hi guys hope you guys are doing good in today's video I'm going to show you how

I have achieved this makeup look I'm not that much into makeup my channel is

mostly about outfits style ideas like styling somethings and

like looks look books etc but this makeup look is special because I

created this using the products which were mostly broken like my eyeshadow was

broken my compact was broken my lipstick was broken my highlighter was broken

yeah pretty much broken many of my makeup

products have been broken because I am shifting from one case to another and

the products are like pretty inexpensive they are mostly drugstore or lakme one

and i filmed this video using only the natural light so that you can see like

they actually how the makeup is looking it's not possible to always look like

perfect airbrushed makeup will look makeup no matter what you do if you have

done makeup it will always look you have applied makeup. this is how I look

as a beauty blogger and in a moment I am going to come very near to the camera so

you can see how makeup actually looks with naked eye but first let me show

some attitude

now I'm coming close to the camera

so guys before we start subscribe to my youtube channel and hit the bell I can I

am zoha I make videos related to fashion style beauty so let's get

started .first I am applying Vaseline petroleum jelly on my lips I am going to

prime my face using Lakme absolute blurred perfect makeup primer, just

putting dots all over my face I like to apply more primer on eyelids and some

more on under-eye area

applying my Maybelline fit me matte plus poreless foundation in the shade

warm nude to my eyelids and blending it with my fingers. I am setting my eyelids

with Revlon Colorstay pressed powder in the shade 0-2 light.

applying primer again on the areas which I have wiped to remove extra powder.

Taking the same foundation Maybelline fit me matte + poreless in shade warm

nude and placing dots all over the face now taking my wet puna store sponge

to blend the foundation.Pressing this sponge with very light force so that foundation

gets absorbed on fair skin I really like this step

On under eye areas ,I m pressing more with a little more force so that foundation does not

Taking some more foundation and applying on the areas of the face which have acne

marks my cheeks my chin area which have pigmentation and just blending the

foundation this is how my skin looks like after applying foundation Oh

I'm going to contour my face I'm going to use my cocky HD concealer using shade

dark chocolate I'm going to take some amount in my finger and we'll take

products from my finger to apply from the brush it come with

drawing the line on both the sides of my nose bridge to control my nose

on my cheek starting from just below my ear starts and applied in less than my

lip start

dan sponge buffing it with very little force

I'm going to take my miss Claire full-coverage makeup and taking the flat

brush from my Urban Decay Naked palette brush set applying on the bridge of my

nose forehead for the cheek above the jawline

blending everything with the same spawn

taking a light fluffy brush from the safe urban decay palette and setting my

under eye area using the same Revlon Colorstay pressed powder which I use to

set my eyelid

setting rest of my face with the same test powder with big fluffy burns from

the same brush palette

this is how my face looks like

megalo contouring palette in this shade c79 am still edgy and going to do powder

contouring using the same flat brush which I use to apply the concealer on my

newest bridge taking very little amount of darker shade from the contouring

powder on the brush and just a signal sides of my nose bridge now I'm using

the same little fluffy brush to bronze my face using the brown shade of the

same button while cantering palette

since my face is breaking I'm going to complete my eye makeup I'm highlighting

my brow bone area using bettin ye bigger blue highlighting powder in the shade

precious Falls

same highlighted powder I am applying on my inner corner plain mascara

do my brows with the same mascara I have naturally good eyebrows really don't

need to do much just brushing brushing it off

now if nightly false lashes from GE I have been a full view on them check your

description box

while my lashes get slight going to dust off the excess powder

applying highlighter on my cheekbones

setting my false lashes within this powder

just applying my miss Claire Paul eyeliner doing wench this time a very

faint range

I feel that I applied larger contour line I'm going to sit there just by

applying some foundation

now doing my lipstick using my broken neck made absolute nothing in the shade

crimson touch

let me open my hair and change my sweaters this is how does I love looking

like a beauty

Nest Learning Thermostat - Best Smart Thermostat for Your Smart Home in 2019! - Duration: 4:33.

ubiquitous with each passing year.

