Youtube daily report Jan 13 2019

Welcome guys, are you ready for the craziest freestyle competition in the world ?

three pilots, three drones and only one train

Today these pilots will challenge each other in a "nearly impossible" contest

the 3 pilots will challenge each other one at a time, and they will attempt to fly inside the train's wagons ...

Practically IMPRATICABLE

The drones will enter in the first of the 3 wagons through a small window ...

... then, they will fly inside the wagon , many difficulties they will encounter in that strait and microscopic passages ...

... at the end of the wagons they will get out the train through a small window ! a MICROSCOPIC window ...

... The winner will be the one who will be able to finish the whole course in the shortest possible time ...

... if they will not complete the entire route, the maximum distance traveled will be calculated.

the pilots list of today is , MR.EIGHT , LUCA MANNO and FRANK CITRO ...

... the challenge starting and the first pilot is ready , MR.EIGHT will be the first.

It's arduous and really hard to complete, I don't know if i will survive

there is also a strong wind

I fully crashed into the train

M.EIGHT ends even before starting ...

... he crashed before enter in the train , this is the confirmation that this contest is "nearly impossible" to complete ...

.. now it's the time of LUCA MANNO

if it's hard to enter through the window what will be inside the wagon ? i don't wanna think.

The first try of MANNO has completely failed ...

... Now it's the turn of FRANK CITRO , i'm curious to see what he will get.

Maybe i can enter in the wagon ... i don't know ... anyway the important is HAVE FUN !

... I'm IN , I'm IN ...

... WTF i've in front of me ? OMG i'm scratching the roof ...

... I wanna try to pass through here ...

... nothing.

Frank Citro has totalized 12 meters through the first wagon. And now let's start again with the SECOND ROUND !!

Pilots !! are you ready ? Arm your drones and warm your motors ... the SECOND ROUND starting with MR.EIGHT

OMG the damned wind again ...

... I'm in ...

... third wagon ...

... I'm blocked between the 2 doors.

in the second round MR.EIGHT has totalized 37 meters of course and surpass FRANK CITRO

but now is the time of LUCA MANNO

This contest is really hard for me

LUCA try slowly

I can not go more slow than this , I'm still

LUCA go slow

He's trying to bomb the train !!

Come on guys don't make me smile ... i've a leaf on my camera ...

... I'm in

You're going in the wrong direction

DISARM DISARM

in the second round LUCA MANNO tried to bomb the train ...

... then he finally got inside the wagon ... but in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION.

It's the time of FRANK CITRO ...

... His second round , His second chance.

Guys don't forget that after FRANK CITRO there will be the last round for all pilots so the results might change fast.

Let's go with FRANK CITRO and let me check what he will get

... GO GO ...

... Attention ...

... I'm in ...

... FUCK ... FUCK ...

... There's a wind inside the train ...

... i've completed the first wagon ...

... noooo ...

... can i continue if i'm not blocked right ?

Yes

I'm up , I'm on the second wagon ...

... attention ...

... i'm in the third wagon ... there's a pole !!! i'm up the third wagon ...

... nooo ...

I'm down ...

Frank Citro has totalized 43 meters of course plus the 12 meters in the first round ...

... the total score of Frank Citro is 55 meters ...

There will be the last round for all pilots to change the ranking , they might change everything.

At the moment the final ranking at the end of the second round is ...

... at the first position , FRANK CITRO with 55 meters ...

... immediately after MR.EIGHT with 37 meters and the last LUCA MANNO with -10 meters.

The LAST ROUND is about to begin

The last chanche for all pilots to change the final result

MR.EIGHT is arming his quad and he's taking off , good luck MR.EIGHT

JESUS, i've touched with the gopro

FUCK

No, it's blocked, i can't continue

MR.EIGHT has totalized in the last round 22 meters plus 37 meters ... the total score of MR.EIGHT is 59 meters ...

... it's the time for the last chance of LUCA MANNO , his last round ...

... LUCA might change the result ... personally i don't believe it but i love dreams ...

... LUCA MANNO it's your time !

Come on LUCA .. you can !

Come on LUCA ... go in ...

No No , please don't make me smile !!

I'm trying to start again ... wait.

you can rearm only 1 time.

Come on LUCA it's easy

I've arrived at the end of the first wagon so maybe now i've 0 meters !

the last round for LUCA MANNO has been completed with 10 meters plus -10 meters from the second round , the total score of LUCA MANNO is 0 meters ...

... LUCA MANNO is officially OUT of the challenge !!

It's the time for the last round of FRANK CITRO, the last try for this pilot , the last chance for him ...

... He must try the impossible to overcome Mr.Eight who is currently in first position with 59 meters ...

... so this will be the flight that will decide the winner ...

Come on FRANK CITRO , arm your quad , warm your motor , LET'S GO !!

No , No , don't do it ... don't do it ... go out ... go out ...

... GO OUT ...

... I can start again ! ...

... I was blocked in the window ...

FRANK CITRO has totalized 12 meters plus the 55 meters collected in the other rounds for a total of 67 meters inside the wagons ...

Let's go to check what's the final results !!

At the third place , LUCA MANNO with 0 meters ...

... at the second place MR.EIGHT with 59 meters ...

And the winner is , with 67 meters flown through the train's wagons , FRANK CITRO !!!

Let's go to celebrate this moment of happiness ...

... we must celebrate the victory of FRANK CITRO ...

... i wanna be honest with you , the entire challenge has rigged ... because FRANK CITRO ...

... was ME ...

... it has been easy to find out ...

... thank you all guys to share your time with me , we had a lot of fun here ...

... now we're ready to have fun with some other batteries , here MR.EIGHT ...

... also, I would like to say "Thank you" to all the people that helped me for the realization of this video ...

... Now i should receive a kiss ! ...

... Thank you to everyone again ...

... and please support me with just a comment or a thumbs up , HAVE FUN GUYS , and as usual ...

... FUCK YOU ALL GUYS !!!

