Right! The last episode we finished with the switching

and this episode we will start with it

later we will up the talisman a bit

we are currently with the Okey-Char by Sell, my co-player

and he also opened some okey chests

which is why we have some switchers here

So I will use those now and then later we will use my Okey-Char

and will use them switchers there too

I'd say the switcher plus we will keep

and then we will buy some if we need some for Lykaner

10 mana absorb is irrelevant for Ninja

but 5 HP absorb and the standard

the whole switching was prior to the update

now its after the update and you already see

I don't have any alchemy stones anymore

that is because of the update itself because there is a new

clarity, namely the mystic clarity

that is even better than legendary

and there are new boni

higher boni than the legendary ruby

plus strong against

elementary for example strong against fire and stuff like that

is it good or bad?

I can't really say at this point

there are some positive as well as negative aspects

the biggest negative aspect is

the question: What for at the moment?

if there would have been a message

let's say, it is the preparation for a new dungeon

or something similar. I have no idea

if there will be something like that

if this was the preparation

I would have

understood it completely but I would have presented it a bit different

If it was like that

It would have been cool with the new alchemy

because it would have been similar to how it was with the cave. When that came out

no one was able to do anything in the cave

almost nothing

it would be a really cool challenge

to have to make the alchemy

in order to manage the dungeon

but yeah it just came like that now

and that is, for me, the biggest minus point

I just don't know:

"What for"?

let's get to the positive aspects

it is definitely that you don't have to remove them yourself

the alchemy that one has

it has for one the advantage that you can think

do you wanna have the alchemy rather in a different char?

and that

possibly, the people that now switch to the other alchemy

they will of course the alchemy they have now

and that has the advantage that people that

do not put any money in alchemy or something

can now relatively cheap get some good stones

so that the level of the server can be raised a bit

and yeah, more enemies will be present

that's kinda the difference between buyers and non-buyers

that will come closer now

other than that, there is the question

how will we continue with the Lykaner

with the Ninja and so forth.

You see, that was

quite a good alchemy that we had

and the question is will we use it again

because we know, ok we will manage almost anything with that

or will we really switch to the mystic alchemy

with the z boni and so forth one gets relatively quickly

to the excellent ones

that is the question... what would you guys do?

alchemy that we already have

S. Korean gov't to fully support next N. Korea-U.S. summit - Duration: 0:50.

South Korea's National Security Council standing committee held a meeting this afternoon.

During the session, they said good results came out of last Friday's Pyeongyang-Washington

high-level talks.

According to the top office, during the meeting, chaired by President Moon's top security advisor

Chung Eui-yong, the NSC standing committee decided to actively support the second Kim-Trump

summit scheduled for late February... so that it produces substantial results for the complete

denuclearization of the Peninsula and permanent peace.

To that end, the committee said Seoul will maintain close cooperation with the U.S. and

continue inter-Korean dialogue.

Expressing serious concerns over Japan's recent threatening low-altitude fly-bys of South

Korean warships, the standing committee members decided to sternly respond to prevent a repeat

of such provocations.

Salt Water Flush- WHY IT MAY NOT BE WORKING FOR YOU😱 - Duration: 5:38.

