Youtube daily report Jan 23 2019

Delivery finished!

Gonna hang out with Duck for a while.

Huh? Isn't that Victor?

Where's he going?

Mos, Dos!

What are you guys doing here?

K-Kay, what are YOU doing here?

Hmm, strange.

Are you two up to no good again?

We are not!

We just came to get some honey behind that boulder!

Shh, Dos! That's our secret!

There's not enough to share!

I don't want any honey.

By the way, have you seen Victor?

Victor? Victor went to the flower garden up over there.

A flower garden?

What in the world is Victor doing?

This is Michelle's flower garden.

Maybe she gives Victor something delicious in return.

Is it true? We should do it, too, then!

Victor is not like you, he doesn't care about food.

There must be a reason...

Oh, I'm dying to find out!

This is Victor's favorite. Did he forget it here?

It's Victor! Victor is back!

W-WHAT? Move! RUN!

Phew...

That was really close.

Mos! You made me fall! That could've been me!

Wha-wha-wha-wha-whaaaaaaaat????

This is Victor's favorite flower

What? Why? How?

It's dead! If Victor finds out, we'll meet the same fate.

Well, uh, we gotta go, Kay. Let's go, Dos!

Flower gardens are boring, Mos!

This is all your fault!!!

Stop right there!!!

Whew, Victor's probably not back yet.

What are you looking for, Kay? Let me help you.

Uh, Dolo...you know Victor's favorite flower, right? Do you know anything about it?

If you're talking about Ellie, yes, I know very well.

The scientific name is Leontopodium alpinum.

Commonly called edelweiss, which hasn't been seen in Railworld in a very long time.

So you can't find them in Railworld?

They are known to grow in cool and dry places.

There was a report that it had been seen somewhere in Mountainland.

Is that right?

So I can find them in Mountainland?

It was a long time ago, so I cannot be sure.

But in Railworld, Mountainland is the most likely place.

Great. Mountainland! Thanks, Dolo!

Oh, there are only stones and weeds here.

Maybe I should climb up higher.

Yes, I found it! It is Ellie!

Uuuuuugh!

NOOOO!!!

Kay, where are you? Answer me, Kay!

How long has he been out of contact, Genie?

Over two hours, Gary. He should've been back hours ago.

I am getting nervous.

Oh, Kay. Where did you go? Waaah…

This is bad. Did he seem different or anything?

Kay did seem a bit off today, Gary.

Really? Can you describe it, Dolo?

He asked about Ellie and wanted to know where he could find another one like that.

Ellie? You mean Victor's flower?

Oh, no, Kay.

What were you thinking?

Victor, do you know something we don't?

Someone made a big mess in the flower garden this afternoon,

and I found Ellie hurt.

But it wasn't too bad so I let it go.

Kay must've done it.

He probably got worried afterwards so he went to find a new Ellie!

Dolo, did you hear where Kay was going?

I told him Mountainland was the most likely place to find another Ellie in Railworld.

Let's hurry! To Mountainland!

This isn't good. I have to move somehow.

Whew, I almost got Ellie...

I'm certain this is Kay's footprint!

Really? Kay is really here?

Kay! Where are you, Kay? Maxie is here!

Hold on, Maxie.

I think Kay climbed higher up!

Tracking balls, Fire!

Kay is on the other side!

No time for that, Alf! Let's break through this!

Ato!

Kay! Kay's over there!

Victor...

I found... Ellie, but...

Kay!

I'm out of water!

Okay, Victor! I'm coming, I'm coming!

Kay, that looks really heavy. Can Maxie help?

No, Maxie! That's Kay's punishment. You can't help him.

Oh, Victor's still angry, Kay.

Oh, I can't do this! How does Victor carry this thing?

Kay! You have to put them in the storage.

Yes, sir! Mr. Victor, sir!

Oh! We have so many workers today.

It's so wonderful, Victor.

I'll bring Kay over more often to help around,

Oh, would you? I'd be so grateful.

By the way, is Ellie all right now?

She sure is.

Ellie is strong girl, you know.

Because She was born with the spirit of Mountainland!

Danjo Garan - Wakayama - 壇上伽藍 - 4K Ultra HD - Duration: 6:41.

Danjo Garan is another important place of worship in Koyasan. It is where Kobo Daishi is also worshipped.

The legend has it that Kobo Daishi himself when studying in China through his Sankosho

(a pestle with three prongs at each end, usually made of gilt bronze) toward Japan and landed in a pine tree.

It was only when back from China, and looking for a place to erect the headquarters of his new religion

that he came across his Sankosho still stuck in the branches of a pine tree.

So he decided to start construction of his headquarters around the tree.

According to the temple administrators, Kobo Daishi worked on the construction of both the main hall and the Konpon Daito Pagoda,

a 45m tall red tahoto style pagoda where a statue of Dainichi Nyorai (Cosmic Buddha, also known as Variocana) rests.

After Kobo Daishi 's death, his followers continued his work and erected several other buildings including Toto and Saito,

two other pagodas, as well as Miedo, the founder's hall, and Koya Myojin Shrine, which enshrines Mount Koya's local kami (God).

