Facebook Ads Manager Technical Glitches? Here's How To Solve Them

Hey, what is up guys, it's Jamie G back here again

You can use on the Facebook Ads manager. If you ever find yourself with a couple of technical glitches

There is a few things you can do to basically alleviate things without having to rely on they're not always

Super helpful chat service at the office. So anyway, if you are new here, my name is Jamie G

Now the way this came about for me is because I run Facebook Ads all day every day. That's pretty much my main gig

Needless to say when a technical glitch does come up which you know

If you work on enough out accounts you are going to experience those from time to time

You need to work out how you're gonna solve it. So for me, I've had some experience and I guess customer service and

Working on a I guess a trading platform

so I am sort of familiar with the processes that they do suggest you go through so clearing your cookies in cache and

Restart your computer and try a different browser all that sort of stuff. So that was my first point a call

I went through those processes nothing work. I thought okay

Facebook chat, you might have something to help me. So maybe ever do need to access Facebook chat. Just come up here

Click on the little question mark they'll probably offer if you do search that offers some

guidance in terms of the articles and things to access but we want to do is scroll right down to the bottom and

You'll have this button here still need help and either click on the add Center or still need help

Basically what I tend to do is because I'm usually pretty sure by this stage what that I can't fix the issue you're going through

So what you can do is just click scroll right down the bottom there and again, you know

You start liaising with some of this stuff now just a word of caution and warning on that

You're not always going to get the best. I

You do need to be somewhat patient with your issues because in my experience the conversations are usually fairly drawn-out

Sometimes there's a bit of a language barrier. You don't always

get straight to the point directly and

Yeah, I mean obviously those doing their best. I probably got multiple chats on the go so

Be kind to them but you know, we'll try and help you out

and then if they can't then they'll escalate it and

They'll basically just be able to send you an email once something has been resolved

But in this occasion, I wasn't even aware of this and it's my own ignorance. I've been working on Facebook ads for years

So I should have known about this, but if you've gone through those processes that I mentioned

So like I say clearing your cookies in cache

Trying a different browser

When I scan do a restart, you know all that sort of stuff

It still is an issue and it's likely by that stage. That is probably an issue with Facebook

What you can do is these three magic little buttons just up here

You can actually click reset your ads manager

Now if we just go through this process is just a test account that I don't really use at all

Do you really want to reset it? Are you sure sure there's nothing there that you want to keep nah

Man, get rid of it. Whoa reset that

and then it's British resets it and I know it sounds like a simple fix because it

Actually is but if you go through that process

I'm gonna say probably nine times out of 10. That's gonna fix your issue if it is a Facebook issue

So you're like I say, I'm a little bit

Little bit gutted I was we're of that previously. I probably could have saved myself a lot of heartache from

Contacting the the chat service there numerous times when something goes AWOL

But yeah

That's it. This today's tip and then obviously once that loads hopefully it would have deleted the drafts it ahead which is fine

S. Korea, China discuss ways to jointly tackle fine dust - Duration: 0:40.

The foreign ministries of South Korea and China held a meeting in Seoul on Wednesday...

on how to deal with the fine dust pollution plaguing both countries.

The South Korean officials emphasized that the two sides have to keep working hand in

hand to improve air quality to the point where citizens can feel that it's actually improving.

The Chinese officials said... air quality in China is now 40 percent better than it

was in 2013... and that reducing fine dust requires a long-term effort.

Both sides agreed to have fine dust experts at future meetings,... to share air quality

forecasting technology... and to do joint research on environmental measures.

President Moon pledges active government support to make Korea leader of fourth industrial.. - Duration: 1:04.

President Moon Jae-in went to Daejeon today as part of his tour aimed at boosting local

economies outside of Seoul.

There he stressed the importance of South Korea taking the lead in the era of the fourth

industrial revolution.

"The Fourth Industrial Revolution is a new challenge for us.

But it has given us a great opportunity to become a leading economy instead of a follower.

Innovation in scientific technology will be the starting point."

President Moon pledged active support from the government to achieve several things -- namely

to boost the nation's data market, cultivate more than 10,000 experts in artificial intelligence,

create an environment that encourages R&D.

The government will also work to increase investment in leading businesses,... including

super-connected intelligence, smart factories and FinTech.

He asked the city of Daejeon, home to many research institutes, to lead South Korea into

the fourth industrial revolution.

Defense Ministry condemns Japanese warplane's low altitude flight towards S. Korean vessel - Duration: 2:15.

A Japanese patrol aircraft has again conducted what Seoul is calling an "aggressive" low-altitude

flight near a South Korean warship.

The defense ministry in Seoul immediately condemned the flight, but Japan insists the

aircraft was merely conducting a regular mission.

Kan Hyeong-woo reports.

South Korea's Ministry of National Defense has strongly condemned a Japanese warplane's

low-altitude flight near a South Korean warship,... calling it a 'provocative' act.

The Daejoyeong destroyer was on a regular mission near the nation's southernmost island

of Ieodo on Wednesday,... when the Japanese P-3 maritime patrol aircraft approached the

vessel.

It came as close as 540 meters to the ship at an altitude of 60 to 70 meters.

The Navy vessel sent multiple messages to the plane,... requesting it change its flight

course as it was flying in a threatening manner.

"The fact that Japan has conducted another aggressive, low-altitude flight despite South

Korea's clear requests that it prevent this from happening again... is an unambiguous

provocation against a ship belonging to a military partner.

Thus we cannot help but question Japan's intentions,... and we strongly condemn Japan's actions.

Should this happen again, we will respond in line with our military's code of conduct."

Seoul's Defense Ministry called in the Japanese military attache on the same day to deliver

a strong protest.

According to the South Korean military, Wednesday's low-altitude flyby was already the third time

that a Japanese patrol aircraft has flown near a South Korean vessel in a threatening

manner in January alone.

The previous incidents took place on the 18th and the 22nd.

But Tokyo denies Seoul's claims,... saying its plane was on a regular mission.

Japan's Defense Ministry says the aircraft was not flying in a threatening manner and

it was not at the low altitude South Korea claims.

The latest incident has further intensified the tension between the two nations.

Seoul and Tokyo have been locked in a month-long dispute over a South Korean warship's operation

of radar for a humanitarian mission to rescue a North Korean vessel on December 20th.

Fitch maintains AA- rating for South Korea - Duration: 0:40.

Global credit ratings agency Fitch has decided to keep its rating for South Korea at double-A-minus,...

the fourth-highest level.

In an online report Thursday, Fitch said its outlook for South Korea is "stable," citing

robust external finances and a solid macroeconomic performance.

It did, however, point to rising future challenges for South Korea, including the evolving geopolitical

risk from its relationship with North Korea, low productivity stemming from the country's

rapidly aging population and trade uncertainties due to the slowing global economy.

Fitch projected annual growth this year and next of 2-point-5-percent.

House Of Reps Spots Errors in 2019 Budget, Directs Executive to Rectify Them

The House of Representatives has directed the ministries of finance and budget to reconcile discrepancies in the budget latest by Thursday.

During the second reading of the 2019 Appropriation Bill on Wednesday, detected some miscalculations in the budget presented before the National Assembly by President Muhammadu Buhari.

The errors therein were detected during the debate on the appropriation bill by a House member, Abubakar Adamu, who went on to raise the alarm that led to a suspension of the debate.

Adamu spotted errors in the figures of the ministries of finance, education, budget and national planning, as well as the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation .
