This self care is myofacial self care. I am talking about muscle thickness at every time. If your muscle became stiff,muscle thickness become be thick.
The extra moisture accumulate into that above. It is bulged state more than normal condition. Many people body be bulge with that influence.
The belly part is not also exception. If you keep stiff belly muscle,you are apply into that. Belly thick is not fat only.
Part that you has recognized fat is extra moisture. Dented state by soften that part is become usual. I tell that self care method.
I recommend to soften belly button part. The trunk front part is don't have bone. The rib bone or breast bone is other else. Stiff point is belly center line.
The muscle edge part is adhere gather into center. But almost people don't soften belly center line. If you keep that condition,become easily fat.
At first,check belly button place. Please check thickness of now body state by pinch around belly button. Please remember twist movement and body bending movement.
Next,it make fist. Please pinch around belly button by both fist. At especially,aim tied up part of belly button. Maybe you find pain angle.
If you feel pain,please stop movement. Bend body in that condition,continue this movement. This movement is little,but it is OK.
As much as possible,do like don't escape strength. Please bend body with state that pinched belly muscle. One reason that do this movement is there.
How to soften muscle is 3 pattern. It is to warm up,to stimulate directly,to move joint(exercise). Please do those 2 pattern into together.
It is to do together stimulation like massage and joint exercise. Work of abdominal muscle is to knock down body into heading for front side. And it do support respiration.
At this time,i use that working. To pinch the belly muscle is become difficult little by little by that. This is good trend.
Maybe your belly became slim. Please check belly thickness by pinch belly part. Maybe that part changed more than last time.
That change is to decrease thickness,and to muscle be soft. Belly muscle change pattern is some there. It is to become soft,become thin,become stiff,become thick,etc.
Actually muscle movement became good. If you feel belly thickness more than before do self care,please don't worry. That thickness is extra moisture.
Extra moisture don't decrease soon. The metaborythm is relate. Extra moisture is decrease little by little into sleeping time.