Incidental Teaching Debunks Applied Behavior Analysis Critics - Duration: 5:24.

hi I'm Lindsey bellman a board certified behavior analyst with Brett DiNovi and

Associates in this video we're going to talk about incidental teaching a type of

naturalistic teaching procedure incidental teaching falls under item co5

on the RBT task list under fo6 on the fourth edition b c b a b c a b a

task list and under g9 on the upcoming fifth edition b c b a b c a b a task

list naturalistic teaching it is umbrella term for research-based

interventions rooted in operant teaching in the natural environment

some examples of naturalistic teaching methods are incidental teaching which we

will discuss further pivotal response training the natural language paradigm

and the man model procedure when people think of ABA teaching methods many are

quick to think that the only strategy we have is discrete trial teaching while

discrete trial teaching is heavily researched and is shown to be effective

in building language and other skills naturalistic teaching is a nice

companion to help with generalization spontaneity and naturally occurring

contingencies naturalistic teaching methods are still ABA teaching

strategies because intervention protocols are composed of operant

teaching techniques intervention goals are socially significant the results are

analyzed by assessing progress before during and after intervention and they

are enhanced by research in areas such as shaping fading discrimination

training and I was learning let's take a closer look

at incidental teaching this is one of the more commonly used in well known

forms of naturalistic teaching it was developed by dr. Betty Hart and dr. Todd

Risley in the 1960s and 1970s it was first used with disadvantaged

preschoolers and later applied to learners with autism dr. Gail McGee

completed many expansions of incidental teaching procedures beginning in the

1980s further research has more recently been conducted by others as well in 1975

dr. Hart and dr. Risley defined incidental teaching as the interaction

between an adult and a single child which arises naturally an unstructured

situation such as free play and which is used by the adult to transmit

information or give the child practice in developing a skill critics have

called incidental teaching applied behavioral analysis in sheep's clothing

this seems fitting as you'll see that the steps to incidental teaching flow

like a natural occurring scenario without the rigidity of a discrete trial

method the procedure outlined by Hart and Risley follows just a few steps

first arrange the setting to include child preferred materials be sure to

keep them out of reach but visible and seemingly available to the child second

wait for the child to initiate an interaction with respect to one of the

items this means you're looking for the learner to look at the item for a few

moments approach the item or reach for the item be careful not to verbally

prompt a learner by asking what they want or this will convert the activity

into a discrete trial car once the initiation is made take the item hold it

within eyesight and request more elaborate descriptive language or

approximations of stage before giving the item

yellow car yellow car be sure to immediately give them the exact item

they've requested for incidental teaching has not occurred the problem

behavior arises discontinued the incidental teaching procedure and direct

to another activity or follow a behavior specific protocol over time use shaping

and time delays to develop more elaborate or accurate approximations of

the targeted verbal response dr. McGee conducted several studies on how to

expand incidental teaching to a variety of areas including receptive labeling

prepositions reading and social interactions via peer training it's

important to note but they were still considered incidental procedures because

they occurred in the natural environment they required a targeted receptive or

expressive response from the learner and they were followed by access to

activities and events that would be expected to maintain the behavior and

naturally occurring contingencies so once your learner has mastered manding

for items consider expanding to some of these other areas

now no there are many advantages to incidental teaching one it's family

friendly as parents can implement these strategies in their natural environments

amidst ongoing activities such as meals play community outings - if teaches

language skills while some simultaneously shaping other skills such

as play life skills and social skills research shows children taught language

through incidental teaching were better able to transfer their language to new

settings and people than when taught by discrete child teaching alone social

initiations and choice-making are reinforced naturally by the incidental

teaching procedure as children choose their activities or items and are

required to engage in a social initiative to get them last learners

receive intensive intervention long gauging and age-appropriate play

activities using toys as the teaching materials and the rewards thanks for

watching this episode of hacking clinical behavior if you'd like to learn

more about other naturalistic teaching strategies or other specific ABA topics

#5 Project Wörthersee - 💸 Tak trošku jsem utrácel no 😬 - Duration: 18:32.

Hey Guys! Welcome to my new video.

We are in Pardubice, CZE. Far from my hometown Decin.

and..

I'm inside my friend's garage

and

like I said in couple episodes back when I bought mk2 "Worthersee project"

i knew that 1.6l will not be enough for me and I wanted more powerfull engine.

I did't knew which motor but some people sent me post with engine.

We ended with this suprice...

Guys laughing at me in the coner there

So I bought VR6...

I'm not sure if it's possible to put this engine into the car for this 2019 Worthersee.

I will do the swap next year I guess because it's really hard to do swap in Czech Rep.

It is not hard to do a swap but legislative in Czech and TUV is almost impossible to pass.

And I don't want to risk go to Austria with illegal car.

So we will see next year. I'll keep 1.6 for now

But this was my dream to put this in MK2 and I have everything for a swap so it will be like puzzle.

He offering me stainless steel downpipes but I'm not sure if i need them right now. But they are for good price tho'

I really don't know if I need them?!

So this was opening for this episode.

We have new year here and that means new videos.

I have some new stuff and tool for working on my cars. It was a nice gift from my dad for Christmas.

I will put them together and assemble the box for tools.

And I noticed one thing right now...

It is a tool box for Volkswagens. Is in it awesome?!

I´m just kidding. It is some german word which i don´t understand.

I see Volkswagen everyvhere. I think that I´m ill with whole Volkswagen thing.

So I have got exentric grinder

Everything is from my as a Christmas gift

so thank you dad.

and

lot of wrenches

This box for smaller works with small screw drivers etc.

Also welder for plastic which will need for my GTI moldings and side skirts

but first of all i have to teach my self hot to work with a plastic welder.

I will assemble the tool box in a minute

and finally we will do some work on a car.

If I really want to make it to Worthersee I have to work hard because there is lot of stuff to do.

After few days I´m back in garage.

I did some work on a car earlier. You saw that I bought VR6

We put her into the back. I can tell you that is really heave motor.

My back hurts after moving the engine from a back of the van in just two people.

But what I wanted to say... I thought that my "buying parts madness" will end with the engine

engine and it will be last thing that I will buy.

Surprisingly it wasn´t last thing.

I just went for a plastic frame into dash because mine is broken a cracked

I will show you what I mean

This one. It is cracked and it´s seen better days.

So I just wanted to buy this frame.

and I ended with lots of different things and parts

What is funny part. I forgot the frame there after I saw these parts. I have to go there again

I bought Zender spoiler and few other stuff. I saw this spoiler once one and half year ago and it looks amazing on a car.

When I saw it there I was like. "Taky my money and gimme that thing" lol.

That is definitely part i have to put on a this car

These door handles with chrome piece. I didn´t knew that they exist so I have to buy them.

It can be noticed just by person who know lot of thing about golfs I thing but another part to "be different" from other cars

I have to do new headliner. I have got these but I just bought them. You never know.

I have to buy fabric for headliner and I will do it by my self. It is nothing hard.

I will show you how to do it in couple next videos.

Original black fabric from headliner is impossible to rescue and glue to the headliner.

I will buy black fabric for headliners and make it like that.

I missed this piece of plastic. It is cover from inside of mirror.

These side trims to the trunk with a black carpet. I have them to my GTD becouse the are broken in my car.

That is my shopping for today.

I also have some few brand new parts here that needs to be changed.

Today I will do brakes. It least i will try to do it today.

I bought these in a local autoparts shop and the guy watching my videos.

So he gave me some cards for you guys. If you want 20% off or anything in the shop

just send me messange and I will give you the card and you can go shopping.

It is just talking about how to reach me by email or Facebook to get the cards for local car guys.

So for this little advertisement and help to local auto parts shop I got these parts for free whitch help me alot.

Because this project already cost me lot of money and it is not still on a wheels beacause I waiting for a suspension kit.

It should be there in couple next days.

I didn´t knew that is more different variations of coolers for 1.6 L. I knew that they are 3 variations how wide cooler is

but I didn´t knew that you can choose how thick can cooler can be.

Still learning new things

I cannot help myself but the Zender spoiler will be A-M-A-Z-I-N-G

This car will be full of rare parts that you cannot find easily.

Just a little teaser how it will look

It will be awesome with the GTI roof. Cannot wait to put this on a car.

After 3 days back in a garage to do some work.

I took off the brake discs but there was a problem with screws that they are holding the brake cover.

They were really rusted and i cannot do anything with them.

My dad came with a welder and we welded a nut to them and it came right off.

Between that I painted brake calipads and stuff around

Suspension needs to be replaced. But this is some aftermarket suspension but it´s not in a good shape.

Right now we will take care of brakes. I will put new brake covers, pads and discs.

Jamie Carragher questions Jurgen Klopp's January transfer decision - Duration: 2:21.

Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has questioned the decision by Liverpool to allow Nathaniel Clyne out on loan

Clyne has joined Bournemouth on loan for the rest of the season and he made his league debut in the 2-0 defeat at Everton on Sunday afternoon

The former England international has lost his place at Anfield to talented youngster Trent Alexander-Arnold while injuries have held him back in recent years

However, Carragher thinks that Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp should have kept him around the club as they aim for the Premier League title

Speaking about Clyne to Sky Sports, Carragher explained what the defender will bring to the Cherries

"(He will bring) consistency," Carragher. "He played in the FA Cup game, didn't go too well for them

I'm not sure how he played individually. Video Loading Video Unavailable Click to play Tap to play The video will start in 8Cancel Play now  "But I was surprised Liverpool let him go, I must say that

"I know he hasn't been involved for a long time, but Liverpool have got young players there

"Trent Alexander-Arnold, Gomez. He's a bit more experienced.  "He played that one game against Manchester United and he was outstanding, considering how long he'd been out

Follow all the reaction to Liverpool's win over Brighton here  "So I was quite surprised he'd gone

"But maybe Klopp sees him every day on the training pitch, hasn't been easy for him, and a player at that age obviously must want to play as much football as possible

Liverpool transfer news: Carragher reveals surprise at Klopp decision after Man Utd win - Duration: 2:26.

That is the opinion of Sky Sports pundit and former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher

Clyne has joined Bournemouth on loan for the remainder of this season. The former England right-back was overtaken at Liverpool by the emergence of Trent Alexander-Arnold

Clyne missed the most of last season through injury and has found game time hard to come by this term

However, with the lack of experience in the likes of Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez, Carragher cannot understand why Klopp allowed Clyne to leave

And he pointed out how well Clyne played when Liverpool beat rivals United in December

"[He will bring] consistency," Carragher said of Clyne. "He played in the FA Cup game, didn't go too well for them

I'm not sure how he played individually. "But I was surprised Liverpool let him go, I must say that

"I know he hasn't been involved for a long time, but Liverpool have got young players there

"Trent Alexander-Arnold, Gomez. He's a bit more experienced. "He played that one game against Manchester United and he was outstanding, considering how long he'd been out

"So I was quite surprised he'd gone. "But maybe Klopp sees him every day on the training pitch, hasn't been easy for him, and a player at that age obviously must want to play as much football as possible

" Clyne made his full Premier League debut for Bournemouth in the visit to Everton on Sunday

Victory would lift the Cherries above their opponents.

Trick for the breeding of mixed goldfinch and canary. How to raise mixed goldfinch.

Hello colleagues and peers, Welcome once again to a new video.

On this occasion and since many of you are asking continuously, I have decided to do

a new video about the breeding of mixed Goldfinches And this time as you have been able

read in the title of the video, let's answer to doubt about whom to wax first if

to the goldfinch or to the Canary Islands. And without more ... we started!

Basically we can find three possibilities or possible cases at the time of

Canaries and goldfinches for mixed breeding of goldfinch

First, or the first possibility would wax first to the Canary Islands and then

to the goldfinch. From now on, I tell you that this option is not recommended since the

canaries, as a rule, usually enter in heat more easily than the goldfinches

with the gradual increase of the hours of light and the temperature, as long as they have a good

physical and corporal condition, that is to say, that come with enough fat reserves

to the breeding season. What, in turn together with a good diet with a good

rich and balanced mixture, its two or three weekly fruit and vegetable servings and

the breeding paste makes them come into heat before the goldfinches. Approximately,

although it depends on the country, the conditions of the aviary and the body condition of

The Canary Islands usually go into heat and show the first symptoms of heat at the end of

January and mid-February. On the other hand, goldfinches usually take

something else to enter completely in heat and reach its highest point which is when

It would be ideal to join it with the Canarian to step on it and thus increase the odds

that there is a greater number of eggs trodden or fertile at sunset. For giving you also

an indicative date, although as I said before depends a lot on the conditions of the

Aviary, the state of the bird and the country where you live the goldfinches usually show

the first symptoms of early estrus or mid-March that if you look is when

they start raising the goldfinches in freedom, so when we see that the goldfinch starts

to show the first symptoms of heat, as for example that is constantly

restless from one place to another, he sings more of normal and also his singing is much more

high and strong would be the ideal time to begin to wax the canary in the case

that was necessary and we thought convenient. The second possible case would be to wire the

Canary and the goldfinch at the same time. Is option is much better than the previous one, although

it is not totally recommendable since as I have previously commented the goldfinch

It usually takes longer to go into heat than the Canary

So if we have the canary and the goldfinch separated with the separating grid and we started

to wax both at the same time it may be that the canaria begin to lay eggs of zeal in

the tray of the cage or the biscuits and We are causing unnecessary wear.

And in the case that we have already joined both and we have placed the nest, because we run

the risk that the Canary Islands will come into heat before the goldfinch and start the laying,

and when the goldfinch is not completely waxed and with enough zeal for probably

most eggs, if not all, they would not be fertile and we would have lost time,

we will have disillusioned and again we would be causing unnecessary wear

to the female during the laying of the eggs and the incubation.

The last possible case would be to wax first to the goldfinch and later to the Canary Islands.

Under my experience and after consulting it with other breeders with much more experience

in mixed breeding jilguero x canaria, We all agree that the best option

It is always possible to wax the goldfinch first and later to the Canary Islands, since

As we have said before the goldfinch takes more in going into heat than the canary. Of

this way we will avoid clear and problems during the breeding and we got both specimens

come into heat at the same time. I hope you liked the video and I

Upper Body Calisthenics Workout For Beginners - Duration: 14:52.

In this video we're gonna show you

our Bent Arm strength workout for Phase One

of our Foundations Program

for the Unity Gym Foundation Movement System.

Make sure you stick around to the end

because you're gonna learn every single exercise

and all the technique cues that you need to know

in order to get the best results possible.

All that and more, coming up.

- [Narrator] The gym that teaches people how to move

instead of just exercise

because we believe that health is about performance

not just body image.

