S. Korean gov't to fully support next N. Korea-U.S. summit - Duration: 0:50.

South Korea's National Security Council standing committee held a meeting this afternoon...

in which they said good results came out of last Friday's high-level talks between North

Korea and the U.S.

According to the Blue House, during the meeting, chaired by President Moon's top security advisor

Chung Eui-yong, the NSC standing committee decided to actively support the second round

of the Pyeongyang-Washington summit scheduled at the end of February... so that it produces

To that end, the committee said Seoul will maintain close cooperation with Washington

and continue inter-Korean dialogue.

The standing committee members also expressed serious concern over Japan's recent threatening

Five people are shot dead during 'hostage situation' after a gunman opened fire inside bank - Duration: 7:53.

Police have identified the 21-year-old gunman suspected of killing at least five people when he opened fire inside a Florida bank on Wednesday afternoon

Zephen Xaver allegedly called 911 to report that he'd fired shots withing the SunTrust Bank branch in Sebring just after 12

30pm.After a standoff with officers, Xaver eventually surrendered to SWAT members and was placed under arrest

Video shows him being perp-walked in handcuffs through the parking lot to a police vehicle

Police have not yet determined a motive in the 'senseless murders', but Florida Governor Ron DeSantis promised swift justice for the victims, whose names are being withheld pending family notification

Authorities say Xaver was a correctional officer trainee hired by the Avon Park Correctional Institution in November, but he resigned on January 9 without an explanation

A friend of Xaver's family described the 21-year-old as 'very normal'.'He's definitely a normal person

I would have never in a million years thought anything like this would have ever happened,' Sharon Spillane told WFLA

The Xavers' house was surrounded by crime scene tape for most of the day on Wednesday, according to local media

'I am friends with his parents,' Spillane said.'We've had barbeques together.My nine-year-old goes down with me

We've cooked together.We've watched movies.They are a very normal family.' 'We are sorry to learn that we have at least five victims, people who were senselessly murdered as a result of his act in this bank,' Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund said at a press conference Wednesday evening

'This has been a tragic day for our community.We've suffered a significant loss at the hands of a senseless criminal doing a senseless crime

'We ask that you please keep them in your prayers, keep them in your thoughts,' he said if the victims' loved ones

'Help Sebring and our community stay strong.' The sheriff's office asked co-workers and family members of anyone who was inside the bank during the shooting should gather at the Inn on the Lakes on Gulfview Road

Hoglund declined to answer questions from reporters but promised to brief the media on emerging details Thursday morning

An FBI mobile unit has joined the investigation.Gov Ron DeSantis also spoke during the press conference, saying: 'The people of Florida stand with the community here in light of this tragic circumstance

'I've asked [Florida Department of Law Enforcement] to provide whatever resources we can at the state level to assist with the investigation

'Obviously this is an individual that needs to face very swift and exacting justice,' he said of Xaver

This was Florida's seventh mass shooting in less than three years.SunTrust CEO and Chairman Bill Rogers said in a statement: 'We are deeply saddened by the tragic shooting at our Sebring, Florida branch this afternoon

We are working with law enforcement officials and dedicating ourselves to supporting the people and families impacted by this horrible and senseless tragedy

Our entire team mourns this terrible loss.' Dozens of law enforcement and media vehicles flocked to the scene as a standoff unfolded during lunchtime on Wednesday

'After negotiations to try to get the barricaded subject to exit the bank were not successful, the HCSO SWAT team entered the bank and continued the negotiations,' the Sebring police said

'The suspect eventually surrendered to the HCSO SWAT team.' A witness on the scene, Stefan Roehrig, told WFLA: 'At first [SWAT] hooked some cables up to it [bank door], tried to rip the doors off

The door handles came right off.Then they just drove the SWAT machine right through the door

' Roehrig, who said police 'slammed [the suspect] pretty good' before escorting him outside the bank, recorded cellphone video of Xaver being taken into custody

'He was young, very young,' Roehrig said.According to state officials, Xaver began working at Avon Park Correctional Institution near the Avon Park Air Force Range on November 28

Agency spokesperson Patrick Manderfield said the 21-year-old had no discipline during the six weeks he was employed by the department

Manderfield said no explanation was given for his resignation.Avon Park Correctional is a state-run institution and thus its workers would not have been affected by the government shutdown

Social media pages believed to belong to the suspect are sparse bearing only a couple photos of Xaver himself along with a few of the Grim Reaper, a symbol of death