ANGELO FOLEY, Part II Les Projections - Duration: 2:58.

- For me in fact everything that is manifested outside of oneself

and a projection of the human being necessary for him to experience what can not see inside

all the outside of what you live, serves as a tool to know what you are living

if for example you meet someone with whom you have common points

down at that moment you are projecting this person, the way you see it

the way you experience the relationship

and the commonalities eventually will often be things that you needed to project outside of you

to see that the qualities of that person or the defects of that person, are in you

when you're telling someone that he's stupid, once again it's your outside

so when you're having a relationship with someone you think is an idiot

finally he's just showing you the big ass that you are when you say he's a big cunt.

and that's why often ...

there are many people who relive diagrams, which relive scenarios

who reviews similar situations and often they are similar but they have another form

so that for example they will live something at work, a conflict at work then ...

they will come out of this situation

then after they will relive a trick at work and they'll get out of this situation

and at some point they will say to themselves, "Ahh, it's over." and then they will live a conflict but in their couple

this process is to project with a another form to make you understand differently

give you another angle to say: "-because there you have not understood, I'll show you this from another angle, maybe you'll understand it"

and after a while once you still have not understood in the relationship you will understand it on you you will live accidents

you will live trauma you will live diseases, you will live sufferings

once you have integrated for example a problem that you are living in a relationship outside of you

once it's integrated it's in, well you've needed to live it

and so you do not need to project anymore and so you do not need to see it anymore

and that is how the human being evolves, he evolves as and when to integrate the experiments

I consider that every human being is a projector or a camera

and so, indeed, there are our eyes that serve us as a projector and we imagine that finally

the world in which we live a kind of canvas in 360

and so every human being will project his film, the film of himself, the film of his life on this canvas in 360

and that suddenly the work that I do with artists or not is to know what film you inside of you

and by what do you want to replace it or what do you want to change inside

from the moment you change the film inside, that is, how do you experience your experiences?

how do you feel things etc. Your film is different outside of you

the only goal is to live without 100% authenticity

How to Open an Ice Cream Shop | Advice for Small Business Owners 2019 - Duration: 16:26.

Hey guys.

Today I'm gonna be sharing with you the three fundamental steps that I've personally used

to grow my ice cream business into an international chain.

If you are ready to open up an ice cream business, or you're already operating an ice cream business,

and you wanna bring it to the next level, okay?

Then keep watching.

My name is Wilson, and I'm so excited to shoot this video for you.

After word came out that our expansion to Asia happened, my inbox was literally flooded

with questions and people asking us how we did it, and that's the reason why I'm shooting

this video for you to show you the fundamentals and the step by step and the framework of

which I followed to grow our business into an international chain.

You guys are definitely in for a treat.

Make sure you guys stay till the end of the video because that's where I'm gonna be sharing

with you the templates and the resources that I've personally used in my Ice cream business.

And at the end, I'm gonna guarantee that you're gonna have much more clarity in your business

and much more success, so make sure you guys keep watching.

As a disclosure, these three steps that I'm gonna be sharing with you are operating at

a higher generic view of the process and framework that I personally operate in.

Let's just jump right in.

Step number one: Understand and visualize the end product that you would like to serve

your customer.

Frozen dessert category has so many different types of ice cream: we have ice cream, we

have soft served with gelato, we have premium ice cream, we have frozen custard, icy bowls

there are so many different types of frozen desserts out there.

Without understanding what the end product looks like, you would not be able to customize

the type of space you need, the type of equipment you need, so understanding what you would

like to serve is very, very important.

There are basically two types of standards to determine the types of frozen dessert that

you are gonna be serving, and they are butterfat content, and air content.

Have you ever tasted ice cream that is super icy and not smooth and really crystallized?

Whereas some other ice cream you have tasted are super creamy and super rich and super

greasy?

Well, this is determined by the butter fat content they have inside.

Soft served ranges from 3% to 5%, so less butterfat content whereas premium ice cream

like Häagen-Dazs they range from 12 to 14%.

So, the trick here is to be able to find the type of butterfat content you wanna serve

and the texture that you wanna be able to deliver to your customer.

The second type of standard that we use to categorize frozen dessert is the Airflow Content

which is also called the overrun: The amount of air we pump into the ice cream mix in order

for us to have the end product.

You've probably tasted some ice cream that are super fluffy and it's like flavored air

whereas others would be super dense: it's like eating a solid break of cream, okay?

And this is all determined by the amount of air that we pump inside of the ice cream mix.

Now, depending on the type of frozen dessert that you would like to serve, the equipment

that is necessary is completely different, okay?

Soft served: you can have a soft serving machine, you pour the mix in there, and as people order

you can actually just pump out the ice cream and the soft serve right away and you can

serve it right away whereas if you're tryna serve something a little bit more traditional

like ice cream or gelato you would need to put it in a blast freezer, and then after

it comes out you would need to blast freeze it and then store it and then temper it before

you can serve it.

Now the logistics and the challenges are completely different as you can see, and the space required

for storage and operation is completely different as well.