- Hi in case we haven't met, my name is Rad Burmeister,

co-founder and co-creator of the Foundation Movement System

and Unity Gym, where health is measured

by the way you perform and feel,

not just by the way you look,

and where we teach you how to nourish and move

instead of diet and exercise.

So this is a Bent Arm strength workout

that you're gonna be doing on Monday and Thursday.

Bent Arm strength refers to upper body movements

that involve bending the elbows.

So anything where we're pushing or pulling

vertically or horizontally or bending the elbows,

and all that, is within this Bent Arm strength workout.

Now we're gonna be going through these exercises

and only doing one set so this is not designed

as a follow along video.

This is designed as a tutorial video

so you can learn all of the exercises correctly

and perform them.

And if you need to,

you can have this on your phone in the gym with you,

and as long as you've got that program template

you gonna be able to get through this workout really well.

So let's get into it.

Now the first exercise is gonna be a partner exercise

where you beat the living hell out of him.

No, I'm just joking. - [Camerawoman] (laughs)

- So the first exercise that we're gonna be doing is called

the Back Body Line, and the first two exercises

that we do in the program are both for the handstand.

The way we work the Foundation Movement System is

we do skill training first before strength training.

This comes straight after your warm up,

and if you haven't grabbed the Mobility mini course

you wanna grab that, because that's the full warm up

that we recommend doing before these workouts.

So for the Back Body Line,

Richard is gonna grab on to this dial rod here

and he's going to bring his feet and hands together,

and lift his shoulders right off the ground

so he's really engaging his abs there,

and then he's gonna spread his arms and legs apart,

just, so for a lot of you that'll be it.

That's gonna be all you can do.

And what we're looking for is to make sure

that the shoulders don't go down,

the abs stay switched on,

and your lower back is firmly pressed against the ground.

Now Richard's very good at this

so he can go all the way down

and he can still maintain his lower back

being firmly on the ground.

You can rest now for a second, Richard.

Now, the idea of this is to go as low as you can

but you have to be very, very critical

of yourself here, because the cues ...

Richard just go back to the first position again please.

So, the idea of coming together like this

is so that you can feel that your abs are engaged

and the lower back pushes firmly on the ground.

Now as you slowly separate your hands and feet apart,

this shouldn't change.

The lower back should stay firmly on the ground.

So you can watch as Richard goes down

he doesn't lose that beautiful what's called a hollow body

with the lower back firmly on the ground, abs engaged,

shoulder blades of the ground.

So relax now, Richard.

And those are the cues that you're looking for.

Number one, lower back always firmly on the ground.

Number two, feel it in your abs.

Now we write in the program up to 60 seconds,

that's the goal, not the expectation.

Now when I started doing this exercise,

and I have done a lot of core training before this,

but when I started doing this I could barely do it

for 20 to 30 seconds and that was with my hands and legs

at an angle like this.

Be very critical of yourself.

Practice does not make perfect,

perfect practice makes perfect.

It's very important that you understand that principle.

And that is the Back Body Line.

The next one that we're going to do is called

the Front Body Line.

Now this exercise, there's a lot more cues to it

than the Back Body Line.

The Back Body Line was quite simple.

There's a lot to this one.

Now we're gonna go through it step by step, okay?

So the first is, we're gonna squeeze the heels together.

The second one is, we're gonna straighten the knees.

The third, we're going to tense the bum.

Next we're gonna suck the stomach in.

Now I should definitely be able to get my fingers

under Richard's stomach here.

Okay, you can see there's a gap there

where I can get my fingers under his stomach.

And then next, the nose is touching the mat.

And then the last one the hands are gonna lift just about

one inch off the ground.

That's it.

That's the Front Body Line there.

So again heels together, bum tensed,

stomach sucked in, and hands one inch off the ground.

He's not lifting his bum off the ground.

The hips are pushing into ground

and the stomach is sucking in.

You can relax now, Richard.

We've just done our workout today,

so Richard's already a little bit fatigued,

so I promised him that I wouldn't

make him do this stuff for too long.

So the cues for this are,

what is really, really important,

is when I say suck your stomach in and tense your bum,

I'm basically telling you to do this.

It is called a Posterior Pelvic Tilt.

Don't make the mistake of lifting your bum off the ground.

Push your hips into the ground,

tense the bum, and suck the stomach in,

so that you'll be able to get your fingers under there.

Now, when you're learning this

you won't even worry about the hands, the only thing

you're gonna think about is from here down to the feet.

So feet together, knees straight, bum tensed,

stomach sucked in, just like what Richard's doing.

And only if you can do all of that,

and hold it for a prolonged period of time,

do you then bring your hands about one inch off the ground.

And hands should be about shoulder width apart.

If your hands were beside you and you raise them like that,

that's where they would be, okay?

And that is the Front Body Line.

Those two exercises are paired together,

which means you're going to do one set

of the Back Body Line, then one set of the Front Body Line.

The amount of rest that you take is up to you,

no more than 60 seconds,

and the less rest you can do, the better.

So the way you improve,

first, is you could have a 60-second rest

and try to increase the amount of time

that the holds go for.

Once you get up to that 60-second hold,

you can start to decrease the rest time

until you get down to a very minimal rest,

maybe only about 10 or 15 seconds,

and that's how you gonna improve

with the Front Body Line and Back Body Line.

Now this takes quite a bit of time to master.

For the average person, if you do this five days a week,

it will take between three and six months,

in our experience, and after that time you're gonna be ready

to move on to real handstand training and you're gonna

have a beautiful straight body line in the handstand.

So the next exercise is the Vertical Pull Pattern,

which is a Jumping Pull Up.

This is the most basic pull up variation

that we do in Unity Gym.

And Richard's got a barbell set up

roughly at about his neck height,

but it's very important that you can reach the bar

quite easily, so that you can jump to get up there.

So if you've only got access to a chin up bar or something,

you might need to use a step.

But Richard if you'd just do a couple of reps for us please.

So he's just jumping up,

and then he's doing his best to lower himself down

under his own control, trying to keep his feet off the

ground until he gets to the bottom,

jumping up so high that the chest hits the bar.

Okay just rest for a sec, Richard.

Now what we wanna look at here is,

just elevate your shoulders, Richard.

That's called scapular elevation.

Now depress the shoulders.

That's called scapular depression.

It's really important

that when you get to the top of the movement

you try to keep your scapula depressed the whole time

when you're going down, and the very last thing

that you do is you let your scapular elevate.

It is very, very important

that you work the Jumping Pull Up that way.

Let's just do a couple more reps, Richard.

Besides that, it's pretty simple.

Just try and get your chest to the bar,

lower down under control, and that is the Jumping Pull Up.

The next exercise is a Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press.

Now the way Richard's set up here is he's got the dumbbell

in his right hand and he's standing on the left leg.

And what we're gonna do

is what's called a neutral grip here.

So this is a supinated grip, okay,

and a pronated grip, Richard, okay,

but what we're gonna do is a neutral grip,

so it is very important that you hold that grip.

