And in this episode of the "Top 10 Things You Should Know About" video series,

we'll be going through GWN-1000GB-1A,

which is G-Shock's Gulfmaster.

So let's get into it.

[Intro]

The Gulfmaster series, part of the Master of G line, is a watch with features and functions

designed

to provide vital information about constantly changing ocean conditions to coast guard crews

who respond to emergency situations on those rough seas.

This Gulfmaster is a G-Shock analog model equipped with a barometric pressure

that can be used to predict upcoming weather changes,

a temperature sensor that detects the change of air and water temperature,

as well as a digital compass that can be used to determine wind and tide direction.

So let's get into the Top 10 Things You Should Know About the GWN-1000GB-1A Gulfmaster

watch model:

#1 Color

The Gulfmaster is black, has a gold bezel, and features black, gold, silver, and blue

accents.

#2 Construction

The Gulfmaster, being a G-Shock, is of course shock resistant, with an impact structure

that uses a hollow case whose toughness philosophy has been handed down to all G-Shock.

Also, water resistance is up to 200 meters.

The model boasts an exterior design that includes an LCD subdisplay

on the lower half of the face and the tide graph and barometer indicators at the 9 to

11 o'clock position.

It has numbers on the bezel to display changes in altitude and atmospheric pressure.

#3 Power Source

The Gulfmaster has the Tough Solar technology,

making it possible to maintain stable operation even while using power-hungry functions.

Using a solar rechargeable battery, the Gulfmaster is able to catch the light and transform it

into energy.

And now the Tough Solar technology is so advanced that even the weakest light sources

are sufficient enough to keep the Gulfmaster in operation.

#4 Battery Life

The Gulfmaster's approximate battery life is 6 months on that rechargeable battery.

Now this happens when there is normal use of the watch without exposure to light.

#5 Compass/Thermometer

Further, we have Triple Sensor capabilities which as we mentioned in the introduction,

comes equipped with barometric pressure that can be used to predict upcoming weather changes,

a temperature sensor that detects the change of air and water temperature,

as well as a digital compass that can be used to determine wind and tide direction

which is needed under those "Survival Tough" moments.

Now the digital compass on the Gulfmaster is able to measure and display direction as

one of 16 points,

with the measuring range being from 0° to 359° in 1° measuring units.

Now with this Gulfmaster, there is 60 seconds of continuous measurement,

hand indication of north,

directional calibration and magnetic declination correction.

For the thermometer, the display range is from -10°C to 60°C (14°F to 140°F)

and is measured in units of 0.1°C (0.2°F).

#6 Altimeter/Barometer

When it comes to the altimeter,

the measuring range is from -700 m to 10,000 m (-2,300 ft to 32,800 ft)

and measures in units of 1 m (5 ft).

In addition, you can select the altimeter measurement interval to be either 5 seconds

or 2 minutes.

For the barometer, the measuring range is from 260 hPa to 1,100 hPa (7.65 inHg to 32.45

inHg)

and it measures in units of 1 hPa (0.05 inHg).

There is also an atmospheric pressure tendency graph

as well as an atmospheric pressure tendency information alarm,

which beeps to indicate significant change in pressure.

#7 Multi-Band Atomic Timekeeping

Also, there is multi-band atomic timekeeping in which your Gulfmaster

will receive time calibration radio signals which keeps the displayed time accurate.

Locations that have the atomic timekeeping function include the US, the UK, Germany,

Japan, and China.

Also, there is the auto-receive function which happens up to 6 times per day and up to 5

times per day for China.

#8 World Time

The Gulfmaster has world time, which includes up to 29 time zones

This is 29 different cities + UTC (coordinated universal time).

Now UTC is not considered a time zone.

It's simply a universal time standard.

In addition, there's also daylight saving time

and city code display.

#9 General Timekeeping

Timekeeping is one of the obvious functions for a watch.

On this Gulfmaster, it includes 4 daily alarms plus 1 snooze alarm,

a 1/100 second stopwatch whose measuring capacity is up to 23:59'59.99".

The measuring modes available are elapsed time, split time, and 1st-2nd place times.

The countdown timer counts down from 60 minutes in units of 1 second

and you can set the countdown timer in 1-minute increments.

> How important is that recovery, that post recovery, for heart attack patients? > it's

very important Kathy. It also varies an important in importance depending on how

exercise, it it's also counseling nutritional counseling is talking to our

after any illness and especially a heart attack to to become depressed we see

that quite frequently. Also anxiety can develop. Sometimes people can experience

the sensation and in their chest anywhere and not think about it twice

but after a heart attack they might feel a twinge, a little muscle spasm -- and

there's a fear -- and there's a fear factor which releases adrenaline, and you can

spiral down into having hyperventilation, and having even more panic, and more

anxiety. So the mental health of our patients is also very important. > Now as a

whole would you say that that's what cardiac rehab it's? Not necessarily one

thing, it's not getting on a treadmill, it's a combination of things that are

gonna help you to your road to recovery, correct? > That's right and we as the

treating physicians are in communication with the nurses and the therapists the

monitor your blood pressure your rhythm and we make adjustments on medications

depending on the response to the to the medications that we use after a heart

attack in conjunction with them so it's an integral part of of the treatment

Medicare Supplement Plans Texas - Duration: 9:30.

Medicare supplement plans in Texas, that's a topic of today's episode on Medigap TV. Stay tuned

Thank you, and we'll see you inside. What is the best Medicare supplement plan in Texas?

Hi, I'm Loran. Marmes

And today we're going to be discussing the Medicare supplement plans available to you in Texas and what plans?

offer the most

benefits for your lowest premium dollar like most states Texas has the ten lettered plans available to them a

through n but in reality with what is happening with plan F in

2020 there are really only two options that make any sense. That would be the Medicare supplement plan G and

the Medicare supplement plan in we're gonna go over the benefits of

both plans so that you can make an educated choice on which plan fits you the best now if you've done any

Searching around the internet at all videos or websites or anything like that

You've probably heard of the Medicare supplement plan G the plan G basically covers everything

except the Part B deductible the Part B deductible is the

Deductible that you will pay once a year at the doctor's office

it is less than $200 and in today's environment a

$200 deductible is pretty reasonable plan G is the higher-priced of the two plans

but if you go to the doctor

several times a year or a couple times a month the plan G is probably the best fit for you the other plan and

the plan that is probably going to fit most people looking for a Medicare supplement is the plan n the plan n as

You can see covers everything that the plan G does

except the Part B, excess and

You have a co-payment when you go to the doctors the plan n covers all of the Part B coinsurance

Except a twenty dollar co-payment

When you go to the doctor's up to and that's a maximum of twenty dollars

They can charge less they can charge five ten dollars if they want some doctors don't charge it some charge the full twenty

It's up to your physician. You will also have a co-payment of

$50 when you go to the emergency room now

If they admit you when you go to the emergency room that co-payment will be waived as I said earlier Part B

Excess charges are also not covered by the plan N

Realistically. This is not a huge problem a report put out a couple years ago by the Kaiser Foundation

stated that ninety six percent of doctors accept Medicare assignment

Aetna had put out a report recently

that

99% of their claims are paid out on assignment which means the doctors accept assignment

Well, I don't think this is a huge issue

It's just something you should be aware of and I'll explain how that works here in just a second

now if your doctor accepts medicare assignment

that means that your doctor provider supplier is required by law to

Accept the Medicare approved amount as full payment for Medicare services

That means if Medicare comes in and says we only pay a thousand dollars for this

They have to accept it at full cost

They cannot charge you any more if they do not accept assignment the doctor by law can charge you an additional

15 percent

Above the cost of the service

Is known as the Medicare excess charge

You would then be responsible for that 15%

Under a plan N, plan G would pay that plan and you would have this is how it would look

