's part of their identity, that it is necessary to grow.

It's not like a hope, an idea, it's not even an aspiration.

It's a must, it's a necessity in their day.

It's like I was talking recently to two NFL players.

Great guys, legends right, really cool guys.

And they were, I just happen to be on some vacation

and ran into them.

And I'll show you what's really cool.

As we're talking, one guy I was talking about,

his hunger for being on the field.

And he was talking about how the other people around him,

who are also by the way, they're all NFL players,

they were good too, this guy's a legend.

And he said that the main difference

between what he felt like he did and other people did,

is he felt it was necessary for him to keep an edge.

That's what he said.

He says, "I have to keep that edge,

"I have to be pushing myself.

"Because if I'm not pushing myself,

"then what ends up happening is other people pass me."

And it wasn't just competitive for him.

'Cause I said, "Is that it?

"It's just you gotta beat other people as an ego thing?"

He goes, "No, no, no, because Brendon, they look to me."

He said, "They look to me for inspiration.

"They look to me for leadership,

"they look at me as a role model."

If I let off and I fall into a comfort zone,

not only will I probably not be in this, I won't last,

because it is so competitive.

But I also won't be able to inspire the people around me.

And at some point, I'll get bored.

And as he was describing all that,

I was like wow, how many times in my life

I've heard high performers talk like that.

He's not saying, I push myself so hard 'cause I wanna win.

That's not what he said.

I push myself so hard because I'm scared

of the people replacing me, that's not what he said.

Pushed himself because he wanted to grow,

but he also knew he was a role model.

People were watching him.

I want you to think about any level of growth

that you're really gonna have in life.

They only way you sustain it and keep breaking through,

is it's a necessary thing for you.

I mean, look at how many people who start a great

New Year's ambition.

It's an interest.

And they do, they step outside their comfort zone.

They go to the gym, one, two, three times.

They take those first baby steps.

But they don't stick to it because it wasn't real for them.

It wasn't necessary to become healthy.

A lot of people become very healthy,

the most healthy in their life after surviving something.

Broken their leg, got sick, saw somebody die,

and they said, you know what, I gotta change.

And it became real for them.

And so I would like you to look at your life

in three areas and find your necessary.

Think about first your relationships.

Why is it necessary for you

to improve that relationship right now?

See most people they wait too late

in their life to find necessary.

So your partner walks out on you

and says, well I've been telling you to get better,

but you never got better.

And now all of a sudden it's, oh, let me make,

let me it better, I'll get better.

Waited too late to find necessary,

I gave you the chance, I'm outta here.

You never found necessary in your mind

so you never got better in that relationship.

Does that make sense?

People wait until tragedy, they wait until scarcity,

they wait until obligation,

they wait until that very last moment,

because it's so much easier to be comfortable than to try.

So I'd like you think first of your relationships.

What relationship in your life

do you need to find you necessary in?

That decision, it's necessary for me

to be a better dad because why?

It's necessary for me to be a better wife because why?

It's necessary for me to be a better team leader

because why?

If you never asked that question

and you're not clear about why it's important to you,

obviously we know from everything we've studied

in psychology, you lose motivation.

There's no reason, there's no drive,

there's no ambition and expectancy

that we're gonna reach it.

There's no motivation.

And so you're relationship, what's necessary?

Now think about your career.

Why is it necessary for you to be excellent at what you do?

Why, can you articulate it?

Can you journal on it today?

After this video, maybe you can sit down.

What's my necessary in my world right now for my career?

Think about your health.

Why is it necessary for this year

to be the year you get healthier?

Why, why is it this year?

Right now you're gonna quit smoking.

Why is it this year you're gonna

stop drinking all your calories.

Why is it this year you're gonna stop overeating, why?

Why is it necessary?

Because look, if you're just gonna fall back

in your comfort zone, you're just gonna keep smoking,

keep drinking the calories, keep overeating.

You're gonna stop working out

because it's easier, it's easier.

This is the path that feels so good.

It's the path of least resistance.

But it also leads to early death.