The elbow is gonna stay in,

and Richard's gonna push up as high as he can go.

At the end he's gonna extend right through the shoulder,

that's it, to bring the shoulder up to there,

then come back down

and touch it to the shoulder.

You wanna go up fast, and down slow, okay.

So we're gonna go again, Richard, just do a couple of reps

all the way up and then back down.

You're really looking to make sure that that elbow stays in.

If his elbow starts winging out,

so just do an incorrect technique, Richard,

where your elbow comes out,

that means it's too much weight, okay,

if you can't stop the elbow from going out like that,

you need to reduce the weight,

but besides that, it's a pretty simple technique, okay.

So just do a couple of reps Richard,

so straight up all the way extending through at the top,

coming back down slowly.

So up fast and down slow.

And that is the Single Arm Dumbbell Shoulder Press.

- [Camerawoman] Action.

- This one's called the Single Arm Bent Over Row.

So Richard's gonna use a bench, but you can use any object

that's roughly at your own waist height.

Now it's very important that he's gotta neutral spine here.

So round your back incorrectly for us, Richard.

That is very, very bad.

Do not round your back.

You wanna push your chest through.

It actually feels like you're poking your bum out

if you're not used to this posture.

Now what he's gonna do is keep the scapula depressed,

which means that the shoulder stays down.

He doesn't wanna elevate the shoulder,

which is where you pull your shoulder up,

and then to initiate the movement,

he's gonna retract the scapula

so the scapula pulls in towards the spine,

and then he brings the weight right up to touch the shoulder

and then down slowly, and at the end of the movement,

we release that scapular again.

So you watch again, retract the scapula so you can see it

pull in to the spine, pull the arm all the way up

so it touches the shoulder, down slowly and then release.

Just do a couple of reps in your own time, Richard.

It's good if you pause for half a second

like Richard is, just to really get that full-on movement

where you're pulling all the way

and you can feel

that you've given it your full range of motion.

Full range of motion is very, very important.

And that is the Single Arm Bent Over Dumbbell Row.

This is the 30-Degree Incline Dumbbell Chest Press.

So this is the horizontal push pattern.

And what we're gonna do now is Richard is going to lay down

and he's going to basically try and pull his scapula,

his shoulder blades, down into his back pocket.

He brings his feet right back

so that the balls of his feet are roughly under his hips,

and then what he tries to do is to drive his heels

down into the ground.

So that's very important.

I'm just gonna remind you of the main points here.

Shoulder blades pull down to the back pockets,

feet under the hips,

and heels driving down in to the ground,

and that's gonna create a really strong platform

for him to press up.

Now he's gonna press straight up into the air

and then control it on the way down.

Ideally, nothing in his body

would make any major movement from here.

It's only his arms that are moving, okay.

The shoulder blades stay pulled down

into the back pockets, okay,

the weights push straight up vertically,

he's not bringing them together.

You'll notice they're not coming in at the top,

they're pushing vertically up,

and then straight back down.

So this is gonna be paired,

just like all of the other exercises in this program,

it's gonna be paired with the horizontal pull pattern.

So you're gonna do one set of this,

and one set of the horizontal pull

until you've done your set.

And that is the 30-Degree Incline Dumbbell Chest Press.

This is the scapular control exercise

that we're gonna do for Phase One of the program,

and it's called the Bent Over Single Arm Lateral Raise.

Now Richard's gonna get into the exact same start position

as for the Single Arm Bent Over Row,

but what he's gonna do now,

is bring the arm right up to the side, okay,

and the down slowly.

When you get to the top for this one,

so you can see he releases his scapula,

as he raises the arm, the scapular retracts on its own,

that'll just happen naturally.

When you get to the top you do wanna pause

for a couple of seconds like what Richard's doing.

So he comes up,

pause, and then down under control.

So up first, pause, and then down under control.

Besides that it's pretty simple,

what you're looking for is to make sure

that the spine straight.

You wanna avoid twisting your body when you do it.

You wanna avoid your shoulder elevating.

So you wanna keep your shoulder depressed,

and then besides that you just wanna raise the arm

straight to the side, just like what Richard is doing,

and then when you go down the scapula stays retracted,

and at the end it protracts, pushes forward.

So watch, it's gonna stay retracted now as his arm goes down

and then it protracts at the end.

And that is the Bent Over Single Arm Lateral Raise.

Now we're on to the rotator cuff training,

and this is called the Foam Roller Wall Slide.

So what Richard is gonna do is,

he's gonna set up just like you can see.

The further away his feet are from the wall,

the harder it is.

He's got a posterior pelvic tilt,

which means he's doing exactly the cue

that I showed you before.

He's sucking his stomach in,

tensing his bum, and pushing his hips forward.

From here, he's concentrating on keeping his elbows in

and hands out, and he's just gonna roll up slowly

until he can't maintain it anymore, and then come back down.

For Richard, he's got a great range of motion.

In all honesty, 9 out of 10 people that I see this,

they can barely go further than that, that's it.

Because as soon as your elbows start to come out,

or your hands start to come in,

so your arms start to do this, you've lost it,

and you will not do it.

If you do this properly, you gonna feel it

in the back of your shoulders.

You have to be ridiculously strict on keeping your elbows in

and your hands out, so that your arms stay vertical,

just like what Richard's doing.

So tightening the abs, tensing the bum,

keeping that posterior pelvic tilt,

and you're gonna feel this in the back of the shoulders.

And that is the Foam Roller Wall Slide.

California's "New" Exhaust Law Explained by a Lawyer Who is a Car Enthusiast (AB 1824) - Duration: 20:03.

How goes it guys? Welcome to the channel. If you've been on YouTube in the last week or so and you're a car enthusiast,

Chances are you've seen a number of videos about this new law coming out

that's cracking down on car enthusiasts and their loud exhaust systems.

I'm sure you have seen them because when I get on YouTube, it seems like I have a new suggested video on the topic

literally every time I hit refresh. So it appears that pretty much everyone and their cousin are making videos on this topic.

Well me being a lawyer, a car enthusiast, and a loud exhaust fanatic,

of course I'm gonna jump on that bandwagon. Or I guess in my case, ramp on it!

Sorry, that was just too easy. But in all seriousness, a

lot of these videos that I've watched--and I've read a lot of blog articles on it as well--are grossly inaccurate;

and a lot of them are just

absolutely false. So I'm going try to give you a short little video here that clears up some of these misconceptions

about what this law does

and what it is.

So stay tuned.

Okay, so before we get started with this I want to

sort of give a bit of a disclaimer. So as I mentioned, I am an attorney. I am licensed to practice law.

But I'm not licensed to practice in the state of California. In addition, I am a lawyer,

but I'm not your lawyer.

Okay, so I'm not giving legal advice.

I'm not giving advice

on California law, nor am I representing you in any way?

Okay, this is only for educational purposes.

