H0 scale model railroad

Switch engines from MaK/Vossloh Part 1: MaK G 1206

Maschinenbau Kiel (MaK) was founded as a company on stocks on May 25th 1948 producing diesel engines and locos.

After several changes in ownership the plant in Kiel belongs to Vossloh Locomotives today.

The real engine of the model belongs to the private railway company duisport rail, offering carriage of freight from Europe to China.

The Piko model is painted in the colors of Lanxess, a chemical company based in Cologne (in fomer times part of Bayer).

MaK G 1206 was produced nearly 250 times.

Piko sound decoder 56192 (from Piko assigned to MaK G 1700 BB)

Finally a MaK loco on its way to the "loco bone yard"

Seen on January 20th 2019 at the scrap yard

But lemme say a couple of things about the video. I see, he brought a couple of things back. 🤔

* HE NEEDS SOME MILK * 🤣 Yeah he brought that back, I remember it from his other animations

And he made the whole scene (or most of the scenes very cinematic) 👌

I love the whole cinematic feel, it's very dramatic...and...uhm awesome 😤 😑 🤔

But it is great overall...great animation...still producing great animations...until this day 👏 👏 👏

I want Don to keep doing that...I love his animations, they are really good 🙂 😪
