Coconut ball (Kanom tom)Thai recipe by happytaste

to grate coconut

grated coconut for filling 200 g

coconut sugar 170 g

coconut water r water 50 ml

salt 1/4 tsp

stir to dissolve and add grated coconut

stir until dry for make a ball

let it cool

make small ball shape and put in the pot

smoking with scented candle

for 2 hour and more

steamed grated coconut for coating 150 g.

add pinch of salt mix well

glutinous rice flour 110 g

coconut milk 70 ml

knead

butterfly pea water 40 ml

knead until smooth

cover it with cloth

make white, glutinous rice flour 110 g

add gradually coconut milk 70 ml, knead

add coconut water or water 40 ml

cover and rest for 10 mins.

spread it out and wrap the filling

make round shape

boiling water with pandan leaves

then boiling add the rice ball

when cooked, the ball will float up on top

scoop up

coating with grated coconut

now, look inside the rice ball

It has purple, blue, yellow, green and gold glitter.

And she has her awesome gold and purple glitter roller skates that are so cool.

In addition she has a parasol

that doesn't open up but it's super pretty.

It's full of glitter and very colorful.

I see red, purple, blue, green and yellow.

In Spanish Para means stop

and Sol means sun.

In case you didn't know a parasol is like an umbrella but it's to keep the sun out instead of the rain.

She also comes with blue glitter glasses to complete her amazing ensemble.

Which one did you like the best? Before I tell you who I liked better let me tell you some stuff that are important.

Both Ultra Rare Rayne and Punk Boi are very well made.

They feel nice and strong like me.

Rayne has real hair but Punk Boi does not.

It would be cool if we could get Punk Boi with real cool hair.

Ok the last thing I want to say is Punk Boi he has no problem standing wherever I put him.

If I put him over here he stands.

If I put him over there he stands.

But Rayne has to be placed on our roller skates so she won't fall over .

And even on her roller skate she falls over.

Once I get Raye standing up be sure not to sneeze.

I can't lie but that is a bit frustrating

Amid a steady stream of visitors who came to pay their respects to victims of the Parkland school shooting on the one year anniversary, Gov. Ron DeSantis and his wife, Casey, placed flowers at a memorial garden outside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and said a silent prayer just before sundown Thursday.

DeSantis, who on Wednesday petitioned the Florida Supreme Court to empanel a grand jury to investigate any possible violations of state law by the Broward County School District, visited the school before he was scheduled to attend a 5:45 p.m. vigil at Pine Trails Park.

The park was the site of a tearful vigil held last February, with the tragedy still fresh in the minds of the community. Several hundred attendees gathered Thursday evening, and religious leaders from different faiths led the crowd in prayer and read aloud the names of the 17 victims.

Jessica Cummings, a 14 year old freshman, was not yet attending Stoneman Douglas when the shooting happened, but she said it was important for her to show her support Thursday at the vigil.

I love the school, but you can feel the sadness, she said. All the kids older than us have been really helpful.

DeSantis joined some of the shooting victims loved ones at a gathering outside the Parkland school and added to a colorful display of flowers placed at the site throughout the day.

Seventeen pinwheels spun in the cool breeze. A statue of shooting victim Joaquin Oliver was carried to the memorial, and later taken to the vigil by his friends.

Deputies with the Broward Sheriffs Office, whose leader DeSantis suspended for the departments response to the Valentines Day shooting, stood guard outside the school and at the vigil.

Students and their parents held candles as an acoustic group sang a cover of the song Dear Hate, which was written after the 2017 Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas.

Brooke Harrison, a 15 year old sophomore at the school, said the vigil was uplifting and allowed her time to reflect on the tragedy that befell her classmates and teachers.

Harrison was inside Room 1216, the first that gunman Nikolas Cruz targeted during his rampage. Three students died there.

Harrison attended last years vigil. She said it felt reassuring that Thursdays event was very well attended. It proved to her that Parkland is a family.

Its comforting that after a year, the same amount of people showed up, she said.

这就说明审美与人种是有关联的

与饮食结构也有关系。

为什么西方画

尤其现代画作很多会给人一种嗜血感？这是不是常常吃带血食物、

肉食太多带来的。

有很多中国人会站在画作前看很久

我觉得艺术在于感受

如果感受上没有打动你

看多久并没有用。

为何圈内人那么不看好土味音乐的情况下

The interest in the gut microbiome and colon cancer

has stemmed from the idea that

bacteria are critical mediators in causation

and that is because obviously they are co-located.

So, the principal theory that has driven this

has been this idea of drivers and passengers

Are either keystone bugs or alpha bugs

or bugs that have quite complex molecular signaling languages

but which initiate cancer.

And then when cancer forms

the mucosal microbiome or the luminal microbiome changes and then shifts

to support the metabolic requirements of those cancers.

And these bacteria can be targeted

either as drivers or passengers

to either reduce or prevent cancer formation

or to treat cancer more effectively.

Now, the data on this is quite complex and it's constantly evolving.

The bottom line is we still don't have yet a compelling model

that explains all these and ties all the loops together

and part of the reason for that is system complexity.

And everytime we study the gut microbiome and cancer

we have to adjust for a number of different confounding variables

and clinical heterogeneity as well as cancer heterogeneity.

Many of the recent insights have demonstrated that cancer biology

actually has a greater role in determining

the mucosal ecology than we previously thought. We thought it was the other way around

But what we are really lacking is very very robust longer tunnel studies

where we're able to study the entire evolution of cancer

from pre-adenoma formation

into adenoma and then into cancer.

And obviously these studies are hard to do because

ethically is challenging

and you need very very large sample numbers

So, there's a global effort to try and

change this and we're seeing increasing amounts of data come out

that are beginning to unpick that complexity.

And one of the most interesting things

that has come out from recent data

is the fact that this might not all be bacterial.

We know that bacteria are critical because of course

all the things that are well associated with cancer risk

like diet, red meat consumption, low fiber consumption,

have a microbial intermediary.

But it may be that phages and viruses

are as important or more important

because they also are critical in shaping the microbiome

but they also might have direct oncogenic functions.

And we are seeing a rise

in the global prevalence of HPV-associated cancers, for example.

But this is completely uncharted territory.

So the challenge really in colorectal cancer is

tying all of these complex themes together

to try and reach a unifying theory

so that we can reduce the prevalence of the disease:

colon cancer is the second biggest killer of all cancers globally

and we have a really massively rising prevalence

with an ageing population.

And this disease is affecting

the most vulnerable populations

and we see that particularly in the developing world

they are adopting a globalized diet.

So in Africa, for example, they're predicting 85% rise

in non-communicable diseases in the next decade or so.

And we're also seeing a worrying change

in the epidemiology of this disease.

So in young people, the millennials,