If your doctor accepts assignment, he charges one hundred and twenty dollars

The Medicare says no, we only pay a hundred dollars for that service

Medicare would pay the eighty percent your Medicare supplement

Plan G or n would pay that 20%

Leaving you with zero if your doctor does not

Accept assignment same thing happens the doctor bills one hundred and twenty dollars

Medicare says no. We only pay a hundred the doctor can charge you 15%

over

The hundred dollars of the Medicare approved amount not what their actual bill was

They can only charge you the 15% over the Medicare approved amount Medicare would pay the eighty

Your supplement would pay the twenty and you would pay that fifteen dollars, which is the 15%

Excess amount again. I I don't think this Part B. Excess is a huge issue down in the description

No

household discounts no spousal discounts and no tobacco rates the Medicare supplement plan G would be

107.40 any Hospital any doctor? No co-pays and you pay that Part B deductible

The Part B deductible is a very low annual deductible under two hundred dollars

which by today's standards is a

very low deductible with the Medicare supplement plan n same person you'd be looking at

83.13 a month and just like the plan gee any hospital or doctor that accepts medicare

You do have a copay of twenty dollars at the doctor's up to twenty dollars a $50 copay at the ER

Unless you're admitted if you're admitted. This copay will go away. And again that Part B deductible

Which you'll be responsible for once a year now

As you can see on the pricing between the two plans there's over

$20 a month difference when you factor in that copay of twenty dollars going to the doctor. That means you would have to have

Newlywed federal worker is forced to ration her insulin due to the government shutdown - Duration: 8:10.

Afederal worker with Type 1 diabetes has been forced to ration her insulin due to the government shutdown as President Donald Trump shows no signs of backing down from his demand for $5

7billion to build a wall along the US-Mexico border.Mallory Lorge, 31, is among 800,000 federal workers affected by the partial government shutdown, which has inflicted financial suffering as it enters its 24th day on Monday

Lorge told NBC News that she only has two vials of insulin left, leaving her no choice but to ration them as she waits for the shutdown to end

The Wisconsin resident, who works for the Department of Interior, said since being out of work, she can no longer afford to pay the $300 copay for her medication

And just last week, she had a scare when her blood sugar rose to a high level.'When it gets that high you can go into diabetic ketoacidosis, you can go into a coma,' she told NBC

'I can't afford to go to the ER.I can't afford anything.I just went to bed and hoped I'd wake up

' The government shutdown has put an even larger financial burden on Lorge and her husband who have only been married for five months

But after returning from their honeymoon, Lorge was diagnosed with double pneumonia and had to be hospitalized for sepsis and respiratory failure, according to NBC

Then in December the couple received the first of her medical bills on top of the shutdown

They were then forced to consolidate their debt in a $40,000 loan.Lorge also cancelled all of her upcoming medical appointments

Trump is reportedly not giving in on his demands to build the border wall.Sen Lindsey Graham said he encouraged Trump during a telephone conversation on Sunday to temporarily reopen the government for a period of weeks to try to negotiate a deal with Democrats that would break the impasse

But the South Carolina Republican said Trump wants a deal first.Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi also has insisted that Trump end the shutdown first before any negotiating takes place

'I tried to see if we could open up the government for a limited period of time to negotiate a deal,' Graham said

'The president says "Let's make a deal, then open up the government."Nancy Pelosi says "Even if you opened up the government I wouldn't fund a wall

" 'What is he supposed to do? Just give in.He's not going to give in,' Graham said

The assessment from Graham, who has become close to Trump, suggested the shutdown could last for weeks longer, if not months, inflicting additional financial pain on the 800,000 federal workers who have been idled or required to work without pay for the duration

Sen Chris Coons, D-Del, called Graham's idea for a brief reopening of the government a 'great place to start'

'Stop harming our country and our economy and let's make our best efforts because we all agree we need to invest more in border security,' Coons said

Graham said he thinks Trump is willing to accept the level of wall funding he is seeking, along with some immigration measures Democrats might find acceptable, such as helping immigrants who were illegally brought to the US as children

But Trump has said that while he is interested in pursuing a broader overhaul of the immigration system, he first wants to hear what the Supreme Court has to say about the group of immigrants known as Dreamers

Pelosi also has shown no interest in accepting a wall - she has called it an 'immorality' - in exchange for the suggested immigration fixes

And Trump appeared to shoot down Graham's suggestion of a 'wall plus' deal, saying Sunday on Twitter that even Democrats don't want to make Dreamers part of the shutdown talks

'The damage done to our Country from a badly broken Border - Drugs, Crime and so much that is bad - is far greater than a Shutdown, which the Dems can easily fix as soon as they come back to Washington!' Trump said in a separate tweet

Graham has been among the most outspoken Republicans pushing Trump to use his authority to declare a national emergency to circumvent Congress and build the wall by tapping unspent money sitting in various government accounts, including for military construction and disaster relief

Democrats oppose such a declaration but may be powerless to stop it.Many Republicans are wary, too, fearing its use by a future Democratic president

'We don't want it to come down to a national emergency declaration,' said House Republican Whip Steve Scalise of Louisiana

'Clearly the president's got authority under the law, but he's said he doesn't want it to come to that

He wants Congress to solve this problem.Congress needs to solve this problem.' Trump has said he prefers giving Congress more time to work out a deal before pulling the trigger on such a declaration

But Graham said during an appearance on Fox News Sunday that time is running out.'It's the last option, not the first option, but we're pretty close to that being the only option,' Graham said of an emergency declaration

Te comerás hasta la última migaja! Huevos Benedict caseros 100 % - Duration: 7:43.

Hello Friend how are you? I'm Svieta. Today you I will teach how to prepare exquisite home

Benedict eggs.

Some really good eggs Benedict. I make emphasis because the first time I tried

Eggs Benedict was in a restaurant chain, of which there are many the same

In all cities.

And that was the most disgusting thing in the world. The sauce was rancid, the last egg, the

hard bread ... and I think, my God, how it is possible that this dish likes both

people.

And I say ... something here is wrong. When arrive home I started to investigate about the recipe,

Seeing how it is done, and I prepared it.

And my God! Friends, the difference between the eggs Benedict that I made and the ones I ate

In that restaurant it was abysmal. Come on, it was Another dish.

The hollandaise sauce came out very creamy, with delicious butter flavor. The eggs

They were very juicy and the bread was very fluffy.

And then I understood that to eat the eggs Benedict should not go anywhere.

Or you go to a recommendation site, that you know that they do well there. Or you make them

your account. Or someone to make them.

As you know, the last recipe I went up It was about some English muffins. Thus

We have everything to make some Eggs Benedict from 10.

To prepare the hollandaise sauce in a saucepan we put the butter

At a moderate fire we melted it.

Once the butter has melted we remove the foam that has been formed by

above.

Look, the butter is bubbling. It's because below is the serum, the liquid

of butter or butter water.

So what we are going to do is to simmer let it bubble and so this evaporates

serum.

When you stop bubbling you will know that you have evaporated.

Fix, the serum has evaporated and no longer Bubbles

We remove the foam that has formed.

Some people do not evaporate buttermilk but once the butter has been

melted, the fire is removed, the and then separates the fat from the whey.

I find it more comfortable to do such and as I have taught you.

We strain the butter to free it of impurities.

Fix, it is perfectly clean. Without a serum drop.

To make hollandaise sauce you need 2 yolks.

We add to the yolks

1 pinch of salt.

And 1 pinch of ground black pepper.

We beat the yolks.

You can use the electric mixer or a rod hand.

When you see that the buds have turned whitish we stop beating them.

Now we put the beaten yolks on a container with hot water, not boiling, and fire

short

Beat the yolks and add the butter drop by drop, little by little.

We add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and we integrate it.

If the sauce got too thick you can add 1 tablespoon of hot water.

