right now in this video I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to take
beautiful dreamy ethereal long exposure photography five things just five things
welcome to my channel here I talk about photography and I make videos just like
this one what I will tell you what you need to take long exposure photography
so if you're here for the very first time it might be a good idea to
subscribe if you have been following this channel for a while you might know
that I love long exposure photography actually I would say the
more long exposure photography has really become my photography signature
so I receive a lot of questions about the gear I use for my long exposure
photography and I finally decide to make this video and tell you which are the
five things you will need to get started with long as for your photography the
camera of course you will need a camera but hear me out
now if you have a camera already you don't need to switch with what I'm going
to say now but rather start experimenting with what you have while
if you're searching for a new camera or you don't have a camera at all here
there are some suggestions for you I recommend to pick a full-frame camera as
you might know I use Nikon I don't think that Nikon is any better than Canon or
Sony or Fuji or whatever else but I'm just used to its user interface since
I've been using Nikon cameras for the last 20 years at least and within the
Nikon family I love the Nikon d810 I had this camera for the last five years and
I believe it's still a fantastic product and because of the newer Nikon d850 and
the Nikon mirrors full-frame Z series you might be able to find good deals on
used d810 there is a lot of people that are ready to jump into the newer
products and will trade in their cameras with an insignificant amount of shots
the D850 can take up to twenty fifty thousand shots and you will be surprised
to see how many use cameras are available with less than five thousand
shots so go to your local camera store and see what they have but if you don't
need 36 megapixels as you are not going to print in huge formats you can spend
less money and pick the Nikon d610 or the nikon d750 both very good full-frame
cameras with the same 24 megapixel sensor the d750 has a better ISO
sensitivity and a tilting screen but the d610 is weather sealed the d610 is a
little more plasticky than the d810 and i believe it's made in Thailand versus
Japan these things though will not really affect the quality of your images
but you will spend less than half of the money the lens the
second thing you will need of course is a lens my recommendation here is to pick a
wide-angle prime lens remember that the quality of your images will always be as
good as the worst piece of gear that you are using so it doesn't really make a lot of
sense to buy a fantastic camera body and then use an average zoom kit lens you
will end up being very disappointed so my favorite lens for long exposure
photography is the Nikon 20 millimeters F 1.8 I believe the 95% of my long
exposure images are taken with this lens I say 95% because I know I took some few
long exposures with other lenses but it might be more like 98 as a matter of
fact this is the lens that is always attached to my camera a prime lens in
general is sharper than a zoom lens and this 20 millimeter lens is crazy sharp
check out this video to see how my 20 millimeter lens overperformed Laredo's
zoom lens on is D850 a prime lens is also of course much lighter and often is
a lot cheaper too, so for me this is a no-brainer decision and with an aperture
of f1.8 this is a great night photography lens as well the tripod if
you want to take long exposure photography you will need a tripod it
doesn't matter if it is a short long exposure or very long long exposure you
will not be able to hold your camera in your hands without shaking it even if
you're a surgeon when selecting a tripod the key is to find a good compromise
between weight and sturdiness I use these super sturdy carbon fiber tripod
from a California brand called really right stuff it's awesome it lasts
forever it never shakes is strong in the wind
strong in the sand but there are two problem of course it is not cheap it is
not light sometimes when I go for a longer hike I will bring a smaller
tripod a lighter tripod which is the meFoto that
is holding my g85 right now at the same time it does not feel the same so
my suggestion here is not to go too cheap but at the same time
don't buy a tripod that is too heavy for you it's worthless if you don't bring it
with you so search for the right balance the filters now that you have a great
camera a sharp wide-angle lens and everything is super sturdy on your
tripod if you want to be able to take a long exposure photo you will need a
neutral density filter an ND filter will act like your sunglasses and will
basically limit the amount of light that enters in your camera through the lens
the darker is the filter and the least amount of light will go through and
since light in photography is measured in stops also and the filters are
classified in stops so when you are using a three stops ND your exposure time
