Le petit déjeuner est tendu et d'un coup Margot a très mal au bas du dos. Kylian hésite à se rendre à la police.

Chloé propose qu'elle reste à la maison tandis qu'Alex pense que c'est pas une bonne idée qu'elle reste à la maison.

Georges a préparé une petite attention à Victoire et ce dernier lui dit qu'il faut qu'elle parle à Martin.

Chloé et Alex Alex et Chloé se font du souci pour Margot Karim apprend que le bridge retrouvé appartient bien à Chantal.

Martin n'a aucune preuve contre Kylian…et il veut pas d'erreur de procédure.

Lucie ne se voit pas passer une soirée romantique avec Fred, elle ne sait pas ce qu'elle veut.

Lucie propose à Victoire de passer la soirée toutes les 2.

Les choses se compliquent pour Victoire avec Georges (elle doit lui dire que la soirée est annulée mais en fait il l'apprend de Lucie) et Martin (qui lui propose une soirée mais ils finissent par se disputer).

Arnaud DNA Arnaud et Victor se déchirent à cause de Flore Le soir, Victoire et Georges se trahissent devant Lucie : elle se rend compte qu'ils sont ensemble.

Plus tard, Martin débarque à la soirée pour s'excuser de son comportement,

il a sur-réagit. Lucie est choquée, elle n'en revient pas.

Martin et Victoire vont boire un verre au Spoon et là Victoire rompt avec Martin le soir de la St Valentin.

A la fin des cours, Margot a des douleurs qui s'intensifient… Jessica lui conseille d'aller à l'infirmerie.

Margot ne peut plus marcher, Jessica va voir l'infirmière.

Morgane lui dit qu'elle n'a pas de fièvre mais elle a une tension basse.

Morgane conseille à Margot d'aller voir le médecin pour un check-up, en attendant elle lui donne un antidouleur.

Victoire et Georges Victoire et Georges décident de continuer leur relation en cachette Kylian donne une lettre à sa grande tante Nanou pour Margot car il a décidé de partir de Sète à cause de l'histoire de la bouchère.

Victor vient voir Arnaud au bureau : il lui dit qu'il est inquiet de son business.

Arnaud pense qu'il faut lui rendre son boulot en lui donnant un peu d'indépendance.

Rémy est au travail et Soraya vient lui faire une surprise pour laSt Valentin. Les relations sont tendues entre les 2.

Mathias et Jessica sont ensemble tout comme Flore et Arnaud.

Noor offre une fusée en chocolat à Timothée pour la St Valentin tandis que Georges et Victoire finissent la soirée ensemble.

Margot est de retour à la maison, elle est allongée au canapé avec des douleurs. Alex s'excuse de pas l'avoir cru le matin.

Chloé et Alex n'ont pas la soirée de St Valentin qu'il rêvait…mais ils veulent prendre soin de Margot.

De son côté Margot est dans sa chambre et les douleurs empirent.

the quietness of 3:00 AM is my partner in crime.

I stood before the piano and couldn't stand still…

Legendary Man Utd youth coach Eric Harrison dies aged 81 - Duration: 4:56.

 Former Manchester United youth coach Eric Harrison has died at the age of 81.  Harrison, credited with the development of United's fabled 'Class of '92', was diagnosed with dementia four years ago

 He passed away on Wednesday, with his family by his side.  A Manchester United statement on Thursday morning declared: "We are extremely saddened to report that our former youth coach Eric Harrison passed away last night

 "Our thoughts and prayers go out to Eric's family and friends at this sad and difficult time

"  United legend Gary Neville has paid his respects on social media, stating: "We've lost our mentor, our coach and the man who made us

I've been smoking since my teens.

Nicotine releases dopamine into this brain area, the striatum.

This is the brain's reward system.

This part of the brain responds to things like

good food, sex, money, things that we like.

If you're a regular smoker,

your striatum gets used to having that level of this chemical in it.

Then when you stop, your dopamine level will drop down again,

and this makes you feel bad.

That's why you get the craving

and the urge to take more drugs

in order to get your dopamine levels up.

Tobacco kills more people than AIDS, legal & illegal drugs,

road accidents, murder & suicide combined

I'm just one of a billion global customers

In a world in which innovation is becoming more and more important,

supporting the work of financial analysts makes sense.

The role of a financial analyst is to provide the markets with information

about the companies they are following.

One way of doing this is by drawing up reports for market investors to read.

And the other way is to forecast

the future earnings per share of these companies.

We have found that companies which have more financial analysts

tend to reduce their internal R+D expenditure

in order to produce better short-term results.

They provide forecasts for the companies' future earnings per share,

which, to a certain extent, forces their executives to generate short-term yields

to the detriment of long-term yields.