hey guys back with another video today I want to be talking about salt water

flush I've been doing numerous videos trying to help people who are having a

hard time with the salt water flush and I just want to say this is why I made

this video when you have a set of rules to follow as father's doing salt water

flush and it's not working for you it's a big sign that that sad diet that's

your line you need to get off of that diet immediately a lot of times when

people are not able to eliminate after a salt water flush which two teaspoons of

Pinklon salt or sea salt is enough salt to give that chemical reaction in the

body too to put on a force you know flush out so that your colons

empty but when you do this numerous times or maybe one like it's your first

time I can understand that but when you do it a few times trying to get fecal

matter that you know is stuck in your colon out and you've tried it and you've

been unsuccessful at it you get you're sick because the reason why I'm saying

that is fecal matter should not be that impact there in that place because for

number one when that stuff is up there for as long as it's up there it

reabsorbs in the blood and that's how you get the brain fog the depression the

mood swings you get cholesterol it just messes up

your insulin yeah yeah you just everything in your body hormonal E is

thought to be off if you're not eliminating this waste from the body and

if a salt water flush is giving you hard time and ultimately never works

nothing never comes out I would suggest that maybe you try signing up for a

colonic something that you know you do a couple of sessions and it loosens

everything up and you get that out of you and you keep it out of you once you

get that stuff out of you I've seen videos of people with really

dark thick like plaque color fecal matter coming out of them where the

whole colon track was full with fecal matter because of the simple fact that

it wasn't coming out efficiently and that's a sign of poor digestion in a

person that's on their way to be really sickly so be really mindful don't ignore

those signs when you're doing something as simple as salt in water which

effectively works using those two ingredients and you are so plugged up

that it doesn't work for you there's a underlying issue that's far worse then

you can imagine in some cases I will also suggest that you go to your doctors

and have them do some type of colonoscopy to see you know if there's

something you can take of course they're not gonna tell you something naturally

but sometimes you need that blueprint from your doctors of where the problem

lies and then take a holistic approach and

fix it with natural herbs juicing and eating a plant-based diet even if you're

not on a plant-based diet at least do it while you're trying to heal in a lemon

all these toxins that are built up in the colon very keen on meat base but 80%

of my diet is plant-based but I do believe and I always say this and on my

videos in order to heal the body sometimes we have to put the meat based

foods down and do a hundred percent raw and because raw is where that as far as

detoxification and healing its superior it's the only thing that will make you

heal if you're on a detox and healing journey and sometimes we have to put

aside the meat products to you know utilize the raw base diet so that we can

detox heal and eliminate because the colon is the second brain our gut and if

that's not functioning properly nothing else is so I don't want to make this

Former corrections officer 'senselessly murders' 5 people after walking into a SunTrust Bank branch

Police have identified the 21-year-old gunman suspected of killing at least five people when he opened fire inside a Florida bank on Wednesday afternoon.

Zephen Xaver allegedly called 911 to report that he'd fired shots withing the SunTrust Bank branch in Sebring just after 12. 30pm.

After a standoff with officers, Xaver eventually surrendered to SWAT members and was placed under arrest. Video shows him being perp-walked in handcuffs through the parking lot to a police vehicle.

Police have not yet determined a motive in the 'senseless murders', but Florida Governor Ron DeSantis promised swift justice for the victims, whose names are being withheld pending family notification.

Authorities say Xaver was a correctional officer trainee hired by the Avon Park Correctional Institution in November, but he resigned on January 9 without an explanation. A friend of Xaver's family described the 21-year-old as 'very normal'.

'He's definitely a normal person. I would have never in a million years thought anything like this would have ever happened,' Sharon Spillane told WFLA.

The Xavers' house was surrounded by crime scene tape for most of the day on Wednesday, according to local media.

'I am friends with his parents,' Spillane said. 'We've had barbeques together. My nine-year-old goes down with me. They are a very normal family.'.

We are sorry to learn that we have at least five victims, people who were senselessly murdered as a result of his act in this bank,' Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund said at a press conference Wednesday evening.

'This has been a tragic day for our community. We've suffered a significant loss at the hands of a senseless criminal doing a senseless crime.

'We ask that you please keep them in your prayers, keep them in your thoughts,' he said if the victims' loved ones. 'Help Sebring and our community stay strong.

The sheriff's office asked co-workers and family members of anyone who was inside the bank during the shooting should gather at the Inn on the Lakes on Gulfview Road.

Hoglund declined to answer questions from reporters but promised to brief the media on emerging details Thursday morning. An FBI mobile unit has joined the investigation.

Gov Ron DeSantis also spoke during the press conference, saying: 'The people of Florida stand with the community here in light of this tragic circumstance.

'I've asked [Florida Department of Law Enforcement] to provide whatever resources we can at the state level to assist with the investigation. 'Obviously this is an individual that needs to face very swift and exacting justice,' he said of Xaver.

This was Florida's seventh mass shooting in less than three years. SunTrust CEO and Chairman Bill Rogers said in a statement: 'We are deeply saddened by the tragic shooting at our Sebring, Florida branch this afternoon.