But it's always good to remember the OGs

and where we came from.

One of the first major smart home products released

was the Nest Learning Thermostat.

In this episode we're gonna go over

why the Nest Learning Thermostat is still one of the best

smart home devices you can install in your home,

along with taking a look at what it can do in conjunction

with some of your other smart home devices.

This is the Nest Learning Thermostat,

now in its third generation.

One of the first, great,

well thought out smart home devices ever released.

As I mentioned today we're gonna be diving into

the Nest Learning Thermostat and talking about

what makes this still today,

one of the best smart home devices you can pick up.

Before we get started, I wanna give a big shout out

This is the third generation of the Nest Smart Thermostat.

And most people see Nest as the company that started

the whole smart thermostat revolution.

On front of the Nest Thermostat

you've got a bright, high resolution display.

A premium metal ring surrounds the unit,

making it look nice in your home.

And it's got a feature called Farsight

which recognizes when you walk into the room.

It'll light up the display

and show a piece of glanceable information of your choosing.

It could be the current temperature of your home,

it could be the current time

or it could even be the current weather outside.

The Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat learns your preferences.

It'll auto set the temperature throughout the day

so that when you first set it up,

if it sees that every morning you set the temperature

to let's just say 70 degrees,

it'll program itself to know that at eight in the morning

it should set itself to 70 degrees.

If before bed you turn it down to 67 degrees,

it'll know every evening at 10 pm

to turn it down to 67 degrees and so forth.

Now another cool feature of the Nest Thermostat

is that it knows where you are.

So it knows that it should optimize the temperature

when you're not home to save energy.

And it knows when you are home to optimize the temperature

for when people are in the house.

That feature works in two ways,

as I mentioned that Farsight feature

which'll show things on the display,

Nest actually uses that same feature to know

if someone's in the house.

Using your smart phone's location services,

the Nest app knows when you're home and when you're not.

And if no one's there, it'll go to work

to save you some energy.

The Nest 3rd Gen work with Nest's entire line

of smart home products.

So while they are thermostats

that control the temperature in your home,

when paired with other Nest products,

they're able to do more than that.

For example, let's say

you also use a Nest Protect smart smoke detector.

If the Nest Protect detects smoke or carbon monoxide,

the Nest Thermostat will turn off your fans

and turn off the heat so it doesn't spread the smoke

or carbon monoxide throughout your home.

If the temperature outside gets so cold

that your pipes might burst,

the Nest app is gonna send you a notification for that.

And if your furnace seems to be acting up,

you'll get alert from Nest

to tell you to take care of that as well.

Or if you have Nest cameras in your home,

your Nest Thermostat will use those to determine

if there's people in the house or not.

So rather than just relying on the proximity sensor

on the thermostat itself, you can give it extra eyes

into your home by setting up Nest cameras.

So as you can see,

the Nest Smart Thermostat 3rd Generation,

not just smart about controlling the temperature,

but really brings a level of smartness

to your home as a whole.

air-cooled diesel

It's about seven degrees which is a couple degrees warmer than my last video

Low tonight was two degrees. This has been sitting in a shed

But I haven't started it yet today

so, let's see

See how this goes. It's grounded and I've checked my

My oil levels and everything. So this unit by the way only has about ten hours less than ten hours on it

So, let's see see what we can do here

for cold weather

Preheat for ten to twenty seconds. So let's see if we can do here

It's probably about twenty seconds. Alright, let's see what happens here

Like I said, it's very cold out today

By the way, I've not kept a charge on this battery and

It's been at least... Well, it's definitely been much colder since the last time I started it

So we'll see what happens here. My fingers are very cold right now

Okay, I'm gonna check some things I'll be right back

And back already you can hear now

The fuel pump just kicked on I'm wondering if the fuel pump was just too cold for a minute there. Let me kill this

Here we go. Yep, must have been the fuel pump.