So, understanding the end product, is super important for you to open up a well maintaining

ice cream shop or if you want to be able to leverage the efficiency of your ice cream

shop, this is super important.

After you decide on what types of frozen dessert you like to serve, it becomes a lot easier

for you to find suppliers and most majority of the time your suppliers would let you know

what types of liquid is necessary, what types of machinery, what is the ideal square footage

for your shop.

So, understanding what you want in the end, is much more important than getting the logistics

and the equipment sorted out because you would definitely be able to find people to help

you with those.

The second step in opening an ice cream shop is to know your three Yours: Yourself, Your

numbers and Your customer.

Know yourself: you're the captain of the ship.

You have a vision of how your customers are enjoying your product and the candid smiles

and the moments that you wanna deliver.

This is your gift to be able to see what you wanna deliver to your customers.

You will need to be able to translate that and communicate that to your team so they

can help you execute this vision of yours.

Knowing yourself and identifying this, is super important in order for you and your

business to operate in sync, and that's when you're able to deliver the experience that

you see and see it actualize in front of you.

Know your numbers: So, many businesses out there fail because they do not understand

their numbers.

I'm not a math nerd and that's the reason why I paid a hefty price of hundreds of thousands

of dollars in fees to the government because I didn't have proper bookkeeping practices

and because I didn't keep my records the way that they want it to be, and I actually paid

over hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.

It's a very, very painful experience and lesson that I've learned, and I really, really do

not want you to make the same mistakes, it is something that I do not wish upon of anyone,

which is the reason why this is so important.

But ever since then, ever since I started paying attention to my numbers much more,

I was able to turn that around and in turn we were able to expand our ice cream chain

internationally just within three years.

So, make sure you guys know your numbers.

I'm gonna give you three numbers to look out for: the first one is your rental costs, and

the second one is your food costs, and the third one is your labor costs.

Rental costs should not amount to more than 15% of your revenue.

So, let's say, for example, if you are making $20,000 in your ice cream shop, the rental

costs should not exceed $3,000, this is just a benchmark for you and as a reference for

you.

Number two, food costs: Food costs is basically any direct costs that goes into producing

the product that you're serving, whether it be preparing the mix, or the barista making

the coffee, or the mix costs or the milk costs or the egg cost or the sleeve or the packaging,

any cost that goes in creating the product is calculated as food costs, and that should

not account for more than 30%, and what that means is if your revenues are heading 20%,

same example, then your food cost should not account for more than $6,000.

Something to note here is that there is a lot of ways to help you hit this number, and

it really comes down to proper management whether it be spoilage, loss to theft prevention,

proper inventory tracking: there's a lot of ways to control your food costs to be below

30%.

The third cost is labor costs: which should include your barista, your servers, your scooper,

your cashier, and also the manager, or the operator or you.

So, if you're working in the shop, then you should make sure you calculate your own wage

into this equation as well.

So, if you are, on the same example, $20,000 in revenue, you should not be paying more

than $6,000 in labor costs.

A lot of people make the mistake of not putting their own wage in the equation which at the

end of the day, they'll be making $2,000, $3,000 and they think it's completely fine,

but in reality, this only gives you a false reality of how your business is actually doing

because you're not putting your own wage into the cost, it doesn't allow you to really face

the problem head on and make these minor, minor changes and minor tweaks in order for

you to maximize your profits, so you can actually put some money in your pocket, go to the beach

with your loved ones, and spend quality time and take care of the people you care about.

This is just a super brief overview of all the costs that you should be looking out for.

I dive into much more detail in this video up here, so if you wanna know more about this

topic, check this video out.

Know your customers: So many businesses neglect this fact, and they are not utilizing and

maximizing their potentials because they're serving customers not what they want, but

they're serving customers what they think they want.

So, it's super important for you to understand your customers because this will help you

determine the flavor, determine the interior of the shop that you have, determine the menu

It helps you with a lot of things, so, make sure.

It's as simple as this: just ask your customers what they want and deliver to them what they

want.

Number three, figure out your marketing: Oh my goodness, with this topic, we can go for

days about marketing.

There's so many different types out there with traditional marketing, print marketing,

local marketing, community marketing, digital marketing, I can go and days with the different

tactics and strategies, but for the sake of this video, I'm just gonna go over the big

buckets.

I've utilized all of these type of marketing techniques in order for us to grow our ice

cream chain to international within a matter of three years, so I'm super, super excited

to share a lot more information about marketing with you.

One big bucket of marketing is partnership: whether it be your local businesses or local

talent or just local musicians, you need to be able to partner with them, to grow alongside

with them, leverage off their client database.

You wouldn't believe the amount of businesses that just blend in their community.

So, then even when people walk by, they don't even know these businesses actually do exist.

With proper partnerships, you would allow your shop to stand out amongst the many along

the streets.

The next big bucket is claiming your digital real estate: This is super important to be

able to control how people talk about you online.

You get to control that through your website, you're claiming your pages on Google business,

on Yelp, on TripAdvisor, Facebook, Instagram, any platforms that are relevant to you and

that people has exposure to, you should be able to control that, you should be able to

dictate the conversations that go alongside.