We put the casserole off the fire but we left the sauce on the casserole so that it stays

tempered.

We shell the egg to poach it.

In very hot water, but without it to boil, we make a whirlpool.

We dump the egg.

We cook it for 4 minutes.

We take a muffin or an English muffin and we open it

To know how English muffins are made I'll leave the link below the video.

In a hot pan we toast the bread.

Normally these eggs are served with bacon but I'm going to put serrano ham. I will

to heat a little in the warm pan so that it is more appetizing.

Sprinkle the bread with a little oil.

We put the ham or bacon on the bread.

The poached egg.

And the sauce.

Sprinkle with chives.

And we serve.

Let's prove how it is.

That should be eaten with a knife and fork but ...

How rich he is!

I'm going to finish eating now sitting on the table.

Please tell in the comments if you has liked the recipe.

And share it on social networks with you friends.

Also, subscribe to my channel if you still You have not done it because it's totally free.

See you in the next video. Ciao

From Naxalite to Dharma / Dr. Rajiv Kumar, Vice-Chairman, Niti Aayog - Duration: 13:04.

Namaste! I have Dr. Rajiv Kumar with me.

We have had interesting conversations about India and its future, its past, future. And talked about the external world

of infrastructure, development and so on. And we have also touched upon the

inner person's life. Your story is very very fascinating.

Tell us about how you started, why you rejected certain things and how you ended

up into the spiritual realm. Because this will inspire people.

I read the, my first version of Mahabharata and in eight volumes at the age of

15. Because my mother's grandfather had this whole publication.

So, I was fascinated by all of that. But then I came to Delhi on a scholarship to a public school, Modern School here.

And there I went through the whole sort of westernized education etc. riding

and swimming and all of that. You know, and I enjoyed that.

And then went to St. Stephens. -We were in the same class, same batch. -Same batch,

same class, at the same time, 68 batch. -Yes! -And I went there

having bought myself my prized books that we used to get from school were on Israel's six-day war

and how the Americans would win in Vietnam etc. Because I was very much pro-American sort of but already thinking those lines.

But then in St. Stephens college because I was ever since the childhood one

thing that had come to me from my as I said my grandparents etc.

was a very deep sense of nationalism. So, I wanted to do something for, and

you know, in Modern School we used to have one bhajan.

You know, this was a public school but with a difference that every morning we sat, squat, you

know, sat on the ground and sang bhajans and then followed a western curriculum.

And one of the bhajans used to be, Bharat hamara desh hai, iska rin hampar bahut

aur is rin ke khatir ham kuchh na kuchh kar jayenge. -Very nice!

So, this bhajan always sort of got internalized and M N Kapoor, our principal

with absolute, you know, yug purush if you like to say that.

St Stephens a very extreme left ideology was sold to me, -Yes. -as a nationalist, you know, as a nationalist policy,

as a means for getting our nation to recover from its wretched poverty. Remember

68 already there was, -Yes, yes. I was there. -65 war, 67 drought

You know, and huge unemployment, -Arvind Narayan Das was the president. -Arvind Narayan, but, you know, but

the circumstances was such, that it's, that the left wing Marxist Leninist Maoist ideology

felt just like the right thing to deliver the country from its… -Charu Majumdar,

Kanu Sanyal, -Charu Majumdar, Kanu Sanyal, -Naxalbari, all of that.

all of this had emerged and came into St. Stephens -Yes. -And the best amongst us,

some of us at least, took to that. -Yes. -In, I think, in the belief

in the false belief that it will help our country recover from its poverty and from

its… -Young idealism. -Young idealism. So, I joined that. Joined that

You joined the Naxalite Movement? -The Naxalite movement and in 1970

December I left college and I ran away. It was called going UG.

So, I went underground to Bihar and cut my teeth with the poor peasants. By that time

a very false and a complete lie had started by Charu Majumdar sahab

that you don't need to work at all with the people to convince them of anything because they are all

ready for revolution anyway. So, you just go and talk to them how to kill the class enemy.