will increase by three stops and if your shutter speed without filter is one
second for instance once you put the three stops and the filter on it will
become four seconds I'm telling you all this because the most common question I
receive is which filter should I buy first and my answer is to do what I did
start with the 10 stops nd the 10 stops ND will allow you to take a long
exposure during daytime and at sunset or sunrise you will be able to
take those beautiful dreamy and ethereal images that only very long exposure can
create I also have a three stops six stops a fifteen stops and a graduated ND
filter but you don't need to buy everything when you start just start
with the ten stops as far as it concerns the brands that I use I mainly use Lee
Filters the ten stops is a very good quality piece of glass but it will give
to your images a little blue cast which is though very easy to correct in
Lightroom now just a little side note you can take long exposure photos
without filters usually during the blue hour right after sunset before it gets
pitch dark and that of the day you will see that your camera
will need several seconds even without an ND filter so if you are curious to
experiment before investing any money you could try that and see if you like it
the remote shutter release the very last thing I recommend you to have is a
remote shutter release this is the smallest investment that you will need
to do and it will be useful both for long exposure photography but also for
your landscape photography as a matter of fact the less you touch your camera
while shooting on a tripod the more likely your images will be point sharp
and I will make a video about how to take sharp images on a tripod very
shortly technically you will not need the remote
shutter release for exposure up to 30 seconds as a matter of fact most cameras
will allow you to set your shutter speed until then but if you love really
long exposures 2 minutes 3 minutes 11 minutes the remote shutter release
becomes a must I use this Vello remote shutter release
which is exactly the same as the Nikon remote shutter release it just costs one
third let me tell you a story about this I was in New Zealand last year I think
you know by now and a few days into my trip my shutter release stopped working
I was in a very small village in the South Island Kaikoura and of course there
was no camera store there and I was not going to cross any bigger city any time
soon for me it was like a disaster I was really sad but earlier that day I
checked in into this Lodge the Manukau lodge and I met the owner Neil which by
chance is an awesome photographer I will put a link in the description if you
want to check his work anyways came back to the lodge and immediately I went
searching for Neil and I asked him what were my options and it turned out that
he was also using a Nikon d810 and it was so kind to let me borrow his remote
shutter release all of my New Zealand shots were taken with his remote shutter
release he literally saved me thanks Neil of course all the items that
I mentioned will be in the links down in the description below feel free to check
them out I will do more videos about long exposure photography in the future
at the same time in the meanwhile I am linking year a video that I did in the
past of how to take long exposure last week instead I made a video about how i
edit long exposure photography in lightroom so go and check it out
and this is really all for today I hope you enjoyed this video i hope you will
experiment with long exposure photography it's really a lot of fun so
let me know what you think hit that like button leave me a comment and if you
didn't yet maybe this is the right time to describe thanks for watching and I
will see you in the next video

Ex-White House aide slams Kellyanne Conway in book as leaker to media - Daily News - Duration: 6:56.
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway is painted as the top leaker in President Donald Trump's administration and as a 'cartoon villain brought to life' in an explosive new book by former aide Cliff Sims.
Sims, in his forthcoming memoir 'Team of Vipers,' recalls how, when he helped Conway respond to criticism from Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, he inadvertently found out she was speaking to the press about the president and her West Wing co-workers.
His recollection paints an unflattering portrait of the adviser.
'It became hard to look long at her without getting the sense that she was a cartoon villain brought to life,' he wrote in an excerpt published by Vanity Fair.
Conway seemed to 'be perennially cloaked in an invisible fur coat, casting an all-knowing smile, as if she'd collected 98 Dalmatians with only 3 more to go.'
Sims, a former campaign aide who joined the White House communications team, left his job in May and received a seven-figure offer for his tome: 'Team of Vipers: My 500 Extraordinary Days in the Trump White House,' which comes out January 29th.
Excerpts from the book have already popped up in the press ahead of its publication.
White House staff were said to be concerned about how Sims would portray them in his tome and Conway is an early target.