Ok, I'm going to put my gloves on and let this warm up for a second.

Ok, its been a couple of minutes. The smokes cleared up

There's no smoke coming out of there now

And I am going to go ahead and cut over my house

You can see that I've already closed the circuit here

and I tested the voltage and just to make sure that we're at a good place

so, um

we'll be right back

as you can hear, the idle is a little bit higher here.

and uh, it looks like I'm pulling about two and a half kilowatts

we're a full gas appliance house

so the rest of everything is LED and everything so...

unless the pump kicks on I don't think we're going to get near 3k

but this is an inverter generator

so, it only really uses...

or, really only spins up for what it needs

so, if its only using... one kilowatt it will slow down significantly

so, right now we're at about nine and a half hours

I'm going to let it run for an hour or so

and then uh, check back

its been an hour

I had some other stuff turned on. We were using about two and a half kilowatts

I've got that stuff turned off now and we're at about one and a half kilowatts

you may be able to hear the idle is a little bit lower

I'm going to go ahead and disconnect the house

and uh, switch everything back over

First Look at the Tether Tools OnSite D-Tap - AC Power Kit - Duration: 4:31.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: Today we're going to talk about the onsite

tap PRO BUNDLE.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: Alright.

Welcome back to capture school.

My name is Nick along here at Scott and we are at

Parkwood studios and today we're talking about a cool

new item from Teather tools.

It's the onsite Deepak PRO BUNDLE

and we're going to tell you a little bit about how

to use this out in the field.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: So first it say you can buy

these pieces individually.

These are bundled together and this is this is kind

of the way to buy this.

Yeah definitely because it's all separately.

You're going to save a little money with this.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: The card apterous free otherwise

you pay for that separately but this you'll see as we get

more this video it's a system.

So when you get it with this bundle

it works whereas the other way you're trying to figure

out how to use other parts.

You're going to try to hack it together.

So we're going to go through the parts

that are on the screen here so the upper left

is the on site deep path to AC power supply that is attached

to part of the onsite aero mount kits of his back yard

here is part of the the Mount kit.

And I'll show you how that bracket the mounting

bracket and the other part of the V mount kit

is mounted to this aero table here that you can see there.

So you have a v mount battery from onsite and then you also

have the car charger adapter that you can put

in there as well.

So those are all the parts and how we're going to show

you how they kind of integrate within minutes of the battery

on here show you how it works.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: And so it just goes on Slice

straight down latches and yep.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: Very nice.

And this is attached to the tether aero cable.

So this holds accessories laptop anything else

you want to put on the table in the field or in the studio.

This is what that is attached to just be of some perspective.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: So the next piece of this puzzle

is the one sided tap to AC power supply that hangs off

the arrow table that plugs right into the V amount

so there's an option to plug into the battery

you don't want to do that I'm going to show you on second.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: And this will be on a tripod like we said

or a light stand and you can see everything

is nice and tight.

It is as if everything is built like perfectly.

So the reason why you want to not plug into the battery

even though it's an option.

Right now I can unplug that battery pump a new one

in everything is ready to go back up inside

run off with everything.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: And it doesn't hurt anything.

So the power adapter has a couple of things going on.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: A fourth USPS there you get five Volt

10.1 a regular speed not the new ones that come in the Mac.

You not the typesafe.

OK.

Those two AC outlets that you can plug your

batteries into the charger your camera you can plug

I pads into laptops different things

like that so that they will trickle charge or fully charge

depending on how much battery you have in that big battery.

So it's a pretty sizable battery.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: You know a lot of big MacBook Pro

battery block it will do a trickle charge

something like that because that's

a hard drive.

Yep.

Exactly.

It's the other piece of this puzzle

is is that Celest thing about these is if you're going

from one show to another and you've used

this a while you can now plug it into your car and charge

this battery while you're driving from one

job to the next.