And in fact, I'm not even gonna give my opinion on the interpretation of this law. I'm simply just going to

show you the actual language of

the laws -

the relevant laws - and

Show you how to find them.

So this is actually just a

tutorial on how to find good information and

distinguish it from

bad information. Now guys before I get started with this, if you find this to be

helpful and clear up any of the confusion, if you would do me a favor and "like" this video

so that hopefully it will get circulated more and reach more people

because the ultimate purpose for me making this video is to

Try to help clear up some of this misinformation.

So if it does help you, please "like" it and share it. So hopefully we can reach more people and clear it up.

So with that out of the way, let me kind of explain,

just briefly, what this law is and what it's not, okay.

First of all, technically it's not a "new" law.

In case you don't know, California

implemented a bill that essentially amends

existing law that relates to

exhaust

regulations.

This assembly bill makes several changes to various sections of the

California code, but part of it does amend a little bit of relevant

Exhaust laws. I've heard so many different

opinions on this and people stating that

This is a new law that's cracking down on car enthusiasts

making it illegal to modify your exhaust system.

I've even heard some say that it's

making it illegal to even own a--

you know a--car from the factory, like a Corvette or a Camaro or a Mustang and that's got

the louder exhaust systems on now, those are

Illegal, and have to change your exhaust. Okay, none of that's true. All right,

in fact, this didn't change anything.

Nothing is different about the rules about exhaust

The only thing that's different is the punishment -- the consequences that you get

if you violate the existing rules.

Okay,

prior to this assembly bill, the

consequences could simply just be a

"fix-it" ticket. Meaning that if you got cited for a

violation and,

You know,

It was proven that you actually did violate it,

you just had 30 days to fix it. Well, now now they've made it a little bit more strict, and

you're probably going to get a ticket if you did in fact violate it.

Something else that's floating around out there is, and I see this on nearly every video or blog post

I read, not all of them, but

a high majority, even if they get the other part

close to correct, they still say that it's an automatic one thousand dollar fine.

That's not true either. There are guidelines that they have to follow,

and I'm going to show you in just a minute how they calculate

what your fine will be. Now, I'm not saying you won't get a $1000 fine. I'm just saying that it's not a mandatory thing

It's not going to automatically happen.

Now, I know you've probably seen that clip of that cop

saying that that's what's going to happen,

But that's not right. And again, this is not my opinion. I'm not going to,

you know, give you my opinion on what I think about the law,

what I,

how I interpret it. I'm simply just going to show you the actual language of it so you can

know for yourself instead of listening to

other people, you know,

that either are trying to stir up drama to get views or

the more likely

situation is that they just don't know and they are listening to others,

that are incorrect, and they're just not doing their own research. And so this is kind of just a reminder that you should always

go to the actual source and

look at it for yourself. Don't rely on others. Don't rely on hearsay.

Alright, since that's out of the way, I'm gonna switch you over to my computer screen so we can look at

the actual wording of these rules. Okay, so anytime something like this comes up, it's always best practices to go to the actual source.

Alright, don't rely on,

you know, YouTube videos or blog posts or unofficial sources. Always go to the actual source. Namely, the law itself.

Obviously, if you're being represented by legal counsel or other professionals, you know, you should

give them discretion to an extent of course, but

otherwise when you're just trying to look up something, you need to always make sure you look at the official source, okay?

So what I have here is the actual text of Assembly Bill number 1824

This is, as you see, this is on the official government website. That's another thing.

You should always try to find government websites when you're looking up stuff like this.

You can be more certain that they are

accurate. Literally anyone can buy a domain name and put up a website and write content on it,

you know, with virtually no experience or expertise in the subject. Same goes for YouTube. As you know,

anybody can make a YouTube channel and say whatever they want.

So yeah, you should take what you see on the internet with the a grain of salt. Anyway, this is the actual language

of ab 1824. There's a lot going on here --

a lot of, you know, changes that are not relevant to the exhaust law.

But this part right here is what we are interested in -- specifically this last part, here. So basically what this is saying is that

You can read it for yourself, basically

there is already existing law that

prohibits certain types of modifications to your car, namely,

those that make your vehicle exceed existing noise limits, or you know exceed a decimal range, and I'll get to that in a minute.

But the maximum decibel limit is 95 decibels. I'll explain that in a minute. But this right here is basically what has changed.

So now basically in a nutshell

the only thing that's changed is that

Prior to this, the relevant law allowed for a police officer to simply just give you a "Fix-it ticket."

Which would you know

Tell you, okay you must

get it fixed and then you had I think 30 days to go remedy that problem.

And if you did, you know, you're off the hook

Well now that's been changed a bit and now you'll likely get a fine instead of just a warning.

But before we go into that, let's go and look at the actual law. Okay, as you saw back here and the AB

1824 is it's talking about

Existing law. Okay, let's go look at that. And again, this is the official government website.

So we know this is legitimate. You can access this too. It's not just,

you know, me being a lawyer. You know, I do have access to probably more resources than

lay people, but this is not that; this is just on the internet -- you have access to it as well.

so we go here and

See so, this is the relevant. Oh, well, all of this really is relevant to exhaust -- or most of it is, but

As you see, this says . . . well, I'm not gonna read it all it's basically saying that you have to have you know

adequate mufflers and

You can't have cutouts or bypasses or anything like that.

But the thing is, that the misconception here is I've seen tons of you know videos and blog articles and

whatever out there that are saying that

This has changed

The law in terms of what is legal. That's not true. This has been in effect

This has been around since 2003. Okay,

since 2003, it's always been just as illegal to have an exhaust system if it makes your exhaust louder than that

95 decibel threshold.

And we can see that

Right here

see it says, it says exhaust systems installed on Motor Vehicles, and then it exempts motorcycles, with a gross weight of less than

6000 pounds comply with section 27150 and 27151

if they emit no more than 95 DBA which means decibels when tested in accordance with

Society of Automotive Engineers

Standard j1169. Now, I've heard some

About that. Maybe this is

Outdated and they're trying to get it updated, you know a new

Standard here. But we're not gonna go into that.

The point is that this has been in effect since 2003. Okay, nothing changed.

It was just as illegal, you know prior to this 2019 update as it is now.

The only thing that's changed is the punishment, essentially. Okay, and so this right here brings me to something else.

Alright, I've seen a lot of information on this

And they're saying you know that if you get pulled over for this, it's an automatic one thousand dollar fine.

And that's actually not true either.

I'm gonna get to that in a minute

There's actually guidelines they follow to determine how much the ticket will be

It is not automatic

But even if you do get stopped for this and the police officer reasonably believes that your car does exceed that ninety five decibel

threshold, you still may be able to get out of paying the ticket. Right here is basically the guidelines that they follow to

Determine whether or not you are in compliance with the law.

