Youtube daily report Oct 2 2017

What's up!?

Today we'll give you tips to forget your ex

Everybody fell in love with someone or had an unrequited love.

Who never ever?

We feel rejected, sad, cry in the shower

That hope to get back with the beloved one

then, people get drunk, eat tons of chocolate

All of that to fill the emptiness that your ex left to you

Passion is like a disease.

It changes your normal state and has symptoms

Thinking about the loved one

Heartbeat speeds up

All of these are passion symptoms

It could be a cheesy soap opera's name: Passion Symptoms

It'd be also a tittle for a Brazilian country music song

We could say that passion is a pleasant flue

other name track for Brazilian country music and i want the royalties

The etymology of the word passion already means: Suffering

so be in love means that you are suffering

Passion makes you move your core from yourself to other place, object, person or ideal

and every time you do that, do you know what happens?

Yeah

i'm here to help you and i selected 3 tips for you forget your ex!

First of all you've gotta cut the person out of your life

It doesn't have to be forever, but till you get over it.

Stop thinking about this fucking person!

Passion is like a drug and i'm not talking about ecstasy

It's very good when you are on it, but later on is not that good

And makes you addicted

First thing, you have to detoxify yourself. Stay away from everything that reminds your ex

Delete pics, contacts, whatsapp, instagram, facebook...Yeah, you've gotta do that!

Sometimes there is competition and tension through the social media between the couple

Even the Brazilians country singers got it!

"I'm posting pics with the chicks for you see what you missed..."

Didn't you like what i said? So it means that you are addicted to your ex

and it is resistance. It's normal, but you've gotta do that

Erase your ex out of your life

The next one is: Distraction

When you are with your beloved one your body liberates the "Love hormone"

The hormone is oxytocin. This son of bitch is the responsible for you get addicted to someone.

Catch, don't get caught

But this feeling is good, it's pleasant!...

but when you break up this hormone runs out of your body, then you get sad

Solution: Increase this hormone in your system

But HOW?!

Distraction! Entertain yourself!

Hangout with friends, shower singing, learn some musical instrument, a new language...

Hug friends and family, it helps when you are needy

You had a life before this person and you still have so...

Get over for God's sake!

It's an old cliché? It is, but there is nothing that time can't heal

Nothing lasts forever

Neither happiness

nor pain

in the course of time we start forgetting. That's why we loose memory as we grow older

If you forget, you'll be more open to fall in love again.

Some people says: You heal a old love with a brand new one.

Nobody belongs to anyone, or better, everybody belongs to everybody.Uhoooo!

So guys, life is like this

Experiences! One way or another we learn a lot from all of it.

Hope you liked it

SELMANTS Dragon Demo Getting Started - Duration: 11:44.

This is Thad Selmants, I'm the assistive technology

specialist at Sierra College

And today I'm going to be demonstrating how to get started with Dragon NaturallySpeaking

The first thing we're going to do is create a new voice profile

And then type in a username

And choose speech options

Select the headset

There are a few directions here about positioning the microphone properly for optimal use

Next we're going to read a script aloud which will allow dragon to capture my voice and create a user profile

I'm reading this text out loud clearly and naturally I will continue to use this tone when I dictate with the product

Right now. I'm giving dragon a chance to adapt to my voice in audio environment

As I talk dragon is checking the quality of the audio input and adjusting some settings

Good audio input is essential for accurate speech recognition

To achieve high accuracy I should maintain a consistent distance between my mouth and the microphone I should also minimize the background noise

Dragon's website contains more tips as well as short videos. I will read this text from the beginning until the complete prompt appears

I'm reading this text out loud clearly naturally

I will continue to use this tone when I dictate with a product right now

I'm giving dragon a chance to adapt to my voice and audio environment

Now at this point I'm going to skip back to

Dragon

And open up a pre-existing voice profile

Takes a moment to initialize the program it takes a moment to sometimes load the profile

So it looks like we're good to go

We're going to cancel this option going to open dragon pad which is

Similar to Microsoft Word, it's not as powerful, but it's also a simpler environment for Dragon to work in

You can increase the font.