This is a perfect platform for people to see how you operate, this is also a place where

you get to show off your beautiful products and the way you work.

This is something that is often overlooked.

If you're a little bit more tech savvy, than we can focus on more advanced strategies like

keyword optimization, SEO, email, newsletters, such and such.

There are so many different strategies that you can use: online marketing your business.

And the next and final bucket I wanna share with you is advertising and promotion: This

is something that I've been contemplating whether to share with you or not, but I feel

like it's super, super important.

So many businesses out there are running promotions: buy one get one free deals, 50% off, simply

because they're mirroring off what their competitions are doing, not understanding why they're doing

this, and in turn, they're losing a lot on margins.

The number one thing that you need to understand and do before you do any marketing is alignment.

This is something that I cover in my Ace Formula Guide, which is completely free, you can download

it in the link below.

This is something that I follow in order for me to be able to build my ice cream business.

And I really do not want you to make any mistakes.

Spend any money on advertisement whatsoever because this concept is so important, okay?

Alignment with yourself and why and where you're gonna go: Why are people are attracted

to you?

Why your ice cream shop?

You need to be able to determine that, and extract that from you.

People buy into you, so alignment is super, super important before you run any paid advertisement.

The second step is connect: connect with your customers and provide them a value, provide

them a reason to follow you along your journey, and that way you gonna be able to develop

trust which is the number one thing in developing a loyal customer fan base, okay?

If you want consistent and predictable customer stream, this is something that is super important

for you to connect with your customers and your team that helps you execute.

Before and only when you have these two pillars: alignment and connection completed and fundamentally

extracted and developed, should you spend any money on advertisement and should you

move to explode which is paid advertisements so many different strategies that we have

employed, super, super useful.

Before you spend any money on advertisement, make sure you check out the ACE Formula Guide

below: super, super powerful.

Don't spend any money before you check this out.

Free guide for you, my gift for you.

So, as an overview, advertisement includes Facebook ads, IG adds, Google ads, print ads,

influencer advertisements and collaboration.

Promotions are tactics and strategies like buy one get one free, 50% off, 20% off, happy

hour half price, so on and so forth.

It is super easy to run promotions and advertisement, but it is super difficult for you to get the

results that you're looking for which is long term consistent revenue stream which is loyal

base of customers.

So, make sure you guys have the foundation and the fundamentals right before you spend

any money on advertisement.

And the last bonus tip is having a loyalty program.

Having a loyalty program is not just a stupid punch card that you buy seven you get one

free because there is no engagement.

The number one secret in creating a good loyalty program is to make it fun, make it engaging,

so people treat it like a game and they will come and spend much more at your ice cream

shop.

Okay, by now you should have a very good understanding on the steps that it takes, and the framework

that it takes to run an open and successful ice cream shop.

As a recap, these are the three steps that you need to be aware of and figure out before

you open your shop.

Number one: know your end product.

Number two: know your three Yours.

And number three: know your marketing.

As promised, I've attached all the templates and resources that I personally use to build

my ice cream business.

I only, really, hope you find value in them.

Download them in the link below, it's my gift for you.

I really hope you found some value in this video.

Hopefully you're gonna be able to use the resources to build a successful ice cream

shop.

Let me know in the comments, if you have any questions or anythings you want me to elaborate

on, I'll be happy to do it.

Skyrim Requiem Relic Hunter Episode 12 - Duration: 29:02.

Alright ladies and gentlemen welcome back. We are here for episode number 12.

And we've got Ragnar here looking very cinematic.

This is very interesting when you're listening to yourself speak you catch all the little

quirks that you say.

So I found that I like to say "alright" and "so" quite a bit.

So my goal, heh I just did it! My goal for this episode is to not get all my little

character quirks as much anyway: Personal goals. In any case we looted up these

Bandidos that we had defeated last time and we are now gonna leave a custom... oh

gosh a custom mark here custom marker I think if I remember correctly anyway. Ah yes

that's what we were trying to do anyway

"Anyway" is also another word I like to use as well. So we... Ah! And I did it again

"so what" alright we got this and I said all right as well oh my goodness

any case that's gonna get annoying so I better stop that.

I've got this apothecary gal unfortunately it looks like she was the victim of the Bandidos

here so Ragnar's like "hmmm would be a shame to leave her body here of course we

can't let her items go to waste," he's thinking.

so this becomes a perfect opportunity to actually use the mod "Clean Up Your Corpses."

And we just so happen to have a tool that will help us: The Clout Shovel

I really should "Reqtify" the values of these tools because they really

shouldn't be as valuable as they are because you know they'll give a little

bit too much [smithing] experience. So it told me here negative 11 gold added to reward.

I can't imagine why I would be penalized for burying a stranger.

It seems like the noble thing to do in the eyes of Orkey.

So I just notice reading the letter from the other day ended up marking Ancient's Ascent

on the map that's not something... I just I didn't realize until just now

those camps already like pre setup so Ragnar will definitely commit to memory

this location because believe it or not he does need a bath in order to be more

resistant to diseases courtesy of "Bathing in Skyrim" and of course

And of course clipping on rocks because you know Skyrim.