You know, and which is the zamindar or the jotedar or whatever. And when I reached there in one

place, for example, I found, I landed in a tribal village where there was no zamindar.

Because it was all equal society. It was as if I was shifted away to a place where they

thought they had a zamindar. Now, this zamindar turned out to be somebody

who took good care of his people, you know, in Bihar. So, again that was not the case. And

the third place where I found a real oppressive, exploitative zamindar,

the people who was trying to mobilize said, look one, we need modern weapons to

kill that guy, you know, but otherwise, and our sort of the

thing that sold to us was that you have to make them use traditional weapons

to get their anger. I think I saw through that whole thing.

The whole thing was sham in sense. It was not practical. -Was dishonest. Why was

a complete dishonest lie perpetrated on young people of India

and, you know, which thwarted our country's development for I think several years and -Yes.

-led a huge loss of valuable human lives in some parts of the country.

But thank god for me. I think there was something above there, up there which saved me and I made my way back to Lucknow.

And I must here pay my homage to my parents who not only just took me back but in some sense let me be

and, you know, sort of just took whatever I was giving and gave me all the space. It took me another year to get out of this.

And then slowly I decided to get out of this, rebuild my career. And then went to, got a scholarship to go to Oxford

where I went and there, I was accosted by all different sort of thoughts processes philosophy. But two things happened to me.

Now, one, I read a book called, the secret life of plants, which is a Hamish Hamilton

publication I think with a 40-page bibliography which proved beyond doubt to me

and it proves there that plants have a life of their own as was told by J C

Basu and others. So, that then was completely contradictory

in philosophical term to the Marxist idea of materialism. -It takes you into the spiritual realm. -Took me

to the spiritual realm and reconnected me to my old childhood past. -Brilliant! Wonderful!

Two Pol Pot happened and Pol Pot was such a monster. -Nasty fellow. -And some recognized I won't name them

highly placed leftist intellectuals supported him, you know, on the pretext that

he was breaking down bourgeoisie value and so on. -Just blind.

So that just totally that was the when I was just weaned away. And then I came back

here in 82, 1982 having finished my DPhil I came right back here.

Not because I wanted to be so, but my wife, my wife-to-be gave me the

ultimatum that I am going back now you decide what you want to do.

So, of course, I trailed her. Came here. We got married in 83. And 88,

after we had our first son, and there is a story there, but,

we were triggered, both of us, into our journey of meditation. -Wonderful! -And I can even tell you a story in short,

Our son, older son, got asthma. And we were just at our wit's end what to do. Two and

a half year and nothing would help and so on. Until we met a doctor

He said, sir, it's your tension which is creating this asthma in the boy. Take care of yourself and the

boy would be cured. And then we said, oh, how to take care of our tension and stresses.

So, therefore, meditation was one of the… and we ran, we discovered, we were led to this practice called sahaj yoga.

which is the… -All over the world. It's an amazing thing. -90 countries now. It is

founded by Sri Mataji Nirmala Devi. A lady, who was born a Christian,

but steeped into Indian traditions, Indian scriptures, Indian traditional doctrines everything else who formed this.

It's her invention. There is one Kundalini shastra and since 98, I think there is

nothing that is done and is better happened to me than that.

So, you are a spiritual being having a bodily material life also. The other way around. -I would like to be that, completely. And

what gives me great hope and optimism is, that I know that that's the journey I can continue with. -Yes. -whatever happens to me,

in any other aspect of my life. And that's the reality. That's the truth. -That's the anchor.

That's inside, solid. -That's the truth, that's the anchor and to be connected

you know, yoga. Yoga means to be united, to be connected. And to be connected

is the ultimate thing because I have experienced that. -Yes.