And of course turn the mic on

This is a demonstration of

An incredible software program called Dragon NaturallySpeaking

This program allows computer users

To compose documents without touching the keyboard

Dragon is

To dictate Dainius li and

Monitor the screen

For recognition errors period you'll notice

The dragon is doing an excellent job recognizing my speech

with very few

Recognition errors period

In fact this program works, so well and is so dependable

Comma that these days the main challenge for people using Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Is simply deciding what they want to express

comma speaking clearly comma

And

Checking for the progress of their work period

I'm going to show a couple interesting features of Dragon

Okay, so now we see a couple errors, so I'm going to stop and fix those scratch that

Move to end period I

Can select a couple features from the audio menu

And

I can choose "read that" and

a text-to-speech

Function will basically read aloud what I've dictated

Now what you can't hear is the

Text-to-speech reading, and it's reading to me via the earpiece, so that's not being

caught on this video

another important feature in the audio menu is

the playback and

Again there won't be any audio output for this video, but what this allows me to do is it will basically playback my speech

What's the use of this? Well, it is invaluable if I dictate a lot, and I have some

Scratch then

If I have questions about what it was I was trying to say I can always play back the

The recording of my speech as a kind of prompt

it's not needed very often these days. As I said before the performance of Dragon is is quite good and

Recognition errors occur very infrequently

Is D.VA a FAKE HERO?! [Overwatch Theory] - Duration: 5:40.

Is DVA secretly a fake hero?

D.VA is a world champion starcraft player turned hero and defender of the Korean peninsula,

but is she all that meets the eye?

Could D.VA actually be a PR tool of the Korean military to make their people feel safe under

the ever present threat of Omnic attacks?

Their version of Captain America for example, being thrown into the spotlight to represent

the military all the while never being put in any real danger, is D.VA Fake News?!

Hana Song, today known as D.VA, first found fame as a pro gamer, she became the world

champion of Starcraft and went undefeated for 3 straight years, her fame grew internationally

and she became loved by fans in both South Korea and across the globe.

However South Korea is a complex place in the world of Overwatch.

While the rest of the world has pretty much moved on since the Omnic Crisis the coast

line along the Korean peninsula has continued to be plagued by an ongoing omnic threat.

A single gigantic omnic has repeatedly risen from the depths of the ocean and attacked

the nation, each time causing catastrophic damage before being driven back beneath the

waves.

Every few years it would return having made adaptations to counter whatever had forced

it away the previous time, eventually it became able to disrupt the nation's main line of

defence, a series of drones.

This forced the government into scramble to find suitable candidates who the military

could place inside mechs as pilots, they needed people with the necessary instincts and reflexes

to operate the machines and with little time for training they turned to their nations

pro gamers.

Many of their top stars were drafted, of course including the world champion D.VA.

However D.VA is described as seeing her new mission as just another game and even began

streaming her combat operations to her fans.

Shes also shown up in TV adverts and hollywood movies, really becoming the public face of

the MEKA program and South Korea's military as a whole.

Now this is the part that first made me think

of this:

Could D.VA actually be just the face of the military, put out there to reassure the public,

perhaps drum up support and financial backing?

Now don't get me wrong, D.VA could still follow Cap's story and actually strive to be a

real hero, but maybe she's just not that hero yet?

Perhaps she's never really been put in any real danger, or on any major missions.

The fact that's she's live streaming her "fights" makes this seem reasonable, surely if she's

fighting a giant omnic with hacking capabilities streaming what she's doing isn't the best

move...unless she's running a delay to not get stream sniped…

D.VA has very little lore, unlike the other characters she doesn't really have any connection

to anyone else.

Even characters like Lucio and Symmetra have ties to each other but D.VA still remains

isolated.

Sure she's famous and people know who she is, but it's all superficial, there are

no friendships, alliances or even enemies in the Overwatch roster of heroes.

Could this be because she's actually more of an icon than person?

She's putting on a performance and perhaps she is going out into some battles but at

a safe distance, secluded from the main fight.

To reference another movie much like Katniss in Mockingjay Part 1, she's out there streaming

and putting on a performance that the public can see which helps to reassure them that

their military is protecting them.

She maintains an almost overly happy persona in almost all of her dialog, but there are

moments where she seems to almost break character, and perhaps we see a little more of what Hana

Song really thinks, for example in Germany when looking at the ruins of the town it seems

to hit her hard and remind her of the damage done to her homeland.

I actually think the idea of her having a Captain America style story would be a fascinating

twist for D.VA, perhaps we see an animated short in the future where we see her push

back against her commanding officers and actually go out and fight for real, to rescue other

soldiers or something similar and with this act she becomes a real hero, proves her capabilities

and ascends beyond being just a symbol for hope.