We are working with law enforcement officials and dedicating ourselves to supporting the people and families impacted by this horrible and senseless tragedy. Our entire team mourns this terrible loss.'.

Dozens of law enforcement and media vehicles flocked to the scene as a standoff unfolded during lunchtime on Wednesday.

'After negotiations to try to get the barricaded subject to exit the bank were not successful, the HCSO SWAT team entered the bank and continued the negotiations,' the Sebring police said. 'The suspect eventually surrendered to the HCSO SWAT team.

A witness on the scene, Stefan Roehrig, told WFLA: 'At first [SWAT] hooked some cables up to it [bank door], tried to rip the doors off. The door handles came right off.

Then they just drove the SWAT machine right through the door.'. Roehrig, who said police 'slammed [the suspect] pretty good' before escorting him outside the bank, recorded cellphone video of Xaver being taken into custody.

'He was young, very young,' Roehrig said. According to state officials, Xaver began working at Avon Park Correctional Institution near the Avon Park Air Force Range on November 28.

Agency spokesperson Patrick Manderfield said the 21-year-old had no discipline during the six weeks he was employed by the department. Manderfield said no explanation was given for his resignation.

Avon Park Correctional is a state-run institution and thus its workers would not have been affected by the government shutdown.

Social media pages believed to belong to the suspect are sparse bearing only a couple photos of Xaver himself along with a few of the Grim Reaper, a symbol of death.

According to one of his pages, Xaver had recently moved to Sebring from Bremen, Indiana. Police have only confirmed his name, age and that he lived in Sebring.

and today I'm going to be talking to you

First of all, before actually starting

the actual prospecting

on LinkedIn, you need to have a fairly strong profile.

So, first of all, I'd always suggest getting

a nice professional photo done.

It just looks better when you're reaching out to clients

as opposed to say maybe a picture of you slightly wasted

in a nightclub or a selfie with your cat.

Secondly, you need to have a good eye-catching headline

on your profile

just because obviously it's one of the first things

that the prospect is going to see,

it's just something which is going to summarize

what you're offering

and yeah, just be engaging to the client.

After that you need to just have a bit of summary as well

of what you're offering in the description part

of your profile.

Just go into a bit of detail,

copywriting skill might come in a bit useful here

but no worries if not.

Lastly, just get a summary

of yourself, what your business does,

what you're offering in self description part

of the LinkedIn profile.

Obviously it looks professional,

gives the client a little bit more inside knowledge

on you and what you can offer them

and it can work greatly in your favor

were you to connect and start negotiating.

The great thing about this form of prospecting

is it's so time effective

and it's just so easy to connect with directors,

decision makers, company owners,

you can do it all from the comfort of your own desk

if the response rate is really high

and it gives you really time

to articulate your responses,

and your questions to these directors.

You're not put on the spot,

so say you might be on the phone

to one of them, you might have a probing client,

don't quite believe in what you're offering

and it might put you under a bit of pressure,

you don't really know what to say

whereas with this you're at your own desk,

you've got your cup of tea

and you can really sort of take time

in making the offer the most appealing

it can be to the client if that makes sense.

Carlos Takam looking for rematch with Dereck Chisora - Duration: 1:35.

Carlos Takam tells Sky Sports that he hopes to land a rematch against Dereck Chisora, preferably at Wembley Stadium on undercard of Anthony Joshua's schedule April 13th fight date

Takam took a stoppage loss to Chisora in mid-2018 but suggests that was only a mistake, and that a rematch would play out much differently

"It's true, I do want revenge," Takam exclusively told Sky Sports. "With all the respect due to Derek, the first fight was an accident

It happens. As we say back home, sometimes even the snake can tumble." Takam, who most recently scored a stoppage over Senad Gashi in late December, says the rematch with Chisora makes perfect sense as the first was a great fight

Takam continues by mentioning that he's working closely with Matchroom, and even though Chisora is aligned with David Haye, he still believes that's a fight they'd be interested in

Chisora, of course, is most recently coming off a knockout loss to Dillian Whyte, a fight he was winning on the cards until Whyte landed a monster shot that put Chisora down for the count