Nonetheless, they make greater investments into cooperative risk,

and into the acquisition of other companies dedicated to innovation.

We have collected data from nine different databases,

providing us with information on 3,300 American companies.

Through this study, we have analysed the role of financial analysts

in the companies' innovation strategies

and production, for example, regarding the clarity of their patents.

We have discovered that companies with more financial analysts

will produce a greater number of higher-quality patents in the future

due to the more effective way in which they invest and innovate.

Would you also like it to be extremely harmful to the environment?

Okay.

Tobacco.

Enjoy.

And it kills people, right?

Of course, sir, seven million of us every year.

When you look at the facts, tobacco makes no sense.

Question is whether we can ever live a tobacco-free life

when it's one of the most addictive substances on Earth.

Why is tobacco a deadly addiction?

I've been smoking since my teens.

I now vape, but I'm what they call a dual user,

so I smoke the occasional cigarette.

I need help.

This is Dr Bronwyn King.

Tobacco is one of the most addictive drugs on the planet

and giving up is very, very hard.

She's a cancer doctor and an anti-tobacco advocate.

She's inspired me to find out why tobacco is so addictive.

Could you tell me what happens to the brain when taking on nicotine?

Nicotine releases dopamine into this brain area, the striatum.

This is the brain's reward system.

This part of the brain responds to things like

good food, sex, money, things that we like.

If you're a regular smoker,

your striatum gets used to having that level of this chemical in it.

Then when you stop, your dopamine level will drop down again,

and this makes you feel bad.

That's why you get the craving

and the urge to take more drugs

in order to get your dopamine levels up.

Tobacco kills more people than AIDS, legal & illegal drugs,

road accidents, murder & suicide combined

I'm just one of a billion global customers

hooked on the tobacco industry's products.

I want to challenge myself to see if I can get tobacco-free.

I'm going to go cold turkey, 72 hours with no tobacco.

That's how long it will take for most of the nicotine to leave my body.

Hopefully, I can help you with a little bit of the routine

of having a good lifestyle.

I brought a few things that maybe can help you

because, in the beginning,

I'm sure that in the moment you're trying to quit,

you're going to feel a bit bad,

your body's going to change a little bit.

The most important thing, you can see here, is the fruits,

vegetables, nuts, they have a lot of antioxidants,

and they're going to help your immune system.

Your lungs are going to have a lot of dirt,

so they're going to help you to clean that up.

In the next few weeks,

you're going to start feeling a lot better.

A diet rich in iron, beta-carotene and vitamins E & C

promotes lung health

Once you stop smoking and you're getting on a healthy diet,

doing this kind of exercise will help you a lot,

your heart will start beating,

and that's going to make the blood start cleaning.

I haven't really had any sort of physical cravings

or anything like that yet.

What needs to happen to break the addiction is for you

to not use the drug for long enough for these areas of the brain,

the striatum, to recover and resume their normal level of functioning.

One thing that can be helpful is breaking your normal routine.

Research has shown that association is a powerful driver of smoking.

Smokers have learned to connect everyday settings

with a nicotine hit.

I'm trying to change my leisure activities.

These are my mates.

They've got one thing in common, they've all quit smoking.

Any advice for me?

Just keep going. Stick at it.

Yeah, stick at it.

Don't let that little voice in your head win.

It gets easier and easier every day.

I think, mentally, I feel strong.

I've been trying really hard to congratulate myself

for every cigarette I haven't had,

for instance with my coffee this morning, and that was hard.

Afterwards, I felt good because I had made the choice.

For me, giving up is about taking back control

of how I live my life.

I'm determined to get myself tobacco-free.

Hello everyone and welcome to this presentation of the ARP 9 from Guay Guay

The one is available in 3 colors: black (which I will present), gray and a mix black/pink

At the time of shooting of this video, new mix colors variants are announced by Guay Guay

The bb gun is delivered in a beautiful box rich in colors and information where are announced the strong points of the brand as well as a visual of the bb gun and some technical information

On the back, we can discover a history of the Guay Guay brand

Nice detail, the small practical carrying wrist while waiting for the purchase of a real carrying case

Inside, you will find to begin, a Guay Guay advertising leaflet

In this test copy, I did not have the user manual but it should be present as standard

Like all recent Guay Guay bb guns, you will find a coupon with a serial number to participate in the Guay Guay Top Five lottery