What do you think?

Could D.VA be a Fake Hero who has yet to really go into a real battle?

Could she be just the face of the military rather than a real soldier?

And if this is the case will she rebel and become a true hero in full Captain America

style?

Let me know what you think in the comments below, as always this is James for Curse saying

thanks for watching, and enjoy the game!

What goes into making what we wear? Introduction to Coutures | FASHION AS DESIGN - Duration: 4:26.

Welcome to Week 4.

This is Silhouettes.

It's Coutures.

[LAUGH]

We're going to be talking about coutures this week, and that's coutures with an "s"

very specifically.

And I'm going to ask our resident fashion, historian, and expert to talk about why we're

talking about coutures, and with an "s".

Why is it plural?

What does even couture mean?

So many of us have probably heard the term "couture" applied to different aspects of

fashion.

It is a French word that translates into "dressmaking" or "sewing."

And I'm sure some of us have heard it applied to probably like an expensive piece of fashion,

something that was handmade, or even one of a kind.

And all of those descriptors are in part true, but the word "couture," as it applies to fashion,

really originates in the 19th century with the establishment of the Chambre Syndicale

de la Haute Couture, meaning the couture syndicate.

It was essentially a governing body that was established in order to protect designers

in France from piracy.

It still exists today.

And in order to be considered couture, you have to essentially abide by some very strict

regulations put forth by this body.

Very extensive, but a few examples are you have to have your atelier located in Paris,

every garment needs to be one of a kind and made for a specific client and have multiple

fittings, and most of the garment needs to be handmade.

So that's sort of the technical meaning of couture.

But, you know, the idea of couture, something being handmade, exclusive, taking a lot of

craftsmanship can be applied to many, many fashion items, including humble masterpieces,

which is why we have chosen to call this week coutures with an "s", because we're going

to look at all of the different ways of making fashion items from actual haute couture items

to more humble masterpieces.

So as part of this week, we'll talk about crafting.

And one of the things that we'll talk about, and you'll actually get to see by going into

the studio, is how a bespoke suit is made.

And so our team went to Anderson and Sheppard.

It's a tailor in London.

It's been on Savile Row, a place that really is the heart of suit-making in London, and

actually really worldwide.

It's globally known for its production of suits.

They've been there since the turn of the 20th century.

And you'll see the process, really from the very, very first picking of the materials,

the measuring of somebody's body, very precisely the measuring out.

Then onto paper patterns and then onto fabric, the cutting, the sewing, every single bit

of painstaking labor that goes into creating a suit.

We're then going to look at...

What's our next topic?

Stephanie: We're going to go from crafting to what we're calling producing.

So we're going to look at some examples that perhaps at one point were made by hand, were

made for one person, but due to their rising popularity, have been made in more of a mass

assembly-line manner.

And so a few examples that we're going to look at are the clogs, the Aran sweater, and

then we're going to look at the leather biker jacket.

A lot of us look at the biker jacket and think of it as the garment of the cool kid that

Marlon Brando so famously wore.

But it's actually a wonderful example of a garment that is made very intricately, but

on a bit of a larger scale than perhaps a Panama hat or a suit for one client.

Leather is not like a regular textile, like polyester or cotton.

So it really requires very highly trained craftspeople, who also know how to work fairly

quickly in order to produce more than one a day.

So it's an interesting example of the transition from crafting into producing.

And then we'll also think about growing, actually cultivating as a means to think about couture.

So everything from cultivating pearls to thinking about bio coutures, so the idea of being able

to grow from living cells to other types of living organisms, and making that into something

that's a fashion garment or an accessory, and then also thinking about growing through

3D and 4D printing.

So additive processes like those, the design, things like...

We have actually now a MoMA's collection, the Kinematics Dress.

We hope you enjoyed this week, and perhaps you'll look at your clothes a little differently

now that you know how they're made.

Why We Don't Like to Wait - Duration: 4:32.

[INTRO ♪]

Picture this: you're at the grocery store and you just want to go home and make dinner,

but you're stuck in line and the guy in front of you is pulling out canned goods

like he is not in a race— some kind of snail man—

and there's a person in front of him that's having a problem with their check.

It's taking forever, and the other lines are just as bad.

We've all experienced this form of purgatory.

Waiting in line can be so unbearable that many people will pay hundreds of dollars to avoid it,

whether it's at the airport or for a ride or a rollercoaster.