'She was content - very content - to sit back, go on TV, and let rivals eat one another alive,' he writes of the White House adviser, claiming she talked frequently to reporters from the outlets the president frequently bashed as 'fake news.'

Sims recalls how, in May 2017, the 'Morning Joe' hosts claimed Conway would trash talk Trump during the campaign when the cameras were on even as she defended him on air - a charge Conway wanted to dispute.
So she called Sims up to her office to help her draft a response. He hadn't brought his laptop so she told him to use her personal Macbook.
Sims wrote that as he tried to craft a statement for her, he was 'distracted by the nonstop stream of iMessages popping up on the screen.'
It turns out Conway's iMessage account was tied to both her iphone and her laptop, which caused her texts to turn up on the computer's screen.
'Over the course of 20 minutes or so, she was having simultaneous conversations with no fewer than a half-dozen reporters, most of them from outlets the White House frequently trashed for publishing 'fake news,'' Sims wrote.
He noted she spoke with reporters from The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, Politico, and Bloomberg.
'And these weren't policy conversations, or attempts to fend off attacks on the president,' Sims wrote.
He claims she bashed White House adviser Jared Kushner, then chief of staff Reince Priebus, then White House counselor Steve Bannon and then White House press secretary Sean Spicer 'all by name.'
She also recounted conversations with the president in her talks with reporters.
'She was talking about him like a child she had to set straight,' Sims claimed.
Conway offered a response to Vanity Fair about Sims' book excerpt.
'The real leakers, past and present, get much more positive press than I do. While it's rare, I prefer to knife people from the front, so they see it coming,' she said.
The magazine claimed the 'statement was drafted in consultation with her husband, George Conway.'
George Conway, however, disputed his role in his wife's defense, saying he never saw the statement.
'I never saw this statement, let alone helped draft it; nor was I aware of the book excerpt to which it responds until a short while ago,' he tweeted Wednesday evening.
Sims' book is the latest in a string of tomes - Bob Woodward's 'Fear' and Michael Wolff's 'Fire and Fury' - that portrays a chaotic White House.
His account, however, has the weight of being written by a former staffer who was in the center of the storm.
Sims was said to be inspired by George Stephanopoulos' memoir 'All Too Human,' about his work in President Bill Clinton's White House.
The excerpt published by Vanity Fair also details how President Trump was obsessed with his media coverage.
'Trump's greatest fear wasn't death or failure or loss. It was obscurity. If he was noticed, he mattered. And he didn't care much if the attention was good or bad, as long as it wasn't indifferent,' Sims wrote.
He recalled how the president was 'obsessed with White House staffers who leaked against him.'
He noted Trump got a 'prominent White House reporter' on the phone to ask him who the sources were in an article written by the journalist.
The reporter declined to name them but Trump, Sims claimed, 'tried to cut a deal.'
'Well, I guess that's fine,' he quotes Trump as saying. 'But, of course, you know I could give you so much better stories - so much better.'
But the journalist declined and 'hung up without a hot scoop from 'a source close to the president.''

A 70% marginal tax rate will not hurt you | Riley J. Dennis - Duration: 8:44.
Hey everyone!
So there's been a lot of hype in the media around Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's proposed
70% marginal tax rate.
And I'm really glad that's happening because I want to see mainstream discussions going
on around the topic of taxing the super wealthy, but I'm also seeing a ton of misunderstandings
about how tax rates work.
And from some Republicans, even just flat out lying.
I know taxes seem daunting and confusing, but I promise you that in this case, they're
easier to understand than you might think.
Republicans just want you to be confused about it so that you don't understand how badly
rich people are ripping you off.
So first of, a 70% marginal tax rate means that only your income above a certain level is taxed.
There are currently 7 tax brackets, but to keep things simple, let's say there are two.
So the first tax bracket is for anyone making anywhere between $0 and $999,999.
So if you make less than a million dollars a year, you're in this tax bracket.
Let's say that tax bracket is 0%.
So you pay no taxes.
Then, the second tax bracket is for anyone making $1,000,000 a year or more.