You can plug this in and use in the car as an inverter

as well as an inverter as well.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: Yeah kind of nice batteries are TSA

approved for travel so you can carry them carry them on.

They have your 110 outlets you have your

USP Porcher of your car adapter.

What else could you possibly need.

This is going to give you all your charging

capability out in the field without having extension

cords generators things like that.

Now it doesn't work on really big things that draw high

volumes like strobes and stuff like that it will

run Ltds but it's not going to run like your big like strobe

lights are meant for that.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: Yeah it's an eye for things

that are going to be a lot tether table with you.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: Yes exactly.

So.

So don't think you're going to go get electricity

in the middle of you know the desert

the middle of the desert somewhere.

>> NICK PAPPAGALLO: Yes specially for him like Wisconsin

is not dead desert.

They'll be hard to find with it.

>> SCOTT HARTWICK: I think that's about it we've

covered this pretty well.

It's a well thought out system best when you work

with the whole system together as always light

Is eyelash tinting safe?

Last week we talked about a woman who in the 1930's walked into a salon for some brow shaping

and an eyelash tint and walked out blind.

Surely, with today's cosmetic regulations that would never happen again, right?

Right?

If we look on Instagram I see this.

So eyelash tinting is definitely still happening and I know a friend who just got it done and

she sees fine.

So it's safe, right?

Well, let's see.

If you read the FDA website, it explicitly says this, "There are no color additives approved

for the permanent dying or tinting of eyelashes and brows."

This could mean that some of the additives can cause harm so they're not permitted and

this could also just mean that they haven't been tested yet to prove that they're safe.

So if eyelash tinting is illegal then how come I am able to do this?

Here's where it gets stupid tricky because federal law says these dyes are illegal but

the state you live in could permit eyelash tinting or permit it with certain restrictions.

Here in California, it's illegal for any licensed professional to have eyebrow or lash tinting

in their possession or in a salon.

So what just happened here is illegal.

In other states, the dye could be permitted as long as it's not permanent or it has to

be included in a formulation that is specifically intended for the eyes.

Now I'm no legal scholar but in this case it looks like the state law takes priority

over the federal law unless the federal government wants to march on over and of something about

it.

So is the FDA just being a total buzzkill or are they actually trying to prevent you

from possibly looking like this?

Well, let's talk through eyelash tint and try to understand it a little bit better.

Eyelash tint can be found online, in stores or in beauty salons and they could contain

a number of different dyes that all carry different levels of risk.

An ingredient with high risk is something like paraphenylenediamine, also known as PPD.

That's what was used on the poor blind lady I talked about the beginning of this video.

PPD is known to cause severe allergic reactions in some people even though it's permitted

in hair dye it can still, on occasion, cause an allergic reaction.

This is why the FDA encourages you to do a small test on a patch of skin before you dye

your hair.

But really, how many times have you or your stylist actually done a patch test before

dying your hair?

Exactly.

The problem with PPD in eyelash tint is if you're unlucky enough to get an allergic reaction

it affects your eyes and you sort of need those.

Our skin is thinner around the eyes so the dye can get into the skin more easily and

if you do have a reaction you could end up with swelling, irritation or you can't see.

In some cases, it could even lead to permanent injury or death.

Even semi-permanent dyes can cause irritation or a reaction.

I often hear people talk about using safer eyelash tints made with vegetable dye but

if it produces a dark color and lasts more than day then it's not vegetable dye that's

dying your lashes.

And it's not just the dyes that you have to worry about.

Preservatives and other unapproved ingredients can pose a risk to your peep holes too.

All people in the last few years that have bad reactions to dyes in their eye last tint.

This is why it is so important to be informed.

Know your cosmetic ingredients and ask questions because in the end the benefits and risks

of using these products are yours and yours alone.

The FDA doesn't approve cosmetics before they hit store shelves and although the cosmetic

industry works hard to provide safety some things occasionally slip through or laws vary.