But even though we all hate waiting,

the frustration isn't necessarily because of how long you have to wait.

It's how you experience the waiting that matters—

how you think about waiting, and how you spend the time.

So there are ways to make waiting feel less awful.

Psychologists and operations researchers, for instance,

have discovered that if you're bored, that wait is going to feel a lot longer.

In one experiment, a bank in downtown Boston installed

a Times Square-style news ticker to try and bump up customer satisfaction.

The average wait time actually increased slightly,

compared to when the bank didn't have the ticker.

But because the customers had something to do,

they said they were willing to wait a little bit longer, and left happier.

Some customers were even convinced that the bank had hired more tellers

and had sped up their service.

Distractions like this can be powerful because they affect how quickly you think time is passing.

Psychologists have found that our ability to estimate time

partially depends on how much attention we devote to something.

In one set of experiments, scientists told some volunteers

that they were going to ask them to estimate time.

Then, these volunteers were given two visual search tasks—

one easy, and one hard—for various lengths of time.

And, finally, they guessed how long it took to do each one.

While the participants were pretty good at estimating how long it took them to do the easy task,

they underestimated how long the complicated one took.

For example, people thought a four-minute challenge took less than three minutes.

Trials like these have led some psychologists to propose that

we have a limited pool of so-called attentional resources.

And if your brain is engaged with something,

you have fewer resources to devote to tracking time.

But when you don't have anything to focus on,

like if you're standing in a long grocery line,

your attentional resources are focused on time passing.

And that makes time seem like it's going very slowly.

Even though we have these hypotheses,

neuroscientists don't know much about what your brain is actually doing.

It's possible that all brain tissue is involved in sensing time,

although your right parietal cortex may be especially important.

People with damage to this part of the brain

make mistakes when they estimate short amounts of time.

Now, because our perception of time depends on what we're doing,

companies have figured out that they don't necessarily need to

cut down on wait times to keep customers happy.

Sometimes, they can do some counterintuitive tricks

to take advantage of what we know about the psychology of waiting.

The Houston airport, for instance, was getting a lot of complaints from passengers

that it took too long to pick up stuff at the baggage claim.

So the airport actually moved their arrival gates farther away from the baggage claim,

so that passengers would have to walk farther to get there after landing.

And you would think people would be upset about the longer walk,

but they weren't, and it kept them occupied.

By the time they made it to the baggage claim,

they only had a few minutes of waiting left.

The number of complaints dropped, even though the total wait time had not changed at all.

Waiting can also be made less miserable if you have some heads up about it.

One business school experiment done back in 1999, when the Internet was tortoise-speed,

found that people who were told how long a webpage would take to load

viewed the site more positively than those with no information.

They had the volunteers waiting for the websites to load for up to four minutes!

Which is so great, I'm so happy that it's not 1999!

The idea here also boils down to attention.

If you're not sure when the page might load—

or when your number might be called at the DMV—

then you're going to be paying more attention to time.

Like, will it be 20 seconds or 20 minutes?

Psychologists have also proposed that this kind of uncertainty

can make people anxious, which could make the wait seem longer.

So, the next time you're suffering in a line, don't panic!

You have some control over how you perceive the wait,

no matter how long you end up waiting.

So find something interesting to do!

Chat up your fellow line-standers.

Read a book.

Or, I got an idea—get your phone out

and learn more about your brain by watching another SciShow Psych episode,

like this episode right here about how far people will go to fit in.

BAY BAY, CARLO Top Bayern stars 'organised secret training days behind Ancelotti's back'

TOP Bayern Munich stars organised secret training sessions behind axed Carlo Ancelottis back, according to reports in Germany.

The Italian boss, 58, was sacked as manager of the German giants the day after being hammered 3-0 at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

REUTERS 4 Bayern Munich stars organised secret training sessions, according to reports.

ALAMY LIVE NEWS 4 Carlo Ancelotti was sacked by Bayern Munich last week following PSG drubbing.

Bayern had been struggling ever since pre-season as they lost to Arsenal, AC Milan, Inter Milan, Liverpool and Napoli in the summer.

Ahead of his sacking, Ancelotti had lead the club to just third in the Bundesliga - with the European hammering the final straw.

Now it has emerged, according to local reports, that Bayern Munich stars went behind the Italian chiefs back to organise their own sessions.

The big-name stars were said to be unhappy with training, with reports saying Manuel Neuer, Thomas Muller and Jerome Boateng had all voiced their displeasure to CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge.

It was the same story last season, as senior stars Xabi Alonso and Philipp Lahm were left frustrated by the training methods - with fitness coach Giovanni Mauri reportedly only running THREE-MINUTE sessions.

A number of stars had been left frustrated at Bayern, with Arjen Robben all but confirming he would NOT get behind Ancelotti after their PSG loss.

REUTERS 4.

Bayern Munich stars had lost all faith in Carlo Ancelotti, claims the report.

Having been asked if he would back the Italian, Robben claimed: I will not answer that.

It was a painful defeat, we can talk about this.

When it is a game as big as this, you never want to lose.

Im now in my ninth season with Bayern, this is something I am not accustomed to.

But its part of football..

And Robben, 33, stuck the knife in further following the boss axing, blasting: There's better training at my son's youth team [than under Ancelotti].

Following Ancelottis sacking, the German club handed the reins to club legend Willy Sagnol - the former Chelsea boss No2 in Germany.

Sagnol will lead the club until the end of the season and are likely to pursue 30-year-old Hoffenheim boss Julian Nagelsmann ahead of the 2018-19 campaign.

Ward F, Yemi Philip - Why do you want to be a trustee? - Duration: 0:48.

Growing up in Nigeria, in a place where

I found that the quality of public education

is underdeveloped, and being able to experience education

in another part of the world, a developing nation,

I've come to realize the importance of education,

quality public education, to a people.

And my goal is to see that every child in Edmonton

gets the best quality education that they deserve.

And that would help them to harness their skills,

acquire the knowledge base that they

need to be successful members of the society.

As a practicing lawyer, I realize

that focusing on the best interests of students,

you would never go wrong.

Ward F, Yemi Philip - What strengths and experience can you contribute? - Duration: 1:18.

I'm a mom of three kids.

And with that, it brings the bonding

and the passion of a mother.

I will be bringing that to the board.

I've also practiced as a lawyer who represents

families and children.

I've done that for a few years.

I understand the importance of the best interest of a student.

And I will be bringing that skill set to the board as well.

I've also been working as a volunteer,

representing and assisting young people who have challenges.

And I've been able to talk to them and mentor teenagers.

Our teenagers need to be heard.

They want to be heard.

I'm a voice that would be ready to speak for our young people

as to what they want the society to hear about.

I think those are key skills that would be very, very

useful on the board.

I've also worked as a policy person in an organization

where I have been able to use my skill set,

acquiring and reviewing policies, interpreting

policies, and drafting framework with which

policies can be understood.

As a member of the board, I will be bringing

all of this to the board.

And I think that this will be a great time for our board.

Ward F, Yemi Philip - What are the three most important challenges facing public education? - Duration: 1:30.

Infrastructure, it's a big issue.

Special needs students, we need to focus on them.

And also communication, we need to improve on communication.

In respect to infrastructure, it's

good to see that we have new schools, elementary schools

that are springing up in our neighborhoods.

That's great.

However, we need to start planning now

for when those students become high school students.

They're going to graduate.

And we would need space for them.

We need to start being proactive,

spending money on better planning.

And also one of the things I keep

hearing when I go door knocking, is respect to the support

that we need to provide for our special needs students.

We need to focus on assisting the teachers, provide

development programs that are very good for teachers that

are need based, targeted to help our teachers meet

the needs of our special needs students.

Finally, I also think that we need to build and bridge

the gap of communication.

Now looking at the Alberta stakeholder survey of 2016,

we see that a number of the public

feel that the government is not hearing them enough.

We need to bridge that gap and communicate better so that we

can acquire ideas that people want

to see us reflect in education and be able to reflect it

in the education towards ensuring that we give what

is in the best interest of our students in the long run.

Ward F, Yemi Philip - How will you advance your goals for the next three years? - Duration: 0:49.

My goal is to bring targeted research-based approach,

fact finding-based approach to the board.

And I think that if we have business plans that

are well-thought out that reflects a great consultation.

That reflects input from the community.

And we will be able to eventually reach

our goal together.

I've worked as a lawyer and negotiation has

been one of the skills I've acquired

in the course of doing so.

Being able to balance competing interests of people,

I think that that would be very useful for this board, that

will be able to work collaboratively

to ensure that we meet our target, which is ensuring

that we have quality educational outcome for our students.