For that tax bracket, let's say it's taxed at 90%.
So if you make $1,000,010 dollars in a year, your first million is tax free, and then everything
after that, so $10, is taxed at 90%, so you get $1.
At the end of the year, you've still got $1,000,001 dollars in your pocket, which is
still super wealthy, despite a 90% marginal tax rate.
Now let's say you make $2,000,000 in a year.
That first million is taxed at 0% and the second million is taxed at 90%.
10% of that second million is $100,000, so at the end of the year, you have $1,100,000.
Again, still a ton of money despite the 90% marginal tax rate.
What I think a lot of people are afraid of when they hear "70% marginal tax rate"
is that they think it takes away 70% of your entire income, but that's not true.
It only takes away income above a certain level.
So if you're taxing the super rich, they're still going to be super rich afterwards.
It's not going to take away 70% of their entire income.
But Republicans are really trying to make it seem like that.
A former Republican Governor, Scott Walker, said this on Twitter: "Explaining tax rates
before Reagan to 5th graders: "Imagine if you did chores for your grandma and she gave
you $10.
When you got home, your parents took $7 from you."
The students said: "That's not fair!"
Even 5th graders get it."
God, I know this is like the least serious part of this but he actually put two spaces
after the period in his tweet like he was writing on a fucking typewriter.
It's 2019 dude you only need one space after a period.
But anyway, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was then quick to point out that actually, the situation
would be more like, you get $10, you keep the $10 because it's only $10, and the local
billionaire gets taxed more to help your community.
But the fact that Scott Walker even tweeted that, and then hasn't apologized for explaining
it wrongly, shows how much the Republican party is willing to lie to people to get their way.
Because I would assume as a former politician, he knows how marginal tax rates work.
He has to, and yet he's saying this stuff anyway.
Republicans always talk about taxes like this because they want to scare people who aren't
rich, even though the high top tax rate would only affect the super super wealthy.
Ocasio-Cortez's proposed 70% marginal tax rate is only for people making over $10 million a year.
If you make under $10 million a year, it literally will not affect you.
And most people don't make over $10 million a year, especially 5th graders.
But if you're honest with people about the policy, it doesn't sound as scary.
And Republicans rely on fear to push their agenda.
They want you to be afraid of an evil government taking all your money and squandering it.
But the fact is, that money doesn't just sit in the government.
Taxes are used to help people through public services and initiatives.
That money is redistributed to people who need it.
Because if you make $10 million a year, $30,000 isn't a lot of money to you.
It would not affect your quality of life at all to give up that much money.
But to someone only making $30,000 a year, it would double their income and be life-changing.
Income inequality is a massive problem in the US.
The super wealthy are becoming wealthier and the rest of us are worse off because of it.
When the super rich hoard their money, it doesn't help their quality of life at all,
but it does put a huge dent in the quality of life for the rest of us.
And the money from a high top tax rate could go to any number of other things.
Ocasio-Cortez wants to fund a Green New Deal to fight climate change, which would beneficial
for literally everyone because we all have to deal with the consequences of climate change.
That money could also be used to help fund universal healthcare and save the lives of
people who currently can't afford to go to a doctor.
We need to put the rights and wellbeing of the vast majority of people, ahead of the
excess luxuries of the wealthy.
Taxing the super wealthy could help so many people, could save the lives of so many people,
and it would only slightly inconvenience the super wealthy.
Like, oh no, they might have to make due with only like $15 million instead of $30 million,
how will they ever survive?
But the taxes they pay could do so much good for tons and tons of people.
And this isn't some lofty unattainable leftist goal.
The top marginal tax rate in the US used to be much higher.
It was during the Reagan years in the 80s that those tax rates were slashed.
You may heard that referred to as "trickle-down" economics, the idea being that if you give
rich people more money, that money will eventually trickle down to the not-rich people.
But, uh, it turns out, it doesn't.
Rich people just hoard their wealth, and then we suffer.
It didn't work in the 80s, and it's not working now.