A set of aiming sights

A hi-cap magazine for the bb gun

The ARP 9 bb gun

And finally, a cleaning rod

The bb gun is kept in a thin plastic which I let you appreciate the poor quality

Regarding materials, this ARP 9 is composed of plastic for the pistol grip

The lower body

The flash hider

And the stock

For metal parts, we will find the rails of the stock

The upper body

The firing trigger

The trigger guard

The dust cover

The aiming sights

And the firing selector

In terms of markings, we will find M-Lock and G&G markings on the front, on each side

A serial number above the trigger guard

A G&G mark on the stock, on each side

Another new marking of the brand on the lower body

As well as under the pistol grip and on the top of the bb gun

To attach a sling, it can be done on a lower slig attach under the base of the stock, be careful it is not very wide

Or at the back of the stock, which I personally did

Note on this one a very nice embossed butt heel

Very light reliefs are also present on the pistol wrist

The bb gun also offers a very light sport model firing trigger

The 2 positions stock will unfold thanks to a very accessible lever under this one

On the front hand guard, M-lock rails are available on the sides and bottom

On the top, it's a standard RIS rail that will make the full length of the bb gun

The bolt catch button is mobile but dummy

The dust cover is unfolded by arming the bb gun

We will then have access to the adjustment wheel of the hop-up unit but it will be necessary to maintain manually back, the lever of arming during the process

The firing selector is not ambidextrous

The notches are positioned correctly

The flash hider, specific to this bb gun, can be removed revealing a 14mm anti-clockwise screw thread

Flip-up sights are removable and adjustable

The magazine of the bb gun fits correctly but it will take a little stroke below to ensure a good attachment

The magazine ejection lever is at the rear and is very accessible

The magazine is long, the height space is large enough but not especially annoying to use

The supplied magazine is a good-quality plastic hi-cap with a capacity of 300 bbs

They will fit through the top hatch

To connect the battery, remove the stock

Then simply disassemble the butt tube cover

We then have access to the mini tamiya type socket but also to the integrated mosfet and the fuse

Everything already takes a lot of room in the tube

It will therefore needed to use a very compact battery

An alternative solution may be to use this tube extension, specific to this model by Airtech Studios

It attaches very simply to the back of the tube offering a little more room for the battery

By cons, with this solution, know that the stock must stay in the unfolded position

Know that the bb gun is announced as supporting 11.1V lipo batteries

By default, the built-in mosfet of the bb gun is positioned on semi automatic and automatic shooting

To change the shooting mode, simply position firing selector on the semi-automatic position and push on the firing trigger for 10 seconds

The last position of the firing selector will propose a burst of 3 bbs

The bb gun emits a loud and specific sound when firing

But what I took for a defect at the beginning of the game quickly turned into a psychological advantage throughout the day

In game, I really enjoyed this ultra compact bb gun but with very good performance as standard and which perfectly matches my very dynamic playing style

To conclude, this ARP 9 bb gun from Guay Guay is very successful

The finish and the shooting qualities are very good

It will just need to be very careful to choose the correct battery and I advise the use in all cases of the extension because the folded position of the stock is not really useful

If you like light and compact bb guns for a dynamic game mode, you will be conquered like me by this ARP 9

Zoe Kotnik, the first woman to head the F-16 Viper demonstration team, has been relieved of her command.

A statement from Col.

Derek O'Malley of the 20th Fighter Wing said that Captain Kotnik, 30, was removed because Col.

O'Malley had "lost confidence in her ability to lead the team.".

The colonel went on to say, "As good people, like Capt.

Kotnik make mistakes, I want them to have the opportunity to learn from them without being under public scrutiny, and to continue to be a part of this great service." Col.

O'Malley referred to this being a "difficult time for Capt.

Kotnik, but she's surrounded by wingmen that will help her every step of the way." The statement concludes with the colonel saying that Major John "Rain" Waters will be restored to lead the team.

Here's what you need to know:.

Kotnik Was Elevated to Commander on January 29.

There has been no elaboration on the reason for Kotnik's removal.

According to Kotnik's official Air Force profile, she goes by the call sign "SiS." That biography say that Kotnik graduated in 2011 from the Air Force Academy, where Kotnik studied science and economics.

Kotnik earned her wings in 2013.

Between February 2015 and 2016, Kotnik was deployed to Kunsan Air Base in South Korea.

On January 29, the Viper Demonstration Team announced Kotnik had been named as the new commander in a Marvel Comics style video.

Kotnik's first show as commander was slated to be at Naval Air Station Key West in Florida in March.

Kotnik Refers to Herself on Instagram as a 'Chick Fighter Pilot' & 'Girly Girl'.

As news of her removal became public, Kotnik deleted her Instagram page.

Her last visible post showed her goofing around with Major John "Rain" Waters' son.

Kotnik wrote in the caption, "Sorry @rainwaters27, your family is coming with me on the road this year….