Top 10 Tips For A Healthy Pregnancy | Tips to Sleep Better During Pregnancy - Duration: 5:38.

Having A Healthy Pregnancy In order to grow and deliver a healthy baby, you have to be

healthy yourself. Growing babies require plenty of energy and large sums of vitamins and minerals

to develop properly.

Hence, its important to watch what you eat throughout the pregnancy process. Since

giving birth is a very physical feat, its a good idea to stay fit and flexible to prepare

yourself.

Exercising will also loosen up tight muscles and provide some relief from pregnancy back

pain. To find out how to have a healthy pregnancy, follow these prenatal care tips.

#1. Adjust Your Sleeping Position

As your baby grows and your body adjusts, it can be difficult to feel comfortable, especially

at night. Sleeping on your back can put extra stress on your body and baby, especially when

it comes to your breathing.

Sleeping on your belly isnt comfortable either. You might also find comfort by sleeping

in the fetal position. If you need to, feel free to nap to get all the rest your body

needs before your child comes into the world.

#2. Prenatal Exercise

Exercise is essential for a great pregnancy and birth. Its actually very safe to exercise

while pregnant. In fact, it will help you control your weight, improve circulation,

boost your mood, and give you a good nights sleep.

Try to get at least 30 minutes of pilates, yoga, walking, or a mild workout every day.

Before trying another exercise, talk to your doctor to make sure you dont overdo it.

#3. Write up a Birth Plan

As your pregnancy progresses, giving birth can feel daunting. Writing your birthing plan

will allow you to feel more in control of the situation and keep you and your family

on the same page.

Here are a few things to consider in your birth plan:

Who you want present, including children or siblings of the baby Procedures you want to

avoid What positions you prefer for labor and delivery Special clothing youd like

to wear.

Whether you want music or a special focal point Whether you want pain medications, and

what kind What to do if complications arise.

#4. Practice Kegels

In short, Kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to support your bladder, bowels,

uterus, and vagina.

Heres how to do Kegels them right:

Start with an empty bladder. Pretend that youre trying to stop yourself from passing

gas and interrupt the flow of urine at the same time its a sensation of squeezing

and lifting.

If youre not sure youve got it, one way to check is by inserting a clean finger

into your vagina then doing a Kegel. If you feel pressure around your finger, youre

on the right track.

Hold the pressure for 10 seconds and release for another 10. Practice any time of the day,

while youre on the couch or sitting at your desk.

#5. Track Your Weight Gain

The saying goes youre eating for two, but its not exactly true. How much pregnancy

weight you should gain depends on your body type before getting pregnant:

Average weight mother weight gain: 25 to 35 pounds Underweight moms: 28-40 pounds

Overweight pregnant women: 15-25 pounds

As your belly grows and your center of gravity changes, your feet take on extra pressure.

As such, your favorite shoes probably wont fit as they should, so replace them for comfortable,

flat shoes.

#7. Skip The Sauna

Being too warm is a bad idea for pregnant women. In fact, a body temperature of 101

F and above during the first trimester can increase your risk of birth defects.

If you want to head to the sauna, visit one with low-temperature options and speak to

your doctor first.

#8. Eat Folate-Rich Foods

Any doctor will tell you that folate (folic acid) is essential for fetal development and

red blood cell formation. During pregnancy, youll have to increase your intake of the

vitamin by 200 mcg daily.

Foods high in folic acid include beans, peas, yeast, soybean, spinach, artichoke, and asparagus.

#9. Cut Caffeine

Simply put, caffeine can worsen your babys kicks and punches. Additionally, as a stimulant

and a diuretic, caffeine increases your risk of dehydration.

If quitting caffeine is too hard, wean off the chocolate and coffee and stay below 150

mg 300 mg of caffeine daily.

#10. Stretch your Legs Before Bed

Nighttime leg cramps are all-to-common during the second and third trimester. You can prevent

them by stretching your calf and foot before bed every night .

Heres how to do a great stretching routine: To start, stand at arms length from a wall,

place your hands on the wall in front of you and move your right foot behind your left

foot.

Slowly bend your left leg forward, keeping your right knee straight and your right heel

on the floor. Hold the stretch for about 30 seconds, being careful to keep your back straight

and your hips forward.

Dont rotate your feet inward or outward and avoid pointing your toes. Switch legs

and repeat. Afterward, meditate or do some bedtime yoga.