It also leads to relationships that are unfulfilling.

It also leads to careers that are minimal

and never scaled to their appropriate level

because no one knew what was necessary.

I work harder than I need to.

This, it could be easy, I could live everyday

in the Caribbean, have my pina colada.

As soon as it hits noon, I don't feel so guilty.

Noon, boom I'm having me a pina colada no problem.

I could do that everyday of my life now.

But you know what, I wouldn't be fulfilled.

You know what, I wouldn't fulfill my destiny.

You know I wouldn't fulfill my potential.

You know I wouldn't be here with you guys.

Because for me it's necessary, I work harder.

I focus, I develop, I practice.

It is a fundamental identity of a high performer.

To know what is necessary now for me to develop,

to grow, to give, to connect.

And if you have not clarified that,

that is why you don't have more motivation.

Secrets Hidden in Glass Deleted Scenes | DeadTalks - Duration: 4:08.

In the trailer for Glass, there are a few scenes that never showed up in the movie.

If you want to see which ones, then stick around to the end of this video.

Hi, my name is CZ and I created a series called Things You Missed where I analyse horror movies

based on some of the things that you might have missed.

It's pretty self-explanatory.

As a result of making these episodes, I end up scrubbing through the trailers a lot to

find footage -- so I ended up noticing that there were quite a few scenes in the trailers

that weren't actually in the movie.

I decided to look it up and see what info I could find on this cut content, and ended

up stumbling on an interview titled, M Night Shyamalan Reveals Why His First Cut Of Glass

Was 3 Hours 20 Minutes.

That's crazy to me.

I mean, to give you a better idea, the final runtime was 2 hours and 9 minutes.

So over an hour of content was cut.

Not all of that is going to be deleted scenes, some of it is probably just tightening up

existing scenes and removing a few of the 24 identities of The Horde, but still, that's

a lot of footage left on the cutting room... recycle bin?

Here's what Shyamalan had to say in the interview.

"Tons of deleted scenes, I think in retrospect this was the first time I was writing characters

that I already knew, so I could write a lot.

And that's not normal.

Normally I'm finding them as I'm writing.

And the editing process was what is the essence of what I needed, so there's a lot of deleted

scenes for the Blu-Ray and all that stuff."

With this being our last look into the universe, the deleted scenes do kind of interest me

just to get one last look at these characters we've grown to love, but the Blu-Ray won't

be out until April -- so that leaves us with these scenes that are in the trailers.

Let's take a look at them.

This is the first one, David sitting in this restaurant.

This woman asks him what he does and he tells her he's in security.

There's also a slot machine in the corner, and the TV is broadcasting the opening of

Osaka Tower.

I'd theorize that this was meant to be the opening scene.

It picks up where David left off in Split, alone in a diner.

Not literally the same diner, but symbolically picking up where we left off.

And why it was cut?

If you've seen Unbreakable, you already know who David is, and we find out about what happened

to his wife in another scene, so showing him alone again would really just be redundant.

Next, we've got this scene of David in his rain poncho, throwing someone up on a wall.

It looks like he's in some sort of tunnel and from what I can tell, he's protecting

a woman who's been attacked by this criminal; I think this is a purse right here.

This probably takes place before the face-off with The Beast at the factory, and again,

we already get a good idea of David's life of vigilante justice in this other scene,

this scene may not have been needed.

I do like the symbolic shot composition though, with the wall colors being yellow and purple,

the colors of The Horde and Mr. Glass, and this fence in the foreground telling us that

David is going to be locked in with these two enemies.

In fact it even has the same pattern as the window on the door to Mr. Glass's room.

This next one takes place in the final battle sequence -- it would seem that there's a moment

where Joseph's wrist is injured at some point.

It looks like this might be after Casey goes to try to get Kevin to come into the light,

because she's not there on the steps with them.

So there may have been a beat where the Beast hurts Joseph.

I also wouldn't be surprised if the Black Clover Society was responsible.

I also have to wonder if part of that hour of cut content was Joseph questioning if the

super powers were somehow hereditary... no, not that Hereditary, and he tries to do something

that only his father would have been able to do.

