a date for the video reunions of war-torn families.

reunions since the end of last year,... and expressed hopes for progress on a sanctions

S. Korea's exports of kimchi rose 20% last year to US$ 97.5 million - Duration: 1:39.

South Korea's exports of kimchi rose by 20 percent last year.

Total outbound shipments of the staple spicy dish, in fact, hit an all-time high, with

Japan being its biggest fan.

Seo Bo-bin has the full story.

South Korea's exports of kimchi rose last year to an all-time high of 97-point-5 million

U.S. dollars.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the increase of 20

percent was the biggest since data was first compiled in 2006, and the total amount was

the highest since 2012.

Kimchi exports have fluctuated in recent years.

They fell from 89 million dollars in 2013 to 84 million the following year... and 73

million the year after that.

But since then they've rebounded... from 81 million dollars in 2017... to last year's

all-time high.

The number of countries that import South Korean kimchi have also risen -- five more

added to the list last year for a total of 68.

The biggest importer was Japan, which bought 56 million dollars' worth, an increase of

23 percent on-year.

The ministry said the rise in kimchi exports could have been an effect of the government's

efforts to promote global awareness of kimchi's health benefits.

Last year there was a heatwave in Korea that ruined crops and made kimchi more expensive,

so the ministry said it's significant that shipments increased despite the heat.

It said it will push ahead with more research to improve the quality of kimchi and to sustain

the rising exports.

Seo Bo-bin, Arirang News.

Style panel overview — Webflow UI tutorial - Duration: 3:15.

In the Webflow Designer, the style panel is where we can visually manipulate our CSS controls.

(It's where we can control each aspect of styling.)

It's also where we can create and manage classes — and we can reuse these throughout the

current page... and throughout our project.

Classes are the basis of CSS.

In fact, it's what CSS stands for, hence the C and the two S's.

Except "classes" has three S's and CSS stands for something else.

But classes let you set styling on one element (which has the "Super" class applied).

And when you apply that class to other elements?

They grab all that same styling.

(The styling affects all elements with this class.)

Make a change to one?

And it affects the other items on the page that use that class, and it affects the other

items throughout the project that use that class.

Super powerful stuff.

So what does the style panel do?

We just told you a moment ago.

But it might be helpful to cover a bit more:

The style panel lets you define the layout of elements.

We can use a ton of modern layout options which let us specify size, spacing, positioning.

We can style really specific, visual things.

Like typography and more typography and background and borders and shadows.

It's also where we can add states.

Like hover.

If we want to hover over something and have it do something crazy?

We can find all these controls in the style panel.

And!

All these controls don't just affect how everything works on desktop.

We can use the style panel to control responsive layout as it pertains to each view: tablet,

mobile landscape, mobile portrait, and Etch-a-sketch.

We cover THIS in Intro to Breakpoints, and we have a ton of content on everything we've

talked about so far.

But this video's an overview of the style panel.

So let's cover two specifics of the style panel itself:

The top section, which houses the selector field, and we'll talk about inheritance indicators.

Let's start at the top.

When we select an element, we can see the element type right at the top of the style

panel.

Under that is the selector field.

From here, we'll see the option to select a class or a tag which will apply to the select

element.

As we said before, classes, of course, are the basis for styling AND layout.

We go much deeper into classes on a ton of other content on Webflow University.

But when we're styling, we'll see that class or tag that applies to our current selection...right

inside the selector field.

We can even check inheritance by pressing on the inheritance menu button — so we can

see what's affecting the current selection.

Then we have the target icon.

This will give us a page and project count (how many times the class or tag is being

used).

Click on the target?

Now we have an outline that lets us identify the elements if they're visible in the viewport.

We can also click to collapse any of these style sections.

If you want to know more about all of them, good.

Because we have videos and guides on all of them.

The last thing to highlight right now is the indicators we can already see on the screen.

Orange...and blue.

Orange indicators tell us that a value is being inherited from somewhere else.

If we click that orange indicator, we can see exactly where the style is coming from.

If our current class or tag (the current class we can always see right on the top) — if

that has its own value for something (if we've already added or made a change)?

That's indicated in blue.

So.

The style panel is extremely powerful.

We have the top section which contains our selector field, which shows WHAT we're styling.

And regarding those style, we have orange and blue indicators.

Orange means whatever we're styling is inheriting a value from something else, and blue means

we've added or styled something on the current class or tag.

And that's a quick overview of the basic parts of the style panel.

Sous le choc après une ATTAQUE... - Duration: 7:28.

On the 27th of December 2018, we faced an attack while we were preparing diner in the van.

For no reason, a whole village ganged up against us. Throwing stones, following us on the highway, etc. They tried to destroy our car and us with it.

We managed to escape.

This is the hardest episode we had to do since the beginning of the trip, since we are in India.

We got attacked by villagers, on the car.

It's really damaged, we got lucky, we are safe.

Shocked after an attack...

This is the next day after the attack, we are still very shaken.

To see the car again is painful...

We feel very safe in the 5 stars hotel, but we will have to go out again someday, in the outside world. It will be tough.

The left side is damaged because they blocked us with a car, we had to force our way out.

This was already rusted so it broke when in contact with the pick-up.

Fragments of glass...

How much I got on me while I was driving...!

The brick which broke the window..., this one.

Here the inside window was also broken when they hit hard on the outside.

This is the visibility with which Louis drove yesterday and saved our lives...

The staff from the hotel will help us clean the car and maybe change the windscreen. They are really nice!

We've already clean the inside of the car.

It's very good, we feel like we recover our home.

Removing the windscreen.

Now they even clean the outside of the car, it will be even more beautiful than before!

2 days after. Last difficult mission. We are going back to Dehli to find a windscreen.

So we will drive 200km without windscreen!

We feel even stranger than usual and less safe... It will be tough.

We were trying to relax and having fun,

but we were not reassured.

2 hours later on Dehli. We just found a garage that will take care of our dear van.

They have many classic cars.

And we also met up with our dutch friends that we met in Iran.

So we are now in Dehli, it's New Year Eve, Sumeet came to join us and we will decently celebrate New Year!

Does it mean Happy New Year?

We are now the 1st of January, a little bit tired, especially Louis!

But actually the 1st of January is not a holiday in India.

So at the garage they are working, we will go and see the car.

Already many things have been done in 3 days.

The side was repaired.

And they will repair the window.

Last diner, we are making chapatis again!

Let's repaint the kitchen with flour!

It's a nice one!

See, this one is the inflation to success!!

(With the accent of a famous French cook!) It seems that subscribe to M&Mme Aventures, gives exceptional cooking skills! Yep that's true!

Few hours later, Carole must go and take her flight, it's 1am.

We don't take her, a taxi will!

Thank you very much! Kiss Louis for me!

Ok! He's not awake!

See you soon, have a nice flight!

She's gone, now we are alone!

I hope she will mostly remember the good times.

Next day, It happenned a week ago. We just got our van back.

Windscreen has been changed but as they couldn't find the original, it's a plexiglass, cut to size.

The damaged left side was repaired.

And here it was not possible to find a new indicator so they created a cover to protect the bulb.

They shaped back the grille, which was also damaged.

The side was repaired.

Here the lateral damaged window was replaced by a single layer plexiglass.

And a good cleaning!

We could say it looks like a warrior now! With its war injuries!

So as we have a new lateral window, we lost our Iranian and Indian flags.

We'll try to put them back... and I hope we will add lots more in the future!

Next episode... It's been a week, the van is now repaired and we are also ready to carry on towards the East of the country, towards Burma.

SNAPlife: Quitting Is An Option That Always Leads To Failure - s2e20 - Duration: 2:51.

Quitting is definitely an option. I'm Bill Snodgrass, and in this SNAPlife

episode we're gonna talk about quitting. Quitting is one of those things when you

have your goals and your objectives, and things get hard… Sometimes you can just quit

And the outcome of quitting is always the same this is this is not a

complicated concept the outcome of quitting is failure if you set a goal

for yourself and you start working towards that goal inevitably there's

going to come a point where things start to get complicated things start to get

hard and it feels like what's the point why am I doing this is it even worth it

ninety's stop and go back and ask yourself about that goal in the first

place when you made that goal was a good idea has anything changed that makes it

not a good idea now if if nothing has changed and if it was a good idea to

start with then you need to seriously analyze your motivation to quit are you

just quitting because you're tired are you quitting because it's hard in my in

my no chains video I say there's a difference between something that's

difficult and something that is impossible if it's impossible then it

was a bad goal to start with but if it's a possible goal and it's just getting

hard then a sure way to fail is to give up a sure way to fail is to quit

quitting is always an option but it is always an option that results in failure

if you're willing to accept failure if you're willing to say this goal I'm not

going for it anymore it's too hard I don't want to do it it doesn't fit my

life the circumstances have changed if that's true then quitting is an option

and it will result in failure if those things aren't true then are you willing

to accept failure as a result of giving up

quitting is always an option but it is always an option that results in failure

Anubhav: This is Banaras' special

Anubhav: You can't find it anywhere else

outside Banaras.

It's amazing

Anubhav: Why is Banaras' thandai so special?

It's because of Baba Vishwanath's temple.

and he drank Thandai and Bhaang

So that's why it's famous

After how long will the bhaang hit you?

And for how long will the effect last?

It won't start affecting me immediately.

He'll have jalebi first

It'll take 3-4 hours

and it will have a strong effect

gradual but strong.

Anubhav: There's lemon

spices, coriander and a lot of other ingredients

Anubhav: Everything that's needed in a proper chaat is there.

Let's taste it.

Any chaat should have the taste of all it's ingredients

Sour, sweet, spicy

And the namak para adds a crsipy element to it.

and it has been made in pure ghee (clarified butter)

Let's try the Dahi Puri

There's chickpea too

We've tried 3 kinds of chaat so far

Dahi Puri

Chura Matar

To know and understand the true definition of chaat

Another famous dish here is the Thandai and Bhaang

Anubhav: What all is added to it?

Almonds, pistachio, saffron

cardamom and milk.

Anubhav: Just 5 ingredients?

Sugar and rosewater too.

Let's try it.

Anubhav: It's thick

That's because the milk is reduced

Anubhav: for a long time

yes.

It's reduced and then cooled down

Anubhav: Is it available all year round?

yes

Anubhav: Why is Banaras' thandai so special?

It's because of Baba Vishwanath's temple.

Let's try their Rabri too

The clay pot gives it a unique scent

My favorite sweet are Khurchan (milk residue) and Rabri (milk solids)

very mild sweetness

It's not too sweet

There's just the natural sweetness of milk

and saffron

amazing

Anubhav: Is it made of cow's milk or buffaloe's milk?

It's made from Buffalo milk

Anubhav: Such a thick layer of cream comes from it.

We're experts

We can make hundreds of such items

amazing

Anubhva: 4-5 ingredients have been added to it.

Saffron

yes

Anubhav: How do you recognize good quality bhaang?

It gives a different taste.

Anubhav: what?

Taste

the after taste is bitter

we make it at home too

for special events

But it's not this good

For how long will the effect last?

After how long will the bhaang hit you?

It won't start affecting me immediately.

He'll have jalebi first

It'll take 3-4 hours

and it will have a strong effect

gradual but strong.

Anubhav: What happens after that?

If you don't think about it, then you'll not even notice it

Anubhav: and when does the effect go away?

It'll go away when you sleep

Anubhav: I'll wake up fresh in the morning?

yes

Anubhav: People say the effect lasts for upto 36 hours

it's said that it stays for 40 years

According to the Asian history

That it stays with you for 40 years.

It's even offered to the lords

And according to modern science, it's lady's marijuana

and the one that's smoke, that's marijuana

Some smoke, some inhale

some drink it

Anubhav: How often do you take it?

Occasionally.

Anubhav: Once in 15 days?

No no

On Holi

and only on special occasions.

at Baba's temples

Anubhav: Won't you have trouble driving a bike?

I have to travel 250 kms.

3. New features in F-Link - Duration: 5:38.

Hello everybody my name is Roman and from JABLOTRON ALARMS and I would like to

present to you news which we are launching in January 2019. In this video

we will focus on the new functions of a JABLOTRON 100+ control panels. There are

40 of new functions which we have implemented. Today I will mention only

the most important from the business point of view. Function with strong

impact is new calendar. We add two new functions. First is for static timers

which allow us to choose a specific time during the day,

for example to switch on Christmas tree. Another one from the calendar is

repetition. You can choose a time period when any action can be activated. For

example every hour you can activate a swimming-pool filtering. Last is your

calendar. You can create a specific action any day or month during the year.

As you know from previous videos JABLOTRON 100+ offers 60 for

calendar events. In connection with 128 PG´s brings home automation

possibilities to another level. Next function is day/night mode. It´s new

status in the system and some peripherals or programmable outputs can

react on these status. For example keypads

thanks to the mood function will not use their voice indication during the night.

We have two possibilities to activate it. First is to add illuminance sensor or

use a function of astronomical calendar. Astronomical calendar based on GPS

coordinates define day or night on any place on the planet Earth. Next feature

is that one detector can activate more programmable outputs. This helps to save

programmable outputs in system for another purposes. To give you an example

imagine door contact. So with this activation we can in one

moment switch on the light, take a picture or switch on air condition. As I

told you in another video JABLOTRON 100+ enables to add

600 users. We offer with this function to create pattern and give exactly the same

right to more users in one moment. It might be access to section, PG activation

or time limited access. Do you remember we spoke in another

video about school. So we can create a pattern of student and give it to all of

them the same rights. If we change pattern it will copy automatically to

all users. What is great function for Installer or master of a system is brand

new maintenance mode, that enables to change battery in wireless detectors

without any changes in PG status. Final door is also new reaction in the system.

It enables to shorten the exit delay into five seconds after detector is

deactivated. It says batteries in keypads and increases the security when arming

and leaving the premise. We have also integrated new type of bi-directional

communication into the wireless detectors. It brings us following benefit.

It increases quality of the signal transmission because there is always

confirmation from the control panel. There is possibility to make internal

setting of these detectors in configuration software and also do it

remotely. And also to comply new norms which

demand bi-directional communication. On the scheme behind me you can see how

does the standard bi-directional communication works. There is 8 seconds

raster when detector and control panels are able to communicate. That is behavior

for keypads, sirens or camera PIR detectors. But for standard PIR or magnet detectors is

not necessary to communicate in this raster, for them is enough to open

communication once in 19 minutes to be able to find out if there is a request

to change configuration. Of course activations are sent immediately and

there are no delays. In this campaign we offer three types of

bi-directional detectors: standard PIR detector, ceiling PIR detector and

hidden magnetic detector. As I said at the beginning there is more new functions

like new setting option with tablet or IP cameras or firmware packages based on

the type of control panel. More you can find in MyCOMPANY web portal. Thank you.