And what this is is,

It's as it says it's a society

and they have they have established guidelines and

I'm not gonna go into detail, but essentially --

You can look this up. There's other video. There's videos and articles out there that same stuff explain it fairly accurately

uh, basically what happens is you take your car to the referee and they

place a decibel reader so far away from the exhaust and

let the car idle and see what the decibel range is and then they rev the car to

2500 rpms and see what the range is. If it does not exceed 95 decibels as

this standard dictates

then you're in compliance and

the referee will give you a certificate of compliance and you take it and then you take it to the judge and

It will he will, you know throw the ticket out.

So all this about you know

The cops are gonna just automatically give you a thousand dollar fine if they think your exhaust sounds too loud. That's not true

now, I'm not saying that they will not give you a thousand dollar fine. It is possible that they'll do that

You know, I know there's there's been claims that you know

They have done that. We've all seen that clip of that cop telling that lady in the car

You know that that's what's gonna happen. But that is, as you see here,

there's nothing in this law or the changes in the bill that

Mandate a thousand dollar ticket. In fact, there is a another set of guidelines, and if you go right here, if you

look at the Uniform Bail and Penalty Scheduled for 2019

And if we search for the relevant section of the code, we see here

these are the sections of the code and these are the guidelines for

the penalty and as you see

Most of these is a base fine of 25 dollars. Okay now

as you see, you know, there are additional

fees and things that can accumulate and

You know you do have to go

I think you do have to pay for the inspection and all that with the referee.

So, you know the total cost may

significantly exceed this, but there is not a mandatory fine of 1000 bucks. That's just not true.

But if you get pulled over for loud exhaust, even if it does

Exceed the 95 decibel range, that you're gonna get $1,000 fine. Now,

I'm not saying you won't but you're not, you know, it's not guaranteed

So the people that are saying that, that's incorrect.

So I know I've been talking pretty fast, and I'm throwing a lot at you

And we're reading a lot of technical, you know, jargony text

But if you're if you're wanting to look at something that explains it simple and succinctly I suggest looking at this

article, that the SEMA Action Network

Provided I know we've all heard of SEMA as car guys. From what I can see, it looks pretty accurate, and it's really short

So you can look through here, it's basically like a frequently asked questions, I suppose.

It gives a simple summary of what the issue is and see like here's the question: were California's

exhaust noise rules changed? And no,

See just like I said since 2003 the rule has been the same and if the exhaust system

is inadequate, you know, and it causes

the sound level to be over 95 decibels when tested under this standard, the sae standard,

And I briefly explained that earlier

It'll be in violation. And that that is that's been the same since 2003 the ab 1824 did not change that

So is it illegal to install an aftermarket exhaust system on your vehicle?

And no see again as long as it doesn't exceed that 95 decibel range

You're fine. It's always been the case since 2003. There's nothing new

Okay, so if that didn't change what did well just as I've been saying

the only difference now

is the punishment you're gonna get if you

Do violate this existing rule, you know before you just gotta fix it ticket which allowed 30 days for you to correct the violation. But now,

It appears that, or likely, you probably will get some sort of ticket. Will it be $1,000? I

Don't know

But you know, it's not guaranteed you're gonna get $1,000 ticket, and they explain that here, too.

If I get pulled over will I receive a $1,000 fine?

according to the Judicial Council of

California's Uniform Bail and Penalty Schedules -- and that's what I showed you here. This is the official document

I'll link this in the description. I'll link all this in the description. The suggested base fine or fee for a first conviction is

$25 with a total fee of 193, okay

so like I said

It is possible that these people are getting a $1000 fine and I know that cop said that

But like I said the cops don't make the rules the cops

You know can't decide, they just enforce the rules and sometimes you know

They may tell you something is illegal that, it's really not, or either because they don't know or maybe they're just trying to scare you

Uh, just whatever. But the moral of the story is, you need to do your research and find out exactly what's going on

You know for yourself don't listen to other people's interpretations of rules. Alright guys, so there it was. I tried to show you

you know the actual language of the rules and

try to explain a little bit of

You know how it works

again, this was primarily just a

tutorial on how to fund you know

reliable information and how to distinguish it from not so reliable information. Now, I've also linked all of the

sources that I showed you here down in the description

So go down there and check them out so you can look at them for yourself. But guys, again,

I want to remind you, if you did find this helpful and if it cleared up some of the confusion or misinformation you've heard,

Please go ahead and like the video so hopefully YouTube will circulate it a bit more

and share with your friend because like I said,

my primary purpose for this video is to just simply clear up misinformation. Because guys,

Stuff like this is why . . .

Largely why, we're so divided -- why we have such different opinions about everything

Is largely because there's so much misinformation floating around and so we don't know what to believe.

Okay, but just remember guys just

Things like this, if something sounds weird or you know bizarre or out of place

Just think about it a little bit

Do some research -- it's probably not

as bad and dramatic as

you know it's being said to be. But anyway

hopefully this was helpful. And like I said

Like it, share it.

Like I said, I don't usually do this type of thing on my channel

This is a brand new channel. But this is a you know, more of an entertainment channel. I try to do funny

skits. I do car related content

I have a 1983 square body Chevy c10 that I feature most of the time

If you'd like to check out some of my other videos,

Certainly go on over to my home page. So I think that's all and I'll see you next time

Oppure risponde dopo tre ore".

Mica posso stare appresso a te.

A me non mi sta bene.

2:nd thinning with in-stand operating harvester Terri 34C 8wd

Hi Skogsforum! Today we will look at 2nd (commersial) thinning with a small machine

Its a discussion here in Sweden if it's possible to thin the 2nd time with small machines.

Is it possible or do we need larger machines?

Today, we are in Älmhult in south Sweden to look at a second thinning performed by a Terri.

This stand has been thinned appr 8 yars ago and its 45 years old, spruce stand on good soil

The largest trees are 20 meters or higher and its the final thinning.

I will do some stand measurements and we will take a look at how the thinning is done.

This spruce stand is 45 years old and it's on good soil (Index G32). Largest trees are 22 m high (70 ft+).

It's 1200 trees/ha (appr 500/acre) before thinning

Stand volume before thinning is 350 cubic meters/ha and appr 65 cubic m/ha will be cut (20%)

400 st/ha (160 st/acre) will be cut. Average trunk volume of harvested trees is 0,14 cubic meters/stem

The harvester is using old, small striproads. Distance between strip roads is 22 m cc

To reach all trees between the strip roads, harvester make inserts

The largest trees are almost 30 cm (12 in) diameter breast height (DBH)

But these are not the trees to thin. It's more like those...

..trees with DBH 16 cm (6 in) and also smaller trees.

It's a good tree length so the average trunk volume is good. It's in this size span the harvester operates

Terri 34C 8wd has a Mowi p40T crane with 7,5 meter (25 ft) reach.

The harvesting head is a LogMax 928 which has a max felling diameter of 42 cm (16 in)

Tracks on all bogies gives stability and the Terri 34C harvester has a low center of gravity

During our visit, the production pace was 90 trees cut per hour (12 cubic meters/hour)

Average trunk cut was 0,14 cubic meters and 400 trees/hectare was removed (160 trees/acre)

The work is done fast in 2nd thinning. Few trees to cut and no strip roads to cut.