Perhaps the most mysterious of the deleted scenes though, is this, where The Beast is

clutching this woman's head.

It doesn't appear to be in a violent way though.

My first thought was that this is Dr. Staple, but the outfit doesn't seem to match what

she was wearing after Mr. Glass broke The Horde out of his room.

My theory is that there was a scene where they run into another patient at the institution

and The Beast, for the same reasons that he let Casey go at the end of Split, lets her

go, because he sees that she is broken and therefore pure.

We also get a better look at this during the final trailer, and see that there are

many people, possibly patients of Raven Hill, that are reaching out to The Beast in some

kind of therapeutic ritual.

There's nothing similar to that in the movie, so I'd be interested to potentially find out

what that was going on there.

Let me know what your theories are about what was left out the movie, and anything you may

have noticed from the trailers that didn't make the cut.

I'll also be covering the deleted scenes on Things You Missed when they are released,

so make sure you're subscribed to CZsWorld for new horrors every week, ring that deathbell

for notifications and I'll see you in the next one.

Assuming, we both survive.

Винтажный топиарий бюджетно\Мастер-класс - Duration: 15:46.

The workshop of Valeria Radyk "The Magic World of manual creativity"

Hello everyone, with you Valeria, welcome to my magical world of creativity!

Today, we will create a vintage topiary from simple, improvised and waste materials.

For the work we need the following materials:

linen light fabric, paper, paper tape,

any strong stem for the trunk,

fruit pits (plum) or other suitable natural materials,

thermo-gun, white thread for knitting,

acrylic paints, acrylic lacquer, scissors, plaster,

plastic bag, pots (I used a paper pot for seedlings),

white glue (PVA), pearl beads,

for decoration pots, you can use napkins with imitation of newspaper text, stamps and stencil,

tassels, sponge, any grits as a pots filler (I used oatmeal),

as well as corrugated cardboard.

Getting Started:

As a planter, I will use these paper pots for seedlings.

You can also use homemade pots, which I have already shown in one of my master classes.

I will leave a link to it in the description under the video, as well as a hint will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

In the previous topiary, I used exactly handmade pots.

Decorate pots can be like decoupage napkins imitating newspaper text,

and stamps, as well as a stencil.

I will show all three ways on one product, but you can apply one of them.

Too black contrast color mute white acrylic paint.

using a sponge or dry brush.

Top pots covered with acrylic varnish.

Before gluing on the hearts put pearl or silver paint on the protruding surface.

In addition to the three-layer hearts, I made 4 more single-layer ones for gluing on pots.

Most often I use natural stones as a filler,

I put small stones inside,

leave space for the trunk.

Then glue a piece of foam, and then glue the barrel.

But this time we put in a plastic bag pots

and pour plaster.

For convenience, near the topiary you can place any fixing object

which will keep the top of the topiary until the gypsum hardens.

The package can be simply cut along the edge of the plaster,

but since in the package the gypsum dries for a long time, then I took out the gypsum from the pots,

removed the bag and glued the plaster back with white glue (white glue).

Add a little silver paint, especially on fruit pits,

You can also apply silver paint on flowers.

Our hearts are already covered with silver, thus we combine work into a common composition.

From silver, the fabric does not deteriorate, but only flicker is added.

On the inside you can stick any grits, or sisal,

as well as coarse sand or coffee beans, and then muted white acrylic paint.

I will glue the oatmeal,

I will stick on the carpenter's white glue (PVA).

Flakes are painted with white acrylic paint.

Now we apply silver paint, and after drying you can coat with acrylic varnish.

Topiary I added beads

now I want to glue the dragonfly twine,

how to make such a dragonfly, I left the link in the description under the video,

as well as a hint will appear in the upper right corner of the screen.

Work, ready! I would be glad if you like my master class and it will come in handy.

My dear viewers, if you do work on my master classes,

do not hesitate and send photos of your work to me by mail (links under the video) or on Facebook.

I have plans to make a separate video with your wonderful work.

