I am recommending to soften stiff muscle adhered into bone in almost video. At basically,the muscle edge has many stiff muscle. Stretch don't effective into that place.
Almost people are increasing stiff muscle of that place little by little. The reason that i recommend self care is that. I often saying with please do pinch as check method.
If you can to check sense of when pinched muscle,you can judge self care effect. That change sense is 2 kind there.