Oh yes, getting back to the beginning of the episode we did want to talk about this

mace I mean this two-handed mace was "yHuge" "You know it I know it everybody knows it."

Alright so we're just taking some stuff that we can use to break down and

use for reagents to make other armor down the road. The fur you can break down

into leather or leather strips or fur plate which is used by a lot of crafting:

Complete Crafting Overhaul recipes.

I'm taking a look at that ore vein and no not gold or anything too precious.

And that's right, did we ever add Hjoromir to the tracked NPCs and Bathing in Skyrim?

And no we did not.

Oh yes, of course you were Hjoromir.

We are getting Hjoromir added to the list of tracked NPCs

to tracked NPCs that will be able to get dirty over time.

and need to be need to get bathed or showered etc etc.

Of course the crazy elk will have no fear...

Okay so this part was a little exciting we got to do something a little bit "Meta." I was like,

you know what let's see if I can sneak on them I have a couple perks and what we're trying to do

as we approach the end of any set of ten levels is to apply the attributes to

Magicka so that we get you know an okay magical pool.

Alright we're gonna make our way to marksman tree or no excuse me not

marksman tree to the Sneak tree yes we're gonna take deaf strike...

deft,* excuse me. So this will give us an added benefit of

sneak attacks and then of course we're going to up our sneaking game by taking

the Muffled Movement perk. As long as we're wearing light armor we will be

legit sneaky AF

and do we get it? Yes! We get the longshot and again I mean I'm either on point

with the shots or I'm absolute garbage. And in this case I ended up doing pretty good.

MLG No Scope 360!

Oh Thank You Todd Howard.

We can't have YouTube flagging this for "male presenting" Gluteus Maximus'es.

I'm sure you guys all heard about the Tumblr fiasco that they ended up

cleaning their um image or trying to in any case.

because uh well there may have been many reasons but I believe getting booted off

the Apple Store was a big wake-up call for the company and they didn't want to

not be on the Apple Store so they did what they needed to do to play ball with

Apple. And there may be more to it than that but you know this is just as far as I know anyway.

We are going around this way because we are attempting to avoid

those rock traps those rock traps trigger automatically and it is pretty

much a near death situation almost every time for followers mostly because I have not...

bothered...

Yes yes. It's interesting she brings up that conversation about fire magic

when I have a fiery enchanted weapon. I don't actually know any... this character

Ragnar doesn't know any fire magic so interesting if she's her dialogue is

triggered on that condition of seeing an enchanted weapon or the player on equip

fiery enchanted weapon or fire spells. Right, I'm trying to figure out what kind of

Bandito, what was a race of this bandito? and I think we decided that she is a dark elf.

in case she had the valuable bolts so we weren't going to let that go to waste

oh yes getting back to the traps. We have not been bothered to adjust the trap

damage in Änordil Requiem Tweaks just yet. And that's going to be problematic

in this episode and we'll see in a little bit.

So we really need to get that taken care of.

So I was mulling over do we take the extra crossbow I was like

yeah we can either use it for breaking down the steel or wood or whatever it

yields or we can give it to Hjoromir or we can just sell it make a little bit of extra coin.

Okay go Skyrim pack mule simulator

Alright nobody please knock me off.

Alright Arth.. Arthmult time to go right after we save scum

I wonder if times if we should develop a drinking game for these Skyrim

"Let's Play Test" episodes here.

might be a bad idea probably shouldn't endanger

people's lives by suggesting that drinking game with all my little narration quirks.

So I was thinking here "What if we just bolt across?"

"Can our followers survive? Will they make it through?" And the verdict is...

Wait for it. Wait for it.

Meanwhile at the present moment I was thinking "Oh maybe they'll go around?

They decided the other navth.. navmesh path was more logical" and I was trying to

encourage them by getting closer to the alternate navmesh around the hill and no

Hjoromil... Hjoromir* took a nasty spill on the rocks and RIP-peroni'ed.

And so we're like nope Orkey's not getting our Hjoromir today.

And we realize that we're just going to have to take the long way around the

hill/mini mountain and it ended up working out to our benefit.

Because look what we found here.

Somehow this "merchant," Ragnar was thinking at the moment.

Was this a merchant? Or was he killed by a bandit maybe the bandits down there but

in case we weren't gonna take our chances we were gonna be armed and ready

for any approaching stranger danger.

Then we got a closer look. It's like hmm

thinking in character of course this might actually be a Bandito and then I

looked at the armor myself and I was like okay yeah this is a bandit and this

was his horse and he died and we have now been fortuitous

enough to get a second horse courtesy of Immersive Horses and TheTrader's Requiem

patch for it. Because I mean you see this in vanilla

you see merchants or hunters get killed or whatever in any case their horses get

abandoned and they're still owned by the dead NPC and it wouldn't make sense like

you know who would pass up a horse out in the wild you know especially one

whose owner died you know it would make sense to take it so that's exactly what

we did we have now adopted Fjola!

Ragnar: Need something?

Anordil: Something fun about iNeed is that you can actually enable

"horse needs" and give an apple to your horse and it makes a nice little fun sound.