Read more about thinning and harvesters at skogsforum.se (Swedish) or forestry.com

Why British Eggs Would Be ILLEGAL in the US - Duration: 5:47.

In the United States, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) lays regulations for

how food products should be produced and processed to ensure food safety.

The United States Food And Drug Administration (FDA), on the other hand, determines best

food consumption practices to minimize health problem.

Ironically, they also determine how many rat hair should be allowed in peanut butter and

how much of rat feces should be permitted in your spices and cigarette butt in your

sandwich.

Unless you find more than -

30 insects fragments or 1 rodent hair per 100g of peanut butter

9 mg of rodent poop per kg of wheat 75 mites per 100g of dried mushrooms

1 maggot per 100g of tomato juice and 13 insects head every 100 grams of fig

paste

- FPS expect you to compromise with the situation because.... well.... no food practice is perfect,

humans make mistakes, restricting food laws will increase food prices and bugs are not

that gross.

Some of them are quite healthy.

At the same time, USDA has laid guidelines for how commercial eggs should be produced,

processed and stored to make sure eggs remain safe for public consumption.

The UK has their own regulations BUT their regulations are quite opposite to those in

the US making it illegal for eggs produced in the UK to be sold in the US and those produced

in the US to be sold in the UK.

But if guidelines in both the cases are made for food safety and public interest, why are

they contrasting to one another?

Which one of them is the right practice?

Or both of them are equally good?

In the case of American eggs, USDA requires its egg producers egg farms to properly wash

and sanitize their eggs before they reach consumers in order to remove any dirt and

feces on the exterior of eggs.

These contaminants are bacterial in nature and may pose a food safety threat when they

enter a kitchen environment, for instance, one may crack open an egg then proceed to

prepare a sandwich with those bacteria-riddled hands.

Also, egg shells are porous, there's is a possibility of microbes leaking inside the

egg.

As per the regulation, eggs are washed with warm water at least 20*F warmer than the internal

temperature of the eggs and at a minimum of 90*F. A detergent that won't impart any foreign

odors to the eggs is also used.

After washing, the eggs are rinsed with a warm water spray containing a chemical sanitizer

to remove any remaining bacteria and then they are dried to remove excess moisture.

Every step of this whole process is scientifically designed and must be executed as it is with

extreme care otherwise this procedure can lead to more damage than good.

For example, drying of eggs is crucial because a dry eggshell acts as a barrier to bacterial

intrusion while the presence of moisture makes the shell more permeable exposing it to pathogen

attack.

Furthermore, moisture, itself, may act as a medium for bacterial growth and water provides

an excellent vehicle for pathogens such as salmonella.

The temperature of warm washing water must be regulated carefully otherwise water colder

than egg could cause the contents of the egg to contract, sucking polluted water in through

the shell.

Results may get worse if a facility is not careful enough to regularly change the washing

water and eggs are left to sit in the dirty bath.

With such high risk of bacteria, if cleaned improperly, the UK (and almost all of world

except the US) believes eggs should not be washed or cleaned before they're sold to consumers.

As far as dirty eggs are concerned, EU egg marketing law encourages good husbandry on

farms.

Because eggs can't be cleaned or washed, it's in farmers best interests then to produce

cleanest eggs possible as no one is going to buy their eggs if they're dirty.

This may not sound too convincing to you but there's more to it.

An egg carries a thin layer of coating on its outer surface called "cuticle".

This layer naturally protects eggs from almost all contamination and also keeps the eggs

fresh for longer periods.

Washing eggs damage most of this protective layer and makes them vulnerable to contamination

from pathogens and other microorganisms.

In absence of washing, an egg is capable of protecting itself naturally and if care if

care is taken while handling eggs, the contamination of kitchen environment can also be eliminated.

The UK, thus believes that a little care is better than huge risk and cost of washing

eggs.

Another thing that makes British eggs and American eggs different is how they're stored.

In the UK and almost everywhere in Europe, you can see eggs sitting in unrefrigerated

shelves of supermarkets.

The EU regulation stipulates that eggs should in general not be refrigerated before selling

to the final consumer.

Chilled eggs, when left outside at room temperature (during transit between supermarket and consumer's

home), may sweat and form moisture on its surface facilitating the growth of bacteria

and probably their ingression into the egg.

The American system, on the other hand, instructs its seller to refrigerate eggs under 40*F

in order to decrease the risk of Salmonella.

Salmonella isn't a big problem in the UK because European farmers have been vaccinating their

hens against salmonella sie 1990s and have got good results.

Vaccination in the US is not a common practice.

American and British eggs taste significantly different because of the difference in how

they're processed and stored.

But how would you know?

British eggs can't be sold in the US and the US ones in the UK.

You can if you have an umbrella.

That sounds dangerous.

Just wait and see tomorrow!

Goodnight. Goodnight.

This is the perfect spot for a picnic.

Yes, and it's a perfect place to fly with an umbrella.

I forgot the umbrella.

Did you get it?

I'm going to go down and wave to you, when you fly.

I'm ready when you are!

I'm coming!

Wow! That was fast!

Madicken?

Madicken?

Are you sleeping?

Mom! Mom! Madicken is dead!

Madicken?

Madicken?

Where am I?

Right here with me.

Where did I fly?

Right down in the garden.

Next time I'm going to try with a balloon.

Your crazy, Madicken!

Pay David de Gea whatever he wants! Man Utd fans DEMAND deal for star after Spurs display - Duration: 2:27.

De Gea is between the sticks for today's match at Wembley and has been in great form

The Spaniard has kept out everything Spurs have thrown at him in a classy display at Wembley

De Gea has been at Old Trafford since 2011 but could be on the move soon. He's contracted to the club for another 18 months but it's unclear whether he'll sign an extension amid interest from Europe's biggest clubs

And fans want to see United throw whatever it takes financially at their star shot-stopper

"Give De gea all the f**king money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!," wrote one supporter on Twitter

"Stop being proud our keeper is our best asset, it's sad. You take Messi from Barca and they're a Spanish Watford, you take Hazard from Chelsea and you have AFC, you take De Gea from United and we're relegated to the championship, pay him his monies," posted another

Another tweeted: "Make De Gea the highest paid player at the club, it's only right

Without him we're bottom 10 and I'm not too proud to say it."    Sky Sports journalist Dharmesh Sheth claimed earlier this month that United chiefs are looking at keeping their players rather than drafting new ones

"I think priorities, as opposed to bringing players in during January, I think they will want to tie down players like David de Gea and Anthony Martial

Will they want to stay?" he said. "Solskjaer has already spoken about speaking to those two players and saying he wants them to stay "They've a little bit of time to play with but 18 months in today's market is no time

"That's when players will start looking around for other clubs, two years, 18 months left on their contracts