According to one of his pages, Xaver had recently moved to Sebring from  Bremen, Indiana

what's going on guys josiah blizzard here and today i want to talk to you

guys about one very very very essential piece of marketing consider it marketing

101 and that is under-promise and over-deliver we'll talk about it right after the intro

alright so we're talking about under promising and over

delivering and if you don't know what that is that's totally okay you're gonna

learn today I think it's something that's really gonna help you out in your

business what under promising and over delivering is is it's setting your

clients expectations to be really really low and then completely blowing those

expectations out of the water one way that we under promise and over

deliver for our couples is by telling them it's gonna take four to six weeks

for all of their wedding images to be online in their gallery but then we go

and deliver their wedding gallery in a week or two weeks we've completely set

their expectations to be four maybe six weeks in the future and then we surprise

them if we're delivering in two weeks and they expected at six that's four

weeks early that's a month early something that happened to us in our

wedding experience when we were getting married was our wedding photographer

never told us how long it was gonna be and if she did I'm sorry I didn't

remember I never saw an email about it I just assumed all right it'll probably be

four to six weeks. At the six week mark I emailed her and asked hey when

can we expect to see our photos and she said it's gonna take another three weeks

we didn't get our wedding photos for nine weeks after our wedding and that

left such a sour taste in our mouth a lot of it was just setup because of the

expectations so always set the expectations up for your clients I would

highly suggest under promising and over delivering in the sense of delivering

galleries that's the easiest way to do it tell them six weeks deliver in four

tell them for weeks deliver in to always set their expectations up to be to be

pretty low and then blow it out of the water another way you can do this is by

just surprising your your couples every now and then with little things here

there we will sometimes add an extra spread into their wedding album designed

just for free just says hey here's a free album spread instead of you paying

for pages 21 and 22 we're just gonna gift them to you another way you can do

this is by adding a free hour to their coverage if if they're stressing about

time you know maybe they have seven hours of coverage with you or eight

hours of coverage and they really need that extra hour just say hey it's gift

from us to you don't even worry about it because honestly yeah your time isn't

gonna make you go bankrupt you're not gonna lose money by staying an extra

hour you won't gain any money but the appreciation you'll get from your

clients by that extra hour and going the extra step

is such a big deal that will in turn help you book more weddings in the

future because they'll be talking you up to all of their friends I just released

a video about how to make a same-day slideshow we surprised most of our

wedding clients with same-day slideshow images from their wedding day on their

wedding day at the reception. I edit up to 30 to

40 photos from their wedding day and hand it to them on an iPad and people lose it

they they can't believe I'm handing them images to look at from their wedding

day guests go crazy we leave little business cards out next to the iPad and

people snag those and and so we're marketing to hundreds of people but it's

another thing that goes above and beyond for the couple and they end up talking

us up to all of their friends because we under promise and over deliver it was

never something we even promised that it's not even in the contract we don't

even bring it up but then we go and deliver 30 to 40 images from their

wedding day on their wedding day for them to look at that is a big deal

under-promise over-deliver marketing 101 it's the same thing as if you ordered a

package and you got a free little gift in there or a handwritten note it's the

little things that take it the extra mile that makes you appreciate the company

that you ordered from and it's something that will keep you coming back go the

extra mile under-promise over-deliver I cannot wait for you to start

Report recalls the reaction from Liverpool players when they first met Alisson - Duration: 3:12.

 Liverpool have come a very long way under Jurgen Klopp.  Klopp took over from Brendan Rodgers in October 2015 but had a pretty rough first couple of months

 He could only lead them to an eighth-placed finish, finishing on 60 points and conceding 50 goals in 38 Premier League games

 Fast-forward to the current day and Liverpool are once again on 60 points.  Only this time, they're only 23 games into the league campaign and sit top of the league by four points

 Oh, and they've conceded just 13 goals.  And it's that defensive record that has been the biggest factor in Liverpool becoming title contenders

 Klopp probably can't take too much credit for the emergence of Trent Alexander-Arnold and Joe Gomez, while he probably didn't know too much about Andy Robertson when the club snapped him up for £8 million

 But the German boss was so desperate to sign Virgil van Dijk that he was willing to wait six months to spend £75 million on him when the club failed to complete the deal in the summer of 2017

 And then there's Alisson.  Loris Karius - who Klopp signed for £5 million - suffered a nightmare in the Champions League final last season which prompted the club to go out and sign Roma's Alisson for £67 million

 At the time, it was a world-record fee for a goalkeeper but it's since proved to be money very well spent

 While Liverpool fans have been impressed by his performances, it seems his Liverpool teammates were impressed immediately

 A report from Liverpool correspondent Melissa Reddy has recalled the first time Alisson met his new teammates and she painted the picture perfectly

 Liverpool were away on a pre-season tour in France when Alisson joined them following his transfer

 "At the end of July, Alisson's introduction to Liverpool's squad was made at the lower tier of the palatial Hotel Royal in Evian-les-Bains," Reddy writes