Ah yes and it was very convenient as well because Arthmult was over encumbered

already he... excuse me. She* was still carrying way too much at this point so

getting a second horse worked out quite well for us and hopefully they can stay

alive especially when it comes time to fight dragons because they are likely to

die pretty quickly to a dragon attack if they don't decide to flee right away.

I'd like to ask your fine folks' opinion especially for those who are Requiem

enthusiasts if I'm using immersive citizens AI overhaul it for NPCs handles

their retreat from danger very well I'm super happy with how it handles humanoid

NPCs but given the horses and TT's patches

should I leave in Requiem the Dragons cause fear aura once again you know I'm

not worried about the humanoid NPCs they're gonna run away courtesy of

Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul but in the attempts to

avoid conflict I usually turn off the dragons cause fear aura but should I

leave that on? Will it cause any issues other than a little bit of redundancy in

the interest of keeping the horses safer quote-unquote?

Alright what am I looking for here

Nope there goes my immersion I stepped on the egg and it didn't crack.

Yes, Frostfall even though it's at 0.1 exposure (setting) is telling us you're getting pretty frosty "boi."

so holding on to a torch will help diminish the rate of exposure [increase] so that's

exactly what we're doing.

Ah yes and there's Falkreath.

And up to this point we've been pretty good about crashes but in future

episodes we are gonna have a couple spots that are probably spawn points

that are gonna cause us some issues: little foreshadowing.

I don't recall what level you need to be in order to get the Barbas quest to

proc but I imagine you got to be close to 30 or above because you're gonna have

to deal with vampires and vampires in Requiem are no joke not until you get

those resistances high enough: magic resistance and armor. So that those ebony

vampires don't you know give you the ol' business.

Alright our party is all here.

Ragnar: Good day Kinsman.

Anordil: That might be something Ragnar would say.

Alright, so what we're seeing here is Holiday [mod by Isoku] is affecting the behavior of the

NPCs because there's a I believe the harvest... one of the harvest festivals is going on

But yes we'll go ahead and put away our horses and see about getting

rid of some junk.

So a little bit more inventory... Solaf: Well met. Unlike my brother, I have no dislike of strangers.

Met lots of them while I was a Stormcloak.

Ragnar: You say you fight for Ulfric?

I was once but not anymore. I was wounded in a skirmish of near Windhelm. This was years

ago mind you. Now maybe I don't pick up a blade in Ulfric's name no more but I

still hold with his ideals. Skyrim is Nord land

and we ought to rule it we don't need no help from the Empire on that count.

Ragnar: Yes.

Solaf: Trinkets odds-and-ends that sort of thing.

Anordil: And back to our regularly scheduled programming.

Thank you for tuning in to Skyrim pack mule inventory

management simulator. So I went ahead and did in the Edit a little double-time so that

we have to wait as long through my indecisiveness of what we're gonna get

rid of a setter etcetera.

Ragnar: You mentioned you had a brother.

Solaf: His name's Bolin he's the one who works the lumber mill down by the river. If you

meet him don't expect much in the way of conversation. He ain't one for talking

especially with folk he don't know.

Ragnar: You have nothing to fear kinsman.

Hi. Nenya: I'm the steward here.

I serve under Jarl Sidgeir and Jarl Dengeir before him.

Ragnar: How long have you been the steward?

It was Dengeir who made me a steward long ago when he was young.

When Dengeir's health began to fail,

young Sidgeir was appointed Jarl in his stead.

It was simpler just to keep me as steward. Sidgeir has no interest in

running his hold and so leave such matters to me. As for my part, I my best to

see the folk are treated fairly

Need something? Ragnar: Good weather that we're having here today?

Nenya: It can't be helped.

Anordil: So I wonder she is probably a bosmer I don't know if I didn't see if she shrank

down to lean over the counter. If she shrank down a lot that means that she's

a high elf. If she didn't shrink much at all then she's probably a bosmer, or

actually if she grew to lean over the counter.

And I forget and excuse me and I forgot that I

still have more junk to get rid of so that's what we're doing.

So when I was getting ready to accidentally sell that Norse axe I was

like hmm let me see if he's got steel [ore] that's probably what we need to temper

the axe's blade.

Something about the lighting is turning Heidi's wig black.

Maybe something with the only up to four dynamic light sources in a cell at one time?

Or whatever or well not within the cell but you know within view of the player within a cell.

I wanted to check using the MCM to see if Expanded Towns had added a

Smelter to Falkreath.

At a time I thought well let's give it a shot and now that I recently looked at

their mod page. It looks like they have not touched Falkreath at this time.

And that does remind me I did want to offer a little bit of correction. So in it some

text I'd posted in the last video I said that my load order was wrong. I have thus

since tested it and in fact the whole reason why Faendal was getting stuck

was because I did not load "Expanded Towns And Cities," although now I think it's

just calling it Expanded Towns because they're deciding to leave the cities

alone in light of Immersive Citizens AI Overhaul. And when I corrected the load

order, lo and behold when I loaded up that old save with Faendal in

Riverwood he made his way perfectly the way he needed to go didn't get stuck

and I got like 10 more frames than I was having at a time.

So here we're just kind of [the] comparing the speed of two axes

Look at all these happy people.

Ragnar is gonna give Heidi here a little gift.

He's letting her know that he's going to give her his hatchet. This was a very

important hatchet. It's one of the first weapons he made here in Skyrim and has

been very trustworthy and faithful to him and that she... he* hopes that she takes

good care of it.

Alright and hence part of the rush, Ragnar did not want to be caught in the in the woods at

night. At least traveling he didn't want to be traveling at night. And since he

was in the town anyway he's like well let's go ahead and stay at the inn. We

sold a bunch of stuff so we'll have some extra Septims at our disposal.

So what we are seeing is the Perseid's Inn and Taverns mod

with the enhanced room a rental option ticked/enabled in the MCM. I really

got a encouraged about this mod or kind of sold on it after I watched a lot

of Belmonts Boy's Ultimate Skyrim videos. And I really do like just it's just a

needed touch, a needed improvement on the vanilla Skyrim's inn system.

So as you can see that she charged us 400 Septims and we have four party members

altogether including Ragnar so a hundred Septims a head and I thought that was pretty fair.

So everyone here, with the exception of Heidi because she doesn't

have a sleep package, is going to end up using the room and sleeping at some point.

We thank you guys very much for joining us this episode. Setting up a little bit

of a cinematic opportunity for a screen shot and that's when I realized we need

boots because the [armor] mesh's is not meshing too well with a little bit of invisible

calves there. But thank you for tuning in we'll catch you guys next time and if

you have any feedback suggestions in etc let us know take care bye.

Änordil, it means fire friend.

Hearn: Whyte, Miller leading candidates to face Joshua - Duration: 5:09.

Soon, real soon, we should know what Anthony Joshua's next fight is. The sculpted Brit, who by now is such an attraction that he fights just twice a year, and otherwise enjoys the fruits of his labors in any number of gorgeous locales, might fight Dillian Whyte or Jarrell Miller, or less likely Tyson Fury, or even less likely than that, Deontay Wilder

AJ promoter Eddie Hearn was in NYC for the Friday night fights unfolding at the Hulu Theater in Manhattan, at Madison Square Garden, and before the scraps kicked off, he told media about the light heavyweight feature which would taking place in March, pitting Dmitriy Bivol against Joe Smith Jr

Bivol is newly signed on to do his fighting on DAZN, which was the platform home to the Friday bouts topped by a Demetrius Andrade vs Artur Akavov faceoff

I tried to get some insight into whether or not the Brooklyner Miller had inside track into the fight with Joshua, which could come in June

Before that, though, Hearn was asked what he knew about Wladimir Klitschko coming back

"Anything's possible," Hearn said, noting that he'd not spoken to Klitschko. "I don't know," Hearn added, and did admit that Wlad would not be fighting Dillian Whyte in April

Of that he was certain. He also touched on the May 4 Canelo Alvarez vs Danny Jacobs pairing; he said all credit goes to the DAZN crew for making it come to fruition

Hearn stated that this fight didn't come together because Canelo vs GGG 3 didn't get made

That fight wasn't going to get made for May, so that made Jacobs the next best option

The Brit deal-maker said that he's happy that this May 4 tango is not on PPV, and that makes the "PPV is dead" talk from Oscar De La Hoya and him that much more germane

Hearn said that he is pumped that DAZN is going to be offering more good news, more intriguing fights, for the upcoming months, and that helps shut up the snipers who have been opining that DAZN is floundering some

He's heard and read people taking potshots at DAZN and him, but he seemed pretty upbeat and not at all like someone who's been deflated to an extent

The Englander said it helps him attract talent when a DAZN fighter like Jacobs lands a fat deal

But back to the heavyweights. Hearn said if a Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury sequel purse-bid occured, that would be an immense score for Wilder

Chatter had been that Wilder would be enjoying a 60-40 split, but Hearn said that Frank Warren, helping promote Fury, maybe isn't as in the know about specifics in that realm as he purports to be

And also that he doesn't think Fury has a great case to be wanting a 50-50 split

Anyway, Hearn has neither of those scrappers, so others have more info on those negotiations than him

And more on the heavyweights. "We've had no conversations with Wilder, they don't come back to us on anything

We've had conversations with Fury, Fury himself, and we've had conversations with Dillian Whyte, who wants a lot more money than he's been offered, and we've had conversations with Jarrell Miller

" He said that Miler would be a fine option at Madison Square Garden, because Whyte is a solid foe choice but it's not a must-make fight

He said he will have news on the heavyweights and other weight classes, any day now

Hearn was also asked about him referring to Manny Pacquiao as faded and Adrien Broner as undisciplined

He said he wouldn't be watching that clash, he'd rather use the funds to buy Errol Spence Jr vs Mikey Garcia

He likes the Bud Crawford vs Amir Khan fight, but he's not happy about the PPV aspect

He said the price point in the UK is much more reasonable, and that the PPV cost in America is just plain too beefy

Basically, if the cost were brought down, in line with what they charge in the UK, then he'd not be so critical of the construct

Check out the video Q n A here.