And for the last 10 or 20 years, not much has changed for the highest marginal tax rate.
It's currently at 37% and we have horrible income inequality.
The highest marginal tax rate was 94% in 1944.
Actually, I found a really great graph, let me show you.
So here you can see the green line is the highest marginal tax rate, and it corresponds
to the percentage on the left.
You can see that nowadays it's much lower than it used to be.
That purple bit indicates what the highest tax bracket was, and it corresponds to the
dollar amount on the right.
So for example, in 1944 the top tax rate was 94% for any income above like $4 million ish dollars.
At the time it was $200,000 but inflation has happened, so this chart shows everything
adjusted for inflation in 2016 dollars.
You'll notice that the highest tax bracket also used to be way bigger.
In the 30's, there was a 79% tax on all income above about $85 million.
But since 1942, that highest tax bracket has been much lower.
Today, the highest tax bracket is $500,000.
So income from $500,000 to $2 million is taxed at the same rate as income from $10 million
to $20 million.
What Ocasio-Cortez is proposing is creating a new tax bracket for people making over $10 million dollars.
That would make the purple part of the graph come back up to a level not seen since like
1941, and it would mean that anyone making under $10 million would be unaffected.
And a 70% marginal tax rate for that bracket would move the green line up to where it was
in the 70s.
So we'd have the high tax rate of the 70's, but only applied to people making over $10
million instead of people making over $1 million ish dollars like it was in the 70's.
Oh and if you'll notice that blue line, that's the lowest bracket.
So currently, in the US, if you make under about $9,700, you still pay a 10% tax.
What the fuck?
Why is someone making so little money still required to pay so much of it to taxes?
If someone only makes $9,000 and you take away 10% of that, they're only making a
little over $8,000.
At that income level, every dollar counts directly towards your ability to live.
And yet, we're taxing them?
That makes no sense to me.
As far as I know, Ocasio-Cortez's proposal doesn't say anything about the lowest tax
bracket, but can I just say, that should really be zero.
The lowest tax bracket shouldn't be taxed.
In fact, in Australia, anyone making under $18,200 Australian dollars, or about $13,000
US dollars, isn't taxed at all.
That's not a weird leftist concept, it's a normal thing that other countries have figured out.
Poor people need their money more than rich people.
You take money from poor people, and they starve.
You take money from rich people, and they only buy one private jet instead of two.
Anyway, I hope that could clear up some confusion around the proposed 70% marginal tax rate.
If you're still defending it, because, I don't know, you think you might be a multi-millionaire
someday, I don't know what to tell you.
You probably won't be, in all likelihood.
And those who are already there should be helping the rest of us.
At the end of the day, this all kind of comes down to compassion and what you value as a person.
Are you a "Fuck everyone else because I'm okay" kind of person, or are you a "Do
everything you can to help those who are less fortunate than you" kind of person?
Only you can really decide that, but I hope that we can at least have a serious discussion
about taxing super rich people to help the rest of us, without lying about how marginal
tax rates work.
So thanks for watching this video, and I'll see you next time.

J Learns Things: Carving Stone...Its About The Process - Duration: 7:36.