And Sahaja yoga helps you to experience this amazing step which Nanak ji used to call sahaj

samadhi. -Yes. -And, you know, there is samadhi which complete thoughtlessness

but total awareness, you know. And once you are there you will feel this amazing sense of being fully protected

And no one can take it away from you ever. -And you don't need anything else either. You know,

because it is the advaita. -Yes. -And they say that once you have tasted the advait,

then, you know, the duality disappears. -Yes. -And I, and this journey is one which is

unending because, you know, because you can just continue with it.

And so, I have been an evangelizer for this. -Yes, good! -with the Philippines.

So, I have probably given realization to maybe 5000 people.

in a Catholic country. I still practice it. Everybody I meet I say that for this, I am available 24/7

above every other priority of mine. -I am so happy that people hear this part of you. Because I think this is who you really are.

And there is a career, you are a brilliant person, great economist and helping the country. But this is so precious.

This is part of the inner infrastructure. -Thank you so much. -The

spiritual infrastructure which also needs to be spread in India.

No, no absolutely. And the more it spread in India, I mean, by the way, India is the

land of saints. -Yes. -India is the land of, you know, of spirituality.

The rishis and the yogis are -Are here and we are the ones who have provided

succor to people from every possible spiritual background.

I mean, you know, even St. Thomas Equinox. -Right, right. -You know, were the first

disciples of Christ found his way here and so on. So, and you know,

Sahaj also means born with you, saha ja. -Yes. -So, the whole system is within us already -Yes. -So, you don't

need anything. -You are not bringing anything else. You are just recognizing. -Rediscovering.

Rediscovering, awakening it. -Yeah. Which is what is called self-realization. -Right. -So, once

you get that self-realization, and, you know, and then the other thing is that,

the way it has helped me a lot Rajiv is that it has helped me to able to get over my own, both, my ego and my conditionings.

The super ego, which, you know, which Jung talked about. -Right, right. -now, you know, which I will tell

you why I am saying that because it just helps improve inter-personal relationships.

Yes. -And that is so important. -Yes. -in having a better society. -Yes. -Just having a better, you

know, you know, sort of thing around you. So, I think that if you can, if I can do that

It helps me and it helps everyone else. -No, this is wonderful. -Thank you. -This is

wonderful. I want to thank you for taking this time. I know you are

everybody is pushing for your time and there is so many demands on your time. This

has been an important episode because it shows Dr. Rajiv Kumar

as more than just a development economist who is very successful. Also, he is

a spiritual person, a spiritual seeker, a spiritual leader,

having gone through the experience of being a Naxalite, actual Naxalite, out in the war zone, doing all that in his college days

when we were in St. Stephens together. Recovered from that, U-turned back and become a very deeply spiritual person.

This is an important type of experience very few people have. He has been able to reconcile the inner spiritual being

with the outer world and so, I am very grateful to be sharing this with you. -Thank you so much for

saying, thank you so much for putting it like that. And wonderful to converse with you.

And I hope that we will continue this conversation. -Of course, we will. -Not in front of

the camera but otherwise because I have to learn from you as much as I can.

We will be talking off camera a lot of times now. -Wonderful! -Thank you so much! -Thank you, Rajiv.

Let's look at the pricing of the Medicare supplement plan G in

Texas and the Medicare supplement plan

N as you can see, this is for a 65 year old female zip code seven five two two eight

No

household discounts no spousal discounts and no tobacco rates the Medicare supplement plan G would be

12-13 doctor visits per year going to the doctor at least once a month to even come close to breaking

Even between the two plans. So your normal person goes to the doctor three, maybe four times a year that would put you way ahead

with the Medicare supplement plan n

now if you have some serious health issues and

You're going to the doctor wants twice a month. Got a lot of things going on

Then the Medicare supplement plan G would be the best fit for you

Now that you've learned what to Medicare supplement plans will cover most of the population at Texas

It's time to find out what plan fits you the best and what that pricing is

Are you single? Are you married and your spouse is also looking for a Medicare supplement plan?

Is your spouse going to be staying on a group plan or on an individual plan do you use tobacco?