Why you should document your work - Duration: 9:26.

Luna, come on!

Looks like she doesn't want to come

You might remember from my last video this last Sunday

that I promised you a video from the field today

I really tried, I went out yesterday

it was a very, very cold, wet, dark and overall ugly day

I went to a beautiful location

I was hoping to make some good images

but I just wasn't feeling it

so I decided to save that location for a better time

with better conditions, and you show that beautiful location properly

I headed back home, I'm trying again today, Wednesday

it's been raining the whole day

I still decided to get out, because sometimes that's all we need, to get out

I just wanted to press the shutter a few times even if the images are not good

I decided to come here, it's a short hike, half a mile if that

but it's very, very steep

it goes to the top of this hill. There are trees on the top so there are no panoramic big vistas

it's starting to rain again, it hopefully helps creating some atmosphere

maybe some clouds or fog or something

that's what I'm hoping for but yeah, we will see

I made it to the top, as you can see it's not much of a top

there are no big vistas or anything, there's a little view here

but now it's not very visible because of the rain

the rain has picked up a little bit now

I'm heading down now, and I'm heading down with no images

I took a couple shots that I might shown you, but they are not good

I'm aware of that

but yeah, it is what it is

I just wanted to talk about something really quick

why I believe that if you are a photographer of any kind

landscape photographer, street photographer, fashion photographer

it doesn't really matter

at any level, professional, beginner, whatever

why I believe that you should be documenting your work

why I believe that you should be sharing the behind the scenes of your work

and why it's really important, not only for other people but also for you and your photography

that could be a YouTube channel where you record yourself

it could be a blog where you share photos of your setup, how you compose an image

it could a podcast, it could be Instagram stories, it could be anything

I believe it's very important for the community because I think there's no better way to learn

than seeing another photographer working on the field

you don't need to talk, you don't need to explain much

it's almost pretty obvious what you are doing

but just seeing someone working the scene, setting up the camera

and shooting and everything, that helps so much to someone who is still starting out

and to veterans who might learn something new

documenting your work and showing what you are doing to others

can also inspire a lot of people

I can't tell you how much I appreciate when someone sends me an email or a message

saying that they've been inspired by my videos or photography

that makes me really happy, it's what all this is about

some other people have inspired me in the past

I hope to do the same with other people

and I hope that those people do the same with someone else

because that's what it's all about, getting out there, making some images and creating something

I believe that people are happier when they create something

and that brings us to you, the photographer

what do you get from documenting your work?

well, you are still creating something, look at me, I'm here

in the middle of nowhere, I'm wet, my camera is slightly wet

I didn't make a single image that I like

but I'm still creating something. Granted, it's a video, not photography

but I still have to use my creative part of the brain

and I believe that keeps your brain creative and that helps in the long term

I believe that since I've started creating these videos

my photography has improved and that's one of the reasons

another reason why I believe that documenting your work can greatly help your photography

is because you and your work are going to get exposed to other people and other photographers

that is going to bring some criticism

some of it is good, it's good feedback

just have to ignore the trolls

everything else is very good and it's going to help you a lot

also getting exposed to other people is going to bring a lot of knowledgeable people out there

who are going to give you advice, suggestions and tips about how to improve every part of the process that you are exposing

I can't begin to tell you how much I've learned, just from the comments in this YouTube channel

from people who are very knowledgeable

when I started shooting film a couple of years ago, I had no idea what I was doing

and I learned a lot from those comments

and that still happens today

take for example my last video where I was trying to print some prints in the darkroom

using my phone, check it out here if you haven't watched it

I got a lot of suggestions, and tips and advice

from a lot of people, and that's awesome and something you can't get

that's something you don't get if you keep your work to yourself

if you don't expose yourself and your work

and the last reason is that it helps promoting your work

we all know how hard it is to stand out nowadays

there are amazing photographers creating amazing images out there

and even though it's totally possible to get noticed and be seen by other people

just by creating amazing images that no one has done before

it is really, really hard

I do believe that we have a much better chance at getting noticed, and at being seen by other people

if we create and put content out there that helps others

inspires others, and that other photographers find educational

and eventually, they will notice our own work, they will see our own images

I believe that's the way, helping others and getting noticed in the process

I can't encourage you enough to start documenting your work and start sharing it with everyone

create a YouTube channel, create a blog, or create an Instagram account

and start sharing there with everyone the way you work

the cameras you use, the way you use them and why

and all that kind of stuff

if you aren't already, of course

what I'm going to do, not in the next video because I'll talk about the Mobile Darkroom

but in the next one

I'm going to show you how I record these videos

the gear that I use to record these videos

and hopefully show you that it can be very simple

you can make it as complicated as you want

but it doesn't have to be complicated, you can record just with your phone or gopro

and start sharing your work and how you work

and what I'd love you guys to do

if you already have a YouTube channel, a blog, or whatever

where you show the way you work, where you document the way you work

please share it with me in the comments, or via social media, or email

whatever it's easier for you

because I'd love to check it out and I'd love to share it here with everyone

looks like we are going to have a beautiful sunset, after all

this is all for today, thank you so much for watching again and see you in the next one