so before the video gets started I just wanted to take a second to kind of
explain why making this video was especially interesting for me so I
actually don't have a whole lot of male friends I've never had guy friends and
male friends I've always just gravitated towards women and I think that that's
because I've had my own assumptions about what men are like
and what friendships with men can look like and I've sort of kept myself
guarded for my whole life and so branching out with J learns things has
really given me the opportunity to challenge that and to try making
connections with with men and having them teach me something which could be
especially interesting considering my fear of being mansplained lol this video was
very important and very insightful and I had a blast doing it and I think right
now I've got some really pretty incredible dudes in my life so it feels
pretty great to have those folks to branch out and start getting to know how
to have friendships with dudes I feel like people might think that that sounds
weird but that's just my experience so I also just want to take a second to
promote Garret Tufte's book it's called the fire enlightening and you
can look in the description box below I'm gonna put a link so you can check it
out it's a book of poems he's a very talented guy and it also includes a
three-act Shakespearean comedy so definitely go check out the fire
enlightening by Garret Tufte in the description box below alright I hope you
enjoy the video
okay what's up everyone I'm J this is comfy fat and I am here with my friend
Garrett Tufte he is going to teach us how to sculpt a thing carving
stone right carving stone Garrett can you tell me what pronouns do you use he/his to
start off I just want to say that this kind of terrifies me and that's because
art terrifies me I know that probably sounds weird to somebody who's like an
artist but for me I've always been sort of afraid of making mistakes especially
with something that is like you could permanently be done with this particular
thing because you made one move that is you can't reverse it so I'm a little bit
nervous but I'm so excited to be sitting here with you can you tell me a little
bit about like how you came to doing this I ended up going to Italy and one of the
places I ended up that was a renovated 11th century monastery the guy who was
running it was also a Catholic priest who was also an artisan himself a
strange guy he also gave classes in carving stone I was there as a
groundskeeper when I was finally leaving I asked him hey can I get a little crash
course how do you do this stuff he said oh yeah well if you just take a take
your stone right okay you take a chisel this is a fork chisel multi prong one you
start with it seems like from your story you really like seize opportunities that come your way
like that's what I get from the whole thing is you are like if I can go
have like a new awesome experience and learn something new like and it just is
presented to me like hell yeah yeah okay so just lay it flat against the one side
set it down that way this is a piece of cotton limestone I like to work
in stone that's first thing like I don't do carving in wood I don't do it in clay
but this marble that i really like to work with is incredibly consistent that's one
of the reasons that that had been used for so long and carved through it and
it's gonna do exactly what you want - oh let's make a square are you right-handed
or left-handed like which two of those I'm right-handed okay so I hit the thing
with the right hand yes it's kind of like hammer and nails
you know you hold the nail with one hand i do those things all the time lol so one of
the first techniques that I was taught was sort of the pointillist approach you
basically go at the center of gravity and just one chop at a time
am I gonna ruin this no no if you wanna do the other side of it spin it around
there go at the same angle you're going with so we're making it make the next
leg okay technically should people wear safety glasses yes they should
yeah you can't mess it up I mean you know if your whatever it is you're
trying to do you're not going to be able to first off you're not gonna be able to
do in the first shot right that's the part that I don't have except me
actually it's not super straight you know what I feel like that's like really
kind of invigorating how do you make this into something it's a you're
getting there already you know this is the basic concept so a little bit like
that puts tools to this so you get this one so the line wasn't quite straight
right that's okay so you take this guy out and hold it
against the flat at the angle you would like the line to be that's fine well we
need when you have the feeling that you want to put something down regardless of
what it is you go with that feeling first I do get
that feeling I'd have many like memorable moments where I've sat there
and like maybe I was like in alone in my room as a kid or something like moments
where you're just like I want to create like I I feel that I want something to
be put out into the world that I made and because I've been so afraid to try
any kinds of art I've always just not followed that feeling I've been like
well I don't know and then like forgotten about it but I wonder
sometimes like what could I have created in those moments if I keep not doing
something like I'm really missing out on like what I'm what my potential
is whoa so if I want to make this look actually like a square have I already
ruined it is it done forever no in the case of this square yeah in order to
straighten this out all we do is fix up one end over here fix up this end try
to straighten it a little bit closer is straightened out the experience is what
you're there for but the finished product though not a
finished product that's the thing that's that's a in a way it's a bit of a ruse
that that we have in one way or the other I blame society of course it's a
it's all about the finished product and of something that you know that people
want to buy one of the realest things that we have is is the feeling and the
ones to simply do this or do that you know whether it's a finished product you
want to you want to go with the process is ultimately what I find to be the most
satisfying yeah it's the first line to to get to is to to begin not to love the
finished product but to love the process itself damn that was so poetic I think I also like have this
desire when I try a new thing I always want somebody to be like you're
a natural and be like this you are like already you're so good at this and I
don't know what that is you don't have to be exceptional right very true you're

[2.5k SUBS] 20+ *INSANE* Yokai Placements - Duration: 8:10.
