Road Kill Duck Fajitas on Tripod Grill | similar to Road Kill Chicken | BBQ Recipe - Duration: 8:54.

Hello everybody and welcome to another episode of "The BBQ Lady".

I'm standing here here in front of two grills.

I've got the tripod grill and a smaller one with a pan on top.

Today I'm having Road Kill duck fajitas which is an experiment. And don't worry you will be able to do this at home in your kitchen as well.

I just make a big deal out of it with two grills because I want to give this barbecue procedure a try today.

You may know the road kill chicken...

The flat chicken but I'm having a flat duck namely because I went shopping and got two ducks that I placed in the freezer

One of them I have already utilised for for the roasted red wine duck

You can find the recipe in the top right head corner.

And for the second duck I thought that we could try using it for this little experiment today.

Usually this recipe does not require big efforts but for me doing it on a tripod grill and also using a second grill today it will take some time.

You can of course prepare this dish on your regular grill.

I have prepared the tripod grill with some wood for it and we are ready to start.

Alright let's go ahead and start I've got the duck here...

...and we will prep it for the meal as we want a flat duck with this method - which you may know from the roadkill chicken...

... you extract the backbone from the animal.

I've got some poultry scissors and start cutting through it. Here you just have to process through the skin and bones.

And therefore the poultry scissors are perfect.

Now we open the duck and lay it down like a butterfly.

I will only spice it with salt right now because all other spices would will burn on the grill.

This duck here is now prepared and ready to go on the grill.

Now we will just lay it on the grill and weigh it down with the pan.

We will let it grill on this side for about 25 minutes and then we'll seewhat it looks like.

It works very nice.

25 minutes have passed and now it's time to turn it.

therefore I rise the grillage a little bit - carefully use the spatula to detach it from the grill.

Now we turn it around and move it back to the middle of the grill. Looks good, perfect! Now let me place the pan on top and let's grill it for another 25 to 30 minutes.

Of course I'll lower the grillage again a little bit.

Alright, I have had to rearrange my things here a little bit because it started raining.

But this won't stopped me from continuing.

I have already gathered the onions and the rocket salad from the garden.

And now I will start cutting them into little pieces.

We've saved the duck from the rain and have a little taste test.

The rain got a little bit on the skin of the duck but it looks still ok and crispy.

We would of course stop here and serve potatoe salad to it for example.

But I'm tough and I'll finish my fajita.

Hmmm, very tasty!

The oil is hot and we will start adding our vegetables into the hot oil and braise it a little bit.

Here I have my own fajita powder mix consisting of peper, paprika pwoder, cumin and oregano...

The vegetables are almost ready so I'll start getting the tortillas ready. Here you just want them to get you can easily roll them.

I can only advise that you try this at home - it smells so good!

We just let the flavor of the spices get a little bit into the duck pieces.

At first put some sour cream on the tortilla and add some of the duck slices and vegetables.

The fajita sauce works perfectly with this meal as well as rocket salad and fresh tomatoes.

We are almost done with the preparation. I'm just folding the wrap so I can eat it.

This is such a beautiful meal. The duck is juicy, the vegetables are spicy and the sauces make it really creamy.

It just works so well together.

Alongside announcing the U.S.-spec 2020 Toyota Supra at the Detroit Auto Show 2019, the automaker has dropped images and details of the European model

Curiously, Toyota will build and deliver just 900 new Supra models for the European market during the first year of the car's launch

A special-edition model dubbed the Supra A90 Edition will also be sold, limited to just 90 examples across the continent

Like the Supra bound for the U.S.,European models are offered exclusively with a 3.0-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine delivering 335 hp and 500 Nm (368 lb-ft) of torque

This engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and drivers will have the option of Normal or Sport driving modes to suit their tastes

The Sport mode adjusts the engine sound and response, shift pattern, damping, steering, and active differential

There's also a special Track setting for the Vehicle Stability Control system that reduces the level of intervention when the sports car is being driven at its limits

The new Supra also includes a Launch Control function which helps the vehicle sprint to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds.