And if you want your work to be included in this video, then send photos of the works, I will be very happy!

And ka always wish you creative inspiration and all the most magical and beautiful!

See you again!

STARTED FROM BOTTOM ... ALVIN BROWN BEATS AUTOBIOGRAPHY - Duration: 11:23.

In fact, the more people say things like that to you and the more you say, "No, I don't accept, I have to succeed."

I was born in Nosy-be It's in Madagascar

But I grew up in the capital, in Antananari

I went to school there... until I was 18 years old

But during all these years ...

It's not that I lived in poverty, but we ran out of things.

And I had a childhood... I wouldn't say difficult because for me it was...

It was normal to live in these conditions before

You.. You were going to school with torn things.

People make fun of you because you don't have this or that

And when I was a child

We lived in a little cabin

I mean, I don't remember anything but my mom told me

It's a small cabin in the middle of the forest

And as soon as it rained everything was wet

I mean, it was a wooden cabin

and when my mother was hanging out in the villages next door

People used to say, "She's still coming to beg for food," or stuff like that

and...

So she bought tomatoes in pieces

Approximately two three tomatoes

And that's what we bulged

And... back then... you think that's normal

You're small, you think it's normal

And...

And then it was so hard that...

My mother decided to go to France

and when she left, she started from scratch

And then we were alone for two years, my sister and my little sister, we were all alone.

It was the galley

It was barely if we ate

When my mother returned

she started buying us stuff

She bought me a computer

But it's an old XP computer that wasn't worth anything

And there was a crisis in my country

So it was really messy there

We couldn't get out, people were getting killed

so my mom said, "We gotta get out of here "

So we had a choice between the metropolitan france or reunion island

So we chose reunion island because it was closer, there was the sun and the beach

And when I got there I was in a high school, I wouldn't say which one

But I only did two days in this school

And the headmaster said to me, "There's no point in going to school, go to work"

I was 17... no 18, it was my 18th birthday when he kicked me out

And ... Of the blow I was discouraged

'Cause all the high schools said "no"

And then in high school "Jean Hinglo" they finally agreed to take me

But on condition I do the whole school again

So I was 18 and I was a freshman

But I don't regret

And it was during my graduate studies that I sold my first sound

I had hundred of followers

And a guy contacts me and tells me he wants to buy the sound at 50€

And for me 50€ back then it was huge

I was in the class and I thought, "50€ ?! "

" The guy wants to buy the sound 50€ "

So I was super happy, he said, "Send your paypal I'll send you the money now"

He sends me the money and I said to myself "50€ ..."

in 2016 something tragic happened

My sister died

and when that happened

I stopped everything, school, music, everything.

I was always locked in my room

And my auntie said, "That's not how you're going to move on in your life,"

So she told me to look for work

so I was sent to metropolitan France

I live in Bourges for a year and a half

it was when we arrived here that doors opened

I had more followers

I was more interested in succeeding

I've had collaborations with several artists

there is " T matt " who made a sound " On s'en bat les couilles " that reached the millions of views

there is " Mc box " and " St unit " that I met

I knew " St unit " because we made sounds together before

and when I created " sucre en poudre " he came to me and said he liked the sound and wondered if I could sell it to him

I sold him and they made " Mauvais garçon "

My biggest collaboration right now

It's a sound with Jahyanai king

I'll be on his next album

A desire of gratitude ?

yeah.. Finally...

I'd rather be known abroad

because it's...

it is more rewarding to be known to the united states

you can also be valued in france but it is better in the united states

Known internationally !

working with people...

Very known people

Major lazer, Drake, you know...

I met a man

His name is Vincent

In fact

He was a gentleman who did relational marketing

and the first time he met me he told me

" What's your dream ? "

" and what is your purpose in life? "

when he told me that I told myself I never wondered

He asked me a lot of questions

and from that moment on I would come by his house every Wednesday and Thursday

so he taught me personal development, being positive and all that

and at some point he made me write everything I wanted on a small paper

I found this paper not long ago

and everything that was written on it I managed to do everything