Thank you once again for supporting me, we made 2,500 subscribers.
Therefore, I have made a special video about Echo.
We will start with some nasty Echo spots across all ranked maps, afterwards I will give
you some spicy tips with Echo and Yokai drones
(including how to be more consistent with spawnpeeking)
and we'll end with the video with the examples of the ideas solely on ESL maps.
There are English subtitles in the bottom.
First nasty camera can be found in Hereford, which can see whole top floor!
You can use one in the Theme park to see whole Train.
Or this one as well!
Bored of being rushed from Monty on Garage stairs?
Make sure to have drone here to force him dropping the shield.
You can use one in the Bank that can see the top Hallway as well as Lobby!
A very strong Yokai placement.
Did you know that you can see outside as well as Lobby with just one Yokai drone?
Perfect for a C4 throw.
The Chalet one was used in the PL way back when Kafe was a thing in PL.
You can stun them from there as well!
You can use this one as well...
or this one.
This one can pretty much can see all the rotations between maps.
No need to open all the walls, open them according to your strat.
No juicy spots on Fortress aside from this,
but you can jump over to see where are attackers coming from which can be essential for defend.
Timestamp is given below, we'll now start with basics of Echo, very short.
Usually, you want to take MP5SD.
Bearing9 has severe recoil so pistol is not a bad pick at all.
Pick barbed wires most of the time.
Some basic things, you have two drones, use them both.
You can cover up a large portion of the map with these as well as deny the plant.
As Echo, you can aid your roamers with a Yokai drone,
lets say that you're located on Oregon and you have a drone in Dining whilst your mate is in the Kitchen.
That way, he cannot be flanked.
Use Yokai drones in a way to give your teammates information,
so they do not need to peek unnecessary.
If solo or duoQ, play around objective and with at least a teammate around you.
Keep one Yokai drone nearby objective.
A stun from Yokai stops any animation,
which includes planting the defuser or placing an exothermite charge on wall as well.
When you are stunning someone with the Yokai drone, it gets revealed for everyone.
That is why, you can see pro players and other higher tier games move their drone immediately
after they shot it.
Let's get to a bit more advanced tips, some of them were shown in strat/map guide videos.
The first one is open the bottom part of the wall which will allow your Yokai pass through the walls.
It's especially powerful against teams that prefer taking Thatcher.
Reason being given is, whenever they start to plant, EMP will probably go off.
Once it is off, you are very low on time to stop the plant, going through walls is really quick.
Similar thing as this, open up top part of the walls, so Yokai can see two rooms
+ you can stun across a room a planter.
For those that prefer spawnpeeking, did you know that Yokai can be placed by the window,
so you can spawnpeek with legit wall hacks?
Simply ask your teammate to ping once you're ready to shoot, or do it yourself.
Everyone pretty much hates Lion+Dokka+Jackal+Blitz or whatnot combo,
Echo is pretty powerful dealing against that combo.
Aid your roamers, once the EE1D or Dokka's phone start, stun their roam hunter
you'll definitely push the raom hunter back at the start whilst your roamer can stand still and counter the Lion.
Huge mistake that Echo players do is, having a Yokai drone in the area that Mira window is already denying.
That's pretty much a waste of utility
+ the Yokai is exposed
Do not put a Yokai drone where Valkyrie cams are as well.
Let's seek for the spots of the idea of destroying top & bottom part of the wall
to make Echo play even better.
With this one, you can use this debrie as a cover to your Yokai drone and it can work for any other spot as well.
This drone spot actually won Team Secret a round in the Pro League, as it is behind a solid cover.
Be aware of IQ from below.
This one is also very useful due to loads of information gather.
Sadly, there is no places in Villa
That's it!

Bitcoin Q&A: Wallets, nodes, and monetary sovereignty - Duration: 6:35.
The next question comes from Bob, who asks about running a full node with Trezor.