Hey, in the E.U. eyebrow and eyelash tinting with PPD is permitted.

Those injured are few and far between but if it happens to you, you're gonna have a

bad week.

So should eyelash tinting be allowed in the U.S.?

Should it not?

Tot in baby walker tumbles down escalator after wandering from restaurant - News Live - Duration: 1:34.

A nine-month-old tot is lucky to be alive after she tumbled down an escalator in her baby walker.

The infant wandered out of her parents' restaurant in Wuxi, east China, while they were distracted inside.

She was caught on CCTV as she scooted across to the top of the "up" escalator inside the shopping centre.

The tot, not realising the danger, heads straight for the moving stairs and topples forward as the steps hit her plastic frame.

The distressing footage shows heroic soldier, Wang Zihao, catching the baby walker and lifting the girl to safety.

Mr Zihao and his cousin had been travelling down the adjacent escalator when the accident happened.

Wang, 22, was eventually tracked down and thanked by the tot's mother.

He revealed the incident happened while he was off duty, on what was his first day off in three years.

Describing the incident, he said: "I'd just reached the bottom [of the escalator] when I heard the sound of the child falling.

"I sprinted two or three steps and caught her."

The child's mum, who did not have time to thank Wang properly during the scare, said: "From the bottom of my heart, I'm so grateful to him."

There are no details of any injuries to the girl.

They can't wait for the next game. "I think Sarri recognises he's got an incredibly talented bunch of players but they've got to keep providing him with the edge that's required "It's very different nowadays, you can't fall out with players

 "There's no logic in that because they're so powerful by virtue of the salaries they command, so you've got to find another way

in today's video, I'm gonna tell you the story about how I read 246 books in one year

right off the bat, I have to tell you that actually

I didn't

clickbait

sorry guys, I didn't read 246 books

but I did read a lot of books a lot more than I used to

and in today's video I'm gonna tell you some tips

that I've learned on how you can read more

how can you be more interested in reading, to start off

because you're not gonna just read for the sake of reading

so, number one: why is it important to read?

imagine if it were possible for you to

download 10 years of knowledge

to your brain!

one way of doing that is reading books

it's not gonna happen in a instant it's gonna take a while

but

what you will be doing

basically is absorb knowledge

that someone else acquired of years, decades, a lifetime

so that's an amazing way of learning

why is it different to read a book and to read a Facebook post

or the news

the difference is that if you're reading news

they have to be fresh

because if it is cold it is old

a lot of times

the information is incomplete

or sometimes it's even wrong

now when someone writes a book

they actually put a lot more effort

into the research and the review, analogies, the metaphors

the facts

it's a much deeper exploration of a subject

that's why I like to read books that much more than reading news

tip number one: it's easy just

read

sounds stupid but

the thing is: if you wanna read more books, you have to start to read more books

usually we spend a lot of time

reading other things rather than books

we're reading e-mails, text messages, social media

we are reading all the time

okay, it's nice to know what's happening to your friends

but how much is it gonna add to your life?

so, tip number one:

Read

Books.

tip number two: don't buy books

What??

Yes, you heard it.

Don't buy books

When people think about buying books, they think about buying this kind of book:

Hardcover or paperback

the problem is that you don't carry your books with you everywhere

what do you carry with you everywhere all the time?

Your smartphone.

if you have your books on the tip of your toes... ??

at your finger tips

you are more likely to read

because it's easier for you

it's less work

which leads us to the tip number Three:

if you're gonna read on your cellphone, it's very easy to

have a bunch of books on your smartphone

and never read anything

it happens because when you touch your cellphone you have more interesting things to do

like, to see picture of nature

or cats

whatever

than to read a boring page of a book

tip number Three is get rid of distractions

I always leave my cellphone on sleep mode

and I turn off all notifications

because when I pick my phone I have no numbers saying what I should look at

some times you just have like two minutes

it's enough for you to read a few lines

and you're good to go