"I'm aware of the importance of running a full node and validating transactions for yourself."
"But I keep my Bitcoin on a Trezor hardware wallet."
"How can I help the network, and myself, by running a full node [even though]...
all my transactions are handled by Trezor?"
I believe this question could be asked [regarding] any hardware wallet, really.
This is about two aspects of 'monetary sovereignty', as Trace Mayer calls it. [I will] use that expression.
First, controlling your own keys. As I have said many times before, if you have your keys, they are your coins.
If you don't have your keys, they are not your coins and you are relying on somebody else.
"Your keys, your coins" is about sovereignty over the keys and the ability to apply digital signatures.
Many people use a hardware wallet to have control over their own keys.
The second aspect of monetary sovereignty, which I've also talked about before, is the idea that...
if you are [sending or receiving] transactions on Bitcoin, you want to find out: "Have I been paid?"
A lot of people will [open their browser], type in a [block explorer] website such as blockchain.info,
and [paste] their address in to see if that website thinks they have been paid.
When you're doing that, you are outsourcing the [validation role] to somebody else.
You are asking if they think you've been paid; you are not validating for yourself if you have been paid.
If I want to check if I've received a payment, I would much rather ask my own Bitcoin node.
I know what version of software I'm running, what consensus rules I'm abiding by, which chain I'm on,
and whether it is fully synced.
I've configured that node and it will give me an [independent] answer.
If my node tells me that I have been paid, then I have been paid.
What about combining the two [aspects of monetary sovereignty]?
Combining the two, at the moment, is not easy. It is not something that can be done by beginners.
Many of the lightweight wallets don't give you the option to use your own node.
Many of the hardware wallets use lightweight wallets, [hosted on their] company servers, in order to...
[serve you] information about the blockchain.
[That service] is really about user experience design and ease-of-use.
Requiring everyone to run a full node in order to use a hardware wallet would obviously...
make it very difficult for [most] people to control their own keys, so it is a bit of a compromise.
On the other hand, if you already hold your own keys and run your own node, how do you connect the two?
For example, how do you use a Trezor or Ledger hardware wallet [with your Bitcoin Core full node],
instead of using them with the Trezor or Ledger company servers and nodes,
providing [them] with information about [your] addresses?
How do you use [them] with your node? So far, the best solution I have found is the Electrum Personal Server.
[You can] run an Electrum Personal Server on top of your node, which converts protocol information...
[for the] Electrum software wallet, which then supports a broad variety of hardware wallets:
Trezor, Ledger, KeepKey, BitBox... a whole range of hardware wallets.
You can also use it with multi-sig and it has a lot of really great features:
up-to-date support for native SegWit bech32 addresses, coin selection, UTXO prioritisation, RBF and CPFP...
a lot of great geek features that I like.
I use Electrum as a wallet quite often, in fact.
With Electrum connecting to my own Server,
instead of connecting to the other distributed Electrum servers out there, I am increasing my [financial] privacy.
I am [receiving] an [independent] answer [about my transactions].
The solution that I like a lot is: my own node or collection of nodes with the Bitcoin Core software,
an Electrum Personal Server or collection of [them], connected to each one of these Bitcoin Core nodes,
the Electrum [software wallet] on a laptop or desktop computer,
and then hardware wallet(s) which plug into the Electrum software wallet to provide key management.
In my opinion, that gives me the maximum degree of [usability and] financial / monetary sovereignty,
both in the network consensus [mechanism with] self-validation as well as controlling my own keys.
There are other solutions out there.
I was recently talking to a Trace Mayer, who prefers...
the Armory wallet, a Bitcoin Core node, and a [specialised laptop with modified hardware].
That may also work. I think there are [a variety of] other solutions out there.
Unfortunately, the solution which doesn't exist yet is direct support for hardware wallets in Bitcoin Core,
perhaps through using the 'Partially Signed Bitcoin Transaction' format, which was proposed in BIP-174.
I would love to see that feature, but it doesn't exist yet.
